Stole my money
Be careful. I made order, they mentioned delivery time 9:30-9:40, but their courier arrived at 9:16, I wasn’t expecting him sooner because I order from menu.am for 7 years and they are never soon, but sometimes late. So I could not know that this time first ever they will arrive soon. I wasn’t expecting that and wasn’t attentive that time. 9:35 I wrote to them to know where is the order, and it became obvious the courier already left and they are not going to give my money back. So I lost 12000 amd (about 30usd) because their courier arrived sooner. Will not use this app ever again.

Отличная служба доставки
Пользуюсь этой доставкой уже два года - практически всегда доставляли быстро и грамотно, без всяких нареканий. Приложение постоянно совершенствуется, (например, приятно увидеть что с тех пор появилось возможность отслеживать состояние заказа) при наличии вопросов по заказу оператор активно их уточняет и помогает в случае возникновения проблем (была ситуация с недовезенным заказом - вернули деньги)
Worst service ever
I had the worst experience with your service. I ordered sushi sets worth approximately 63,000 AMD for a birthday party, with the desired delivery to be around 12:00 AM as part of a surprise. However, the support chat agent rudely intervened, pushing us to accept a different delivery time that was not suitable. When I declined, the representative continued with an arrogant attitude, insisting that the amount would be charged regardless. I then contacted the restaurant directly, coordinated the delivery with them, and informed the support agent that we would handle it ourselves. Instead of resolving the matter, I received a phone call where I was told they were making an exception by allowing me to collect the order myself. What kind of exception is that? Is your platform truly built in a way that works against your customers? This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I hope you seriously review how your support team communicates with customers and handles such situations. Doing me an EXCEPTION? What exception you du**s, the one that we are never going to use your service anymore?

Can not put address in the app, can not sign in or do anything at all, fix the bugs, is not working
I absolutely don’t recommend it
After waiting for half an hour they tell you that the order is cancelled, you better choose Glovo, I have never had any issues with that app.
Add an option to disable promotional push notifications
Please add a switcher to turn them off altogether or I'll have to switch to another app because promotional push notifications keep pestering me several times a day. I had to turn off all notifications from the app in system settings, which is in fact a poor solution because I want to be push-notified about order status updates after all.

You can tell they’ve improved their service so much. Third order in a row they delivered in less then 30 minutes. So impressed and glad that now I can get my food this fast 🤩 Keep it going MENU ❤️ PS. Having a call center is a big plus 😊
Do Not waste you time and money
I order food I maintain on app even I called menu. Whatever I told them I need a plastic fork and spoon!!!!! Got an order missing OMG I called them I asked very nice way why it is still missing she told me I’m sorry next time we will be careful and make sure and I told her so this time you want me eat with my fingers?????? She said oh sorry I’ll send it now after an hour she send it me but it was too late. They need more coustomer service!

Customer service needs work
If you don’t speak Armenian or Russian, everything gets garbled. With competition so tight in the Yerevan market for delivery post-pandemic and other apps having broader range and better customer service, might be better off choosing an alternative.

Major Issues when Ordering with Credit Card
While trying to order with a credit card, the app would not clear my basket or process the order after hitting the order button. The app however charged me the full price of the order 10 times. Despite their promises to refund the extra charges, Menu.Am never issued a refund.

Долго и тяжко
Ни один заказ не привезли вовремя. Перевод очень страдает, тяжело выбрать блюда. Рекорд ожидания - 3 часа на маленький заказ из кафе, до которого 5 минут пешком, лучше бы сходили туда сами. Шаурму везут по 2-2.5 часа. Лучше используйте глово.
Still work needs to be done
I hope the devs will come up with a big update and introduce iphone x comparability, sometimes when I tap on something it doesn’t open up or it takes a long time until it opens up, basically its slow and hopefully this can be fixed some day! Thanks
Worst
Placed an order at 5pm. As of 8pm, order had not arrived and received zero communication from the app or store. When I called customer service, they claimed they tried to call me to tell me that one item was not available, but they most definitely did not. Order was cancelled with no apologies. Worst customer service.
Unpleasant UX flow, critical bag.
Very unpleasant UX flow. Just faced critical bag that is not acceptable in this kind of apps — after confirming order, order does not appear in the orders 🤷♀️ pls fix that
Doesn’t allow adding credit cards
It doesn’t allow you to add credit cards! So it works with cash though
OK if you have no other options
The service works, but barely. Delivery is incredibly slow. There’s no way to live track where the delivery person is so you may wait for an hour or two with no idea where he is. If you have no other options, then the app is useful.

Complicated for tourists to use
It took me 45 mins to try all possible credit cards to place an order. They all failed! Would be easier and faster to go directly to restaurant and eat there. Very disappointed
Horrible app terrible service
Food is always late and cold! Sometime the order is canceled but they notify you 2 hours late. Don’t use it it’s better to call restaurants directly.
Adding credit card doesn’t work
Have tried to order through the mobile app and pay with credit card. While credit card was processed successfully it still showed me that my order was not placed. I went to web app and it appears there are multiple failed orders and one successful which was not showing up at all. Anyways try to go through the flow to order on mobile with a new credit card.
