三鶯線已經通車了，怎麼還沒辦法在旅程規劃中點選起站、訖站
到站時間不準
最近到站時間很不準，101站，尤其離峰時間…這樣讓人在規劃路線時會很有問題！希望儘快改善！

為什麼輕軌都沒有訊息
為什麼捷運訊息，新的淡海輕軌，三鶯線及機場捷運都沒有站點、票價、路線時間的資訊？

有關貴公司「臺北捷運Go」應用程式的一些改善意見，臚列如下： 一、因應貴公司已於112年陸續更新車廂的日韓文到站播音，建請貴公司在現行的「台北捷運Go」應用程式新增多國語系，並與iOS系統整合，直接透過在iOS系統的設定內變更語系即可，可免於同時維護中文版「台北捷運Go」及英文版「Go! Taipei Metro」的應用程式，耗費多餘資源，亦可藉此增加多國語系的支援，方便外國旅客利用及搭乘臺北捷運。 二、有關捷運車站資訊（如：出口資訊、捷運路網圖等）的更新，可將資料放置於雲端，透過介接雲端資料進行捷運車站資料之更新，來避免每次捷運車站資訊更新時，需要透過應用程式的更新才能連同資訊的更新。 四、請貴公司在開發應用程式時，除了須依照Apple公布的最新設計指引加以設計之外，亦請深度整合iOS的新增功能，例如「捷徑」App、即時動態、Siri等，以使iPhone使用者能藉由「台北捷運Go」應用程式與iOS的深度整合，提升對「台北捷運Go」應用程式的體驗。
No light rail
In typical Taiwanese bureaucratic fashion, the app does not offer route planning for the connected light rail services that are an integral part of the urban real network because they belong to a different operator. Not user-friendly, not user-centric.
Can't choose Taiwan if I sign up in English, only South Korea, Japan and Singapore
Foreigner in Taiwan who don't speak English have to choose Chinese language other wise they can't sign up in English. If you switch the app to English and want to sign up, the first question is your country and there is only 3 choices: Japan, South Kprea and Singapore. It's looks like you didn't think that there is people who live in Taiwan but can't read Chinese.
開放自刪訊息是會動搖國本嗎？
有在持續進步的更新是值得稱讚 但是一直想不通開放讓使用者刪除訊息是有多難？ 無用訊息保留一個月後自動消失，那為什麼不讓使用者依照使用習慣自己刪除已讀或無用訊息呢？ 但是還是要對辛苦的開發人員說聲謝謝。
Horrible Non-Intuitive App
They should’ve kept the prior one and updated it This one makes it difficult to get a station map (bathrooms are where?) or plan a trip and has mom-intuitive navigation that leaves you going in circles. Worst public transport app ever.

已經快開通的三鶯線，卻遲遲沒有更新？

Very slow. Unresponsive a lot and for long time after selecting a command. It seems it’s always busy loading ads and that’s causing it to slow to respond.
新北三鶯線車站的路網圖有看到這個APP的圖示，期盼之後增加三鶯線的列車動態+車站資訊［比照環狀線］；現有的功能不錯，只差沒三鶯線
台北捷運現有有提供新北捷運環狀線的動態資訊，希望也能協調新北捷運，提供車廂擁擠度［即將營運的三鶯線也希望能提供列車動態和車廂擁擠度］，這樣才能讓乘客一目了然車廂內的擁擠程度和列車所在的位置

V1.4.41新增廣告
新版本多了廣告。在首頁跟到站時間的分頁內皆出現。在放大查看捷運地圖時廣告還會突然出現擋住視線。
版本差距大
很有用也方便的公共交通app，但不懂為什麼中文版和英語版不同步升級。英語版已支持iPhoneX的介面但中文版是遲遲不變。丟一顆星。

官方app資訊不正確 語言不友善
到站時間與實際相差甚遠 肯定 柯P市長也常遲到吧！ 雖全球app商店上架 只有正體拚觀光中文陸客也看不懂啊
很值得下載喔！
新版變得很詳細，還可以免費看線上雜誌，讓長期搭捷運跟公車趕時間的我很受用，看得出排版有用心過，尤其在趕時間時，內容很豐富還有很多連結，很值得下載，讃。
