Bad app and bad customer service
I received the wrong product and tired to return it they would call me about the matter and if was not able to pick up I could not call back, and only tried twice and in the app I would send them messages and slow response until the return date passed and now I can’t get my refund
Poor customer care
I am ordered since 7th Aug - delivered on 11th Aug and registered complaint on 12th Aug, till now my complaint not resolved. Think before placing order. Although products are cheaper but mostly Chinese- chala to chand tak, Verna Sham Tak…. They have different ordering areas and some are taking order directly on WhatsApp- means have different network for same DeoDap (I received different customer care from web search and all have different locations) I rated 2 star only due to some products are good compared to price but…..
Fraud or a weak application
I have placed a order but it’s not shown on the application and money is been debited. I’m waiting for my order but there is no tracking. No order on app and no refund on my account. I’ll wait for the delivery of goods.

This was my first time ordering from your website, so how was I supposed to know that I would need to record the entire unboxing process as proof? I was excited to receive my order and naturally opened the package to check everything inside. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the remote was missing. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I have wasted my time, energy, and money on a product that is incomplete. Without all the necessary components, the product is completely useless. I genuinely did not expect such an experience from your service. I think you guys need to make your company policy reliable.

One item was missing. I shared the unboxing video. But it says the video is large. I raised a complaint ticket but after few days it was closed. I didn’t get the solution yet.If you are asking for an uncut video and i have purchased so many item. How can I share it ?

I bought a mini grinder which came defective. I did multiple mails and raised tickets for its return but they are not listening to it and my money is blocked now…. Very disappointed and got a defective product … i also send them the video showing the defect but they are not proceeding for its return and closing the ticket

I placed my first order through this app, and due to my own mistake (I entered an incomplete address) I couldn't receive it. I honestly expected a long back and forth process to get a refund. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Their team reached out to me, asked what had happened, initiated the return on their own, and processed the refund without me having to follow up or chase them. I've been using e-commerce platforms for years, but this was by far one of the most seamless customer service experiences I've had. Exceptional support and a hassle-free refund process. Highly impressed!
Bad app
This app is sooooooo bad, pls do not use it. I placed an order on this app and completed the payment through Paytm. The amount has been successfully deducted from my account, but the order is not showing under my orders and the items are still showing in my cart. I needed immediate assistance in either confirming my order or processing a refund if the order was not successfully created but that also was no use.

Pathetic & Incompetent Support
Extremely disappointing experience with the Deodap app and its customer support. I ordered a few items through their iOS app, but after placing the order, it simply did not appear under my account or in the order section. I have been following up with their support team for over 10 days, repeatedly explaining the same issue. The most frustrating part is that not a single support representative seemed to understand the problem. Despite explaining it in simple English multiple times, I kept receiving irrelevant responses that had no connection to my actual issue. There has been no meaningful investigation and no proper resolution. The customer support experience has been incredibly frustrating and gives the impression that they simply keep sending generic replies until the customer eventually gives up. The app itself is also unreliable. Logging in requires an OTP, and even receiving that OTP is inconsistent—sometimes it arrives instantly, but most of the time it doesn’t arrive at all. Overall, a pathetic user experience, unreliable app, and extremely poor customer support. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money unless you’re prepared to deal with an unresponsive and ineffective support system.

Absolutely pathetic customer support! There is no real customer support team available for customers who are genuinely unhappy, or the entire setup just a money-making gimmick where customers are fooled into paying and then left to deal with their problems on their own? The level of negligence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers is unbelievable. Once they have your money, apparently your concerns no longer matter. I have never experienced such poor customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers, then you seriously need to reconsider what you call “customer support.” Highly disappointed. Think twice before spending your hard-earned money here.
