Nice shopping app
Good products. Very low prices. Fast delivery.
Worst app ever
I ordered a keypad phone, but it turned out to be defective and had multiple damages. It is not working properly. I applied for a return, but no courier partner has contacted me yet to pick up the product. I also tried reaching out to ShopClues customer support, but I haven’t received any solution from anywhere. The customer support number on ShopClues is not valid. Please fix my concerns as soon as possible.

Best place to buy pocket friendly and good quality products
I am using shopclues after my friends recommendation and I must say the shopping experience is amazing here. There are plenty of products which are way cheaper than market and quality is also good as per the price. If you want to buy decent quality products at best price than you should check out shopclues. I am very happy with the services.
Third class platform with all cheaters.
These guys are cheaters. Don’t use this platform.. All the items are of Chinese origin or duplicate products.. Moreover, they don’t deliver the orders and are cheating the hard earned money of customers.. They never respond on the support platform.. I have faced the same issue wherein I have not been delivered the product while the same was marked as delivered. Customer care support is non responsive.. I have raised complaint but I am still waiting for resolution. Don’t know where to approach..
