起因是8月9日打了这垃圾平台 湘ED07117的车，下车三分钟时发现手机掉车上了，立刻打了司机电话没接，打平台挂失进行三方通话也没接，打我自己丢掉的电话关机，然后客服一直打太极，拖，一个小时后还是联系不上司机，平台也能让司机继续接单，挂失一直不管，真是涨见识了

打车人最在意的定位准确，等待时间短.价格优惠，像我们通勤人一个月至少打50-60次车. 如期以前还行，车数量也行，价格也实惠. 但是定位一直是最大的问题，现在好了导航更差了，以前一直打如期，现在已经快半年没用过了.

据司机说，由于这个够新，所以底薪或奖励高，很多以前曹操专车的司机都转过来做了。所以一般都很好态度和服务。而且前期奖励多，专业好用又不贵。但是东西一旧就一定变质 像滴滴和曹操一样噶啦。除非这如祺老板能看清、learn From過去的錯誤和缺點，並努力更正修改，避免之前其他App的問題，要不然做一段時間也是不行的。

Always late half an hour and even worse they will cancel your ride without a good reason. Complain is not working for this company, they don't care about the customer feeling and not value your time.
