已經使用好一段時間，每個月都會用app訂票，點數累積可以折抵很棒已經折抵好多次了，然後有事故停駛等也都有推播通知很不錯！
CAPTCHA shouldn’t be needed
It makes no sense to require CAPTCHA for every purchases made on the same phone. This is just incompetence.

如題，付款前會有一個可以使用會員點數的地方，但不管按幾次登入會員，輸入完密碼仍會跳出要登入的字樣，無限循環，根本使用不了點數
信用卡資料儲存
因為需要多次訂及緊急訂票需求 每次都要拿信用卡出來輸入 挺不便利 可否像購物網站一樣 可儲存 付費時需要輸入收到的驗證碼就好
好的app
只差在某些環節還不夠便利 取票後如果還能再換票就好 我知道未取票可以修改一次 但取了沒辦法修改就有點不方便 但總體是很棒的 我也不懂為什麼評分這麼低 幫補血

時間不準
時間根本不準，那訂票幹嘛
花東票能直接認證嗎
等了一年多了，花東漲最多，給個點數還要實名認證，要付費前必須先跳出到一般網頁認證，再跳回來付費，忘了就沒有，都加入會員了需要這樣麻煩嗎？然後使用了點數優惠就不能直接app換票必須臨櫃，為了那一點點優惠點數結果換成更不便。麻煩工程師跟台鐵高層反應一下。

整體訂票系統很順暢, 很方便！ — 希望能新增能將過期很久的車票手動刪除的功能 或是將排序改為最近日期在最上面

如果早上查詢晚上的班次就要點全時段，然後慢慢划到想要查詢的時段，很不方便。如果沒有指定區間就按當前的時段設定即可，設定區間或指定時段，就直接跳到想要的時段的車次。

加入會員做email認證時顯示可於欄位內修改email，可實際上無法修改email，也沒辦法完成帳號認證，請修改這部分的程式問題。訂票及取票的使用上尚容易理解及操作，請持續優化，謝謝

網站訂票建議用app取票。本來應該很順的，可是就是不好用。望再接再厲！

App無法將車票加入Apple wallet 就算了，也無法將搭車資訊加入行事曆，這app都開發多久了🙂↕️（手機是用iphone15promax, iOS 18.3.2 (22D82))
手機分票功能障礙
我定了兩張車票。我手機取了票，沒有問題，但是我分票給我家人她卻沒辦法收。打電話問了台鐵，原來因為家人用的是我的舊手機一iPhone 13 Pro，系統認為是同一支手機。我必須去火車站寫切結書。再領一張實體車票。不了解為什麼系統是這樣的設定？

Work smoothly
7/8/2024 update There's no problem when I got into the station, but when I wanted to leave, my e-ticket was gone from the app! I almost needed to buy another ticket. Fortunately I had a screenshot. But it was awful that my ticket was gone before I went out the station. 7/6/2024 I didn't encounter the issues that other people found. I bought tickets on their website and collected in the app. Everything is good.
