Conceptually hood device and idea
Device has been draining my 35 ahtouota corolla battery with just two das of not song the car. On raining a complaint I was asked to courier the device to the company ghur hain office fir trouble shootings along with a payment aao the m in the process of evaluating and teyngbu a different product, to replace this CAROT device BTW THe Caro app is my very intuitive I use and is sometimes prone to giving false alerts except the battery draining alert. Ayur andios app step needs a better user netr face icons and menus are hidden too deep to be effectively usable my sgtestion Tommy’s is to get a real UX expert to design the interface the dashboard is sorely lacking in usability I can be a much better device needs over the air upgrade capabilitiynstwad of having to send device and money by courier from bangale to Gurgaon so many ch easier to be able to upgrade over the air or by user please please build n some self diagnostic capabilities using the app itself

Got this product from Toyota India for3 years free subscription. But this has stopped working with in 2 years without any notice or intimation. Going for legal

Stuck on 2nd Dec
Location stuck at 2nd Dec and not updating. Nobody is answering the helpline and nobody is responding to the email.

Slow working
Application is stuck and showing same location. Its not showing notification since two days and trip details also not showing in application….better to buy another tracking device and use another application… i don’t know how they are still in market. Toyota should discontinue installing their device in oem vehicle. Total waste device and application too. No one answers the call and even no reply to emails. Where customer can contact? Even their website is also out from google.

Nice app for car lovers. Now I can check health of my car at any time. Notifications of different event is life saver. Knowing how well was driving for previous trip is a very good feature in the app. Over all I truly am upgraded to smart car. Good work developers :)
