Great games
Selection of games is great!! Not a chance of boring!!
Horrible game
This game promotes nothing but losing its a app for crying out loud allow us to atleast win on something bad enough your casinos are rigged and take all our money in real life can’t seem to get away from the losing
Tlyn74
Unfortunately I haven’t played in months it doesn’t seem to work for me
Was fun…was…
The game was great for the longest time, fair amount of wins and losses. Then you build up your totals, and you’ll lose on the slots 20-30 times in a row, win a little and then lose more and more. I’m sure it’s to get you to buy tokens, after a while it’s not fun anymore. Yes it’s a free game, but certainly doesn’t make me want to go to the casino.
Disappointed
It says I get a daily bonus But I never get it, so it’s not doing what it’s supposed to and this is disappointing
Scenic Seneca
I downloaded this app while visiting a Seneca Casino after viewing the museum and cultural center. Thank you Seneca Casino for creating a great gaming app.
Bad
This app app horrible, when you spin the wheel it NEVER lands on anything higher than 2500 coins, and in games where you gotta choose 3 of the same objects to win a prize it’s ALWAYS the lowest prize, they programmed the game this way so people would buy coins to play the game, it’s a complete ripoff and y’all deleted my review off the google play store, terrible game just like their casino! Do yourself a favor and don’t download or spend money on this rigged app!
Enjoying it
Love the games, but would like to see a little more variety. Great that you don’t interrupt the fun with constant requests to buy something. Thanks for the fun!
Paying to Play
Other casinos do not take funds to play. It’s all free and you also can use the points at the facilities. Also some of these games crash while in bonus mode and you don’t get the points on this app
What’s going on!
Been trying to open the game to play and it won’t open up. Was playing yesterday morning now I can’t even get into the game. Was there a recent update?
IplaySeneca
I like the game
Awful
Terrible payouts and slow load times. The games will crash.
First timer...
Just started, so far so good! ...great fun ! Cheers!
Loss of credit status
Your website was down all day yesterday n Sunday 6/9. Therefore causing me to lose my 2800 daily credit status. I’d like them back please
Mostly ok
Have the same problem as others, win big game shuts down. Still like to play when I can’t make it to the real casino. I spend a little money here and there but nothing to brake the bank. Takes a while to level up to get to the games I want to play but enjoying the ones I can play.
Fun to play anywhere!
Nice way to play when you can't make it to the casino.
Poor
The credits disappear really quick, & it takes awhile to replenish unless you buy
Fun!
Fun when you win
Fail to load
For some reason the casino will not start message appears . On my iPad 4 iOS 10.3.3
Not linking account
This app will not link my account... why is this happening?
Ridiculous
This is a ridiculous casino app. You spin a wheel for tokens and you can actually predict what you’ll get. I hate when they’re “free” but are so tight in their effort to force you to buy tokens. Guess their casino must be broke 🤷🏼♀️
Not worth my time
These choices are getting as bad as your casino itself. What happened to your company???? Disappointing!!! Thought I would give you another chance and reinstall… good Luck!
Fun
I have a wanderful time
Does not let you link your account!
After multiple tries I give up! Update: VERY buggy. Launched it and it quits. New games for limited time often don’t launch and then app quits. Disappointing!
What a joke
Gotta love when you can’t even win on a game that doesn’t even pay real money... chance to win real prizes x amount of spins. Almost as bad as the real casino losing me $80 in 30 mins recently on lower bets. Who really pays money for fake credits and fake money instead of using it to win real money? The fact that the casinos slots don’t actually take $1 bills is a joke too.
Great entertainment for home
I Love this games. They are great for when I take a break from the house chores and for when I need time for myself.
Login issues
Iv been trying to contact someone about this app having login issues. I have not been able to login for a few days now. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing fixes the issue.
Free chips
I get emails and codes for free chips and it says to login in to get them and you don’t! Very disappointed in this app!
What is happening
I cannot open up this slot.
Terrible Customer service
I paid for 125k in chips not only did I not get the chips, they said because I had the application it was between me and Apple. Apple said it was sent they said it was not! Don’t pay for chips they will not help you and it is more trouble than it’s worth. I even sent them the receipt of my purchase. They did not give me a solution and would not Comp me chips. Terrible customer service!I I requested a refund from Apple… play for free don’t waste your money.
Slots
I have tried and tried to play ! It opens and then boom ....gone
Wonderful
Great site
Casino games
Anyone know of a good casino app to download??
Ehh
It’s fun but just like the real Seneca casinos. Not enough bonuses and if it lets you win it makes you lose even quicker. 👎👎
Play now
Whenever I get emails for new games to play they never work. Why send the email
May be ok on a pc. Not good on a phone.
Many features, special offers, and free bonus chips are not available on the mobile version. Customer service is generally fast to respond, however they need to get their stories straight because the contradict one another frequently. Also be very cautious if you plan on spending any real money… the previous version was shut down without warning and after months of waiting for the new version to arrive it finally got here but with none of the chips that I had previously purchased and won. I was told by one rep that our previous balances would be transferred and then told by a different rep that they would not be. Very frustrating indeed especially since I played, and purchased, in good faith that they would stand behind their word. I believe in supporting developers by making purchases, and in this case it was to the tune of several hundred dollars, but once they stab me in the back I’m done with them.
Crashes
Every time I get a free play and win, it crashes and I loose all I won. 😐
Great way to waste time
Games are great. My new favorite way to waste time. The contests where you earn entries to win things seams like a scam though. I wouldn’t get your hopes up on winning anything other than credits.
Save your money
They take your winning points, so you have to buy theirs.
Jay
You’re app doesn’t work anymore. Both my iPhones can not make it work. Very disappointed. I had 933 million credits and the wife had 4 or 5 million. It was fine probably until the last update. Please look into it. Thanks.
