7 Aug 2026 Update Fouled Up Game Orientation
Latest update on 7 Aug 2026 has forced the launched game to display about half of the screen in Portrait with no way to fix it back to landscape! This will likely mess up my continuous login streak for the Daily Bonus since I cannot scroll to the right for the hourly bonus button either. Nothing else is doing this on my iPhone 6s, including HOF and Caesar’s! I am very disappointed with Casino Frenzy today as it is unusable!
Payouts
Not many big payouts
Daily challenges
Today’s challenge doesn’t recognize you won!! Or even tried to win!! Why would anyone pay to play???
Frustrating!
A few months ago I did a recommended update and when it rebooted I lost all my coins, and I had a lot. Started over from scratch and was trying to build a decent balance. Still enjoy the games but now it frequently takes forever to load or doesn’t load at all. I’m tired of fighting the app. May have to quit playing and delete. 😖. Customer service…..are you listening?
Mr t
Great game
Waste of time
I have played this game for several years and it’s an ok game, that is if you continue to PAY to play. This give will give you one free game ONLY if you spend your money to play. Otherwise it never pays PERIOD. I’m finally done feeding it my money, I’m deleting it for good.
Nice
I enjoy playing draw poker
Not much of hourly bonus
This is a fun game but hourly bonus spin is too small, not enough credits to play and too expensive to buy more credit.
Support deficiencies
Why do you make it so hard to change users?
Love Casino FrenzyPerfect relaxed when your m playing Deuces Wild
Playing. Bernice Grodzicki
I spent a total of 10 mins on it
The speed of the reels could not be changed. And it took to long to level up. Would not recommend
Loves this game!
Been playing this game for years and it’s my favorite. I only wish I could chose my own bet amount.
Know THY Self
Seek truth
Freezes on me frequently
Don’t know why when I launch the app it freezes on me. It should go to the “tap to collect” at launch but it doesn’t so I go right to the game I want to play and bam it freezes. Annoying! Otherwise I enjoy playing!! Hence the 3 star.
Favorite game
My favorite until it rests your coins and level.
Update 12/21/
Still can’t send a challenge to my friends on Facebook. This has been going on almost a year now. I hit send it opens Facebook so I can sign it to give the app permissions. It sends me right back to the app to hit send again and it’s does the same thing. I was hoping this update would finally fix that problem. Strange that I can play the challenges sent to me.
Fun
Fun to play
Slots
It's a okay game
Customer service
Needs improvement
Casino Frenzy
Lots of fun
Bad app
Seldom works and they never answer your complaints. Total lost app. Because I complained they locked me out.
Levels
I like this poker game very much, but recently my account disappeared and I had to start over, I was at the highest silver level and no matter how often I played it NEVER changed ( so I assumed that was the top level?) I tried the fix offered but it didn’t work, evidently I’ve never actually signed in, so now I’m back to square one☹️ the FRENZY is my favorite part, but now it rarely happens because my level is soooo low
Frenzy
Not the best casino in ap store. Wouldn't pay real cash to play lose more than you win😭😭😭😭
Missmonib
Good game but lost my progress 😩
Addictive but Fun!
I play every day!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! !
I have been trying for months to get a reply, or an answer on why my account disappeared and started me over. I believe casino frenzy was purchased by somebody who really just doesn’t care about customers.
Enjoyable been playing for years
But…..when it comes to the pull machine it would be nice to get better payouts for those items that we already have and keep getting over and over.
Promising but fix the bugs
I will not pay for credits while the game is capable of crashing. Paced myself to reach the frenzy round and then app crashes. Restart app and cannot start back in the same room or no potential reward I could have got. Really disappointing
Frenzy
Find it very entertaining,, but doesn,t always pay your winnings,
Great game been playing for a few years have never won the jackpots . But the game is slot of fun
Best ever
Erased
This last update erased all of my progress!!! I don’t know why this happened. Can someone help?
Love playing
I like your games
Schlecht!
ACHTUNG!
Not happy
With this update I lost all of my money and bonuses that I had acquired
Very fun!
It’s very fun and very addicting to play. I just started and can’t stop
Rodney1934
Don’t play til they fix it! Game keeps resetting to first level and you lose coins! Played for several years - all gone!
Great action
Get ready to win!
Frenzy
Game is ok. Too long to level up.
Jack’s or better
Great game
Lost everything.
I’ve lost 6 years of playing. I just opened the game on my iPad and it started as a brand new player. I had almost 100,000.00 points and almost every collectible and now it’s all gone.
KMF
I enjoy the game very much
It's okay
Not the best, but passes the time
Just Have Fun
Casino Frenzy is just a nice way to pass the time, hone your skills, and/or build a little “fake money” while watching TV or sitting at the doctor’s office, etc. whatever you do . . . Just have fun!
Casino Frenzy a fantastic pastime for me for many years!
Unfortunately, when I wanted to play it, my 900,000,000 points disappeared! The game started AT THE BEGINNING! This wasn’t the first time. I was always able to get it back to where it was. NOT THIS TIME! What’s going on???
Getting perturbed
Love the game. Getting sick of not receiving the credit when you have the highest daily coins.
Bon passe temps
