Greatly improved
Good to see the improvement à on this app. Charger setup became much easier, it also monitors better what is happening to chargers.
This app and the chargers are straight garbage.
Got a new wifi router and when I went to change the wifi on the charger it won’t let me, doesn’t even let me connect to the charger itself on the app to change what network. Now its just a brick on my wall that I now can’t get any data from for my reimbursement on my electrical bill.
Custom Usage Dates
Being a Siemens employee and having an EV as a work vehicle and having to expense my charging, we as employees or even the user need the ability to select custom usage dates for expensing. It would also be great to have an export option even as a .CSV and share option to email to yourself or someone for easy access on a computer. Please consider this change as things would significantly speed up the expensing process and make everyone I’m sure a lot happier. Thanks!
Forgets username/pass
Have to log in every other time used, no touch-id. Other features seem to work fine, very little useful descriptions for icons and such though.
Mittlerweile auf einen guten Niveau
Am anfang hatte ich große Probleme mit der App, mittlerweile ist sie auf einem guten Niveau. Alle versprochenen Funktionen funktionieren ohne Probleme. Dank Sifinity Charge App kann ich jetzt auch meine VersiCharge mit Freunden teilen und sie in der Sifinity Charge App öffentlich sichtbar machen. Weiter so!

This is the worst app
Connectivity is horrid. Always disconnects. Have to delete profile and reconnect within the app after every charge. Have newest Google WiFi. Buy a Tesla charger. I work for the company and they have to give this away.
Too hard on the head to keep
Had since May with delay issues. Had several techs working on a solution but up to Nov no final result. Finally had enough tan installed a different unit.

Pure garbage.
Won’t scan the barcode when in broad daylight and plain view, takes FOREVER to connect, connection is trash and errors out, then when you come back the next time you get to do it all over again.
Still couple bug
New version. New problems. Power calculation is not good. 4.35 kw show but system give 20kw…First when there is an error there is no phone number to call when asking for support. No email also when the button appear for support. Also the daily power consumption seems to be on the Germany time zone! So locally in Canada the daily power consumption shift at 19h in the next day…

The app and the wall unit are both just abysmal. Got this on a friend’s recommendation and we have both replaced our wall units since then. Stay far away.

Eine vorher mittelmäßige App ist für meine Begriffe nun endgültig unterirdisch. Wann ist es möglich, den Verbrauch per RFID Karte zu sehen? Das muss doch machbar sein

Issues
I didn’t have the registration problems others saw. The app does give incorrect data on electricity usage and power level (max Amps). This is supposed to be a “high end” charger from a reputable company. I’m very disappointed.
Easy Peasy
Very Easy to use and to implement. Cool overview on the usage for my home charger. But I guess it’s not intended for bigger installations...
Horrible app
Unfortunately this app works about as well as JuiceBox which would connect either. When spending $700 on a device you should expect it to work out of the box. When you buy a TV you expect it to work? Right. Don’t count on this app working correctly and you’ll need to call tech support. Even though they won’t be able to do anything. Save yourself hours of frustration and disappointment. Just buy a WiFi LESS charger for your home.
Only game in town
Poorly designed, poorly executed. It’s in extreme need of an update. You will finally get the info your looking after fumbling around for while. Siemens pleeese update this App!!!! BTW the charger rocks!
This app is laughably terrible
I really don’t like to leave reviews like this but the text spills off the screen, the system messages don’t make any sense and the user interface is terribly designed. Siemens, please re-do this app, this is not the level of quality I would expect for a $500 ev charger that is of excellent quality.
Impossible to register with the system validation
I downloaded this app in hopes that with all the feedback the dev team could have fixed the issues. That is not the case here. At registration the app requires for the user to enter the zip code, however there is no zip code field.
EVSE Wi-Fi unreliability
Not only is the app a poorly designed one but it doesn’t directly connect or enable full control of the EVSE unit. Continually losing info when the unit has to be rebooted.
