Cart is not working
Can not order, no button to add order to cart. Full of bugs
Bring back preordering by card
Preordering by card is not working more than a month.
No functionality
Impossible to add a card neither any payment method. Impossible to place an order. That makes the app only a catalogue, nothing more
Apple Wallet support for Bonus Card
As mentioned in the title I’d like to be able to add the bonus card to apple wallet and also there is an issue in the app because of which i cannot add my card to make payments.
Dark mode and Apple Wallet support
The new liquid glass design is amazing and it’d be great to add dark mode and also support for Apple Wallet so it’s faster to use the QR code.
💀💀
took 10 mins to place the the order but the payment got cancelled and my bonuses disappeared 💀 overall i waited 30 mins for one coffee which didn’t even taste good
Payment/orders not working
There is no way to make the order, it requires payment and does not accept my payment. I left a review for them on their app and didn’t receive feedback or support.
Not the same experience as in Drinkit
They shall focus more on UI/UX of their app, I am a person who is inspired from the app that DrinkIt has
Just stuck on initial screen
I have filled all the data in the initial form correctly, pressing save did nothing, no errors shown, no proceeding further. I was excited to try the app, but disappointed unfortunately.
Payment
You should add payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, IDRAM, or others, so we don’t have to enter card details every time.
I love coffee house
The best customer service ever
!!!!
There is something wrong with your app every single morning!!!!
Bug with qr code window
Bug is not fixed properly, qr code is out of the frame Supposedly something wrong with UI layout
Issues
Sometimes the app doesn’t show the notifications about the order being ready. I need to close it and reopen to see the update on my order.
Why do you need my personal data?!
I deleted the app immediately because it was asking for too much personal data on the first tab with no option to skip. This should be optional or at least have a signed-out view!
For the friendly coffee
Its amazing
Ужасный
ЖДАЛИ ПОЛ ЧАСА КОФЕ это кошмар, люди сидят и не готовят😡😡😡
Payment
Please add Apple Pay to the payment methods.
