Very simpel, connected fast
Wechsel Lademanagement-Provider
Da Everon gerade sein Portal schließt, wollte ich zu einem anderen Provider wechseln. Die Funktion Wechseln des Lademanagement-Providers führt bei zu einem Hang der App. Danach geht in der App nichts mehr.
Unübersichtlich und nicht intuitiv
Die Ersteinrichtung meiner Elvi Box war auf Grund einer mangelhaften Bedienungsanleitung und dieser unausgereiften App eine echte Herausforderung. Jetzt scheint jedoch alles zu funktionieren. RFID Karten müssen am Gerät (EV Connect App) und in der der Lademanagement App (EVBox Charge) angelernt werden. Steht nirgendwo und die Box gibt auch keinen verwertbare Fehlermeldung aus wenn hier etwas falsch gemacht wurde.
Etwas antiquiert und zu wenig Funktionen
Über die App lässt sich ein Telefon mit NFC nicht programmieren. Heutzutage will doch keiner mit RFID Karten und Chips rumlaufen. Z.B. in Apple Wallet Schlüssel anlegen geht nicht. Damit will ich aber zukünftig meine Wallbox zum Laden entsperren.
Sehr einfach
Lief alles sehr einfach. App runterladen, online registrieren. Schlüssel anlernen. Sehr simpel.
Langsam und unzuverlässig
Die App findet die Box häufig nicht, die Konfig ist extrem umständlich und langsam. Nachdem Elvi die eigene Lademanagement-Plattform aufgekündigt hat, muss man diese über die App ändern. Ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Eine Software, die von den Entwicklern anscheinend nicht selbst verwendet wird.
Super brugervenlig
Det var mega nemt at sætte min nye EV Box op med app'en. Det kører bare! Jeg fik min elektriker til at kigge på det mest tekniske i installationsmenuen - det kan jeg bestemt anbefale at man gør.
Koppel funktioniert nicht
Kopplung über Bluetooth funktioniert nicht, Hilfe Hinweise nützen nichts, eine telefonische Hotline gibt es nicht, man kann Kontakt Formulare ausfüllen …,
Totally useless Charger
I should have known better than to purchase the EvBox charger, it is totally useless, it is not possible to programme the charger to charge at a future time. This is a follow up to my comments about a year ago. Customer service is nonexistent, charger charges at 5mph so for the 5 hours off peak rate it puts 25 miles into the car. The app is useless, won’t connect to a charger 4 feet away!!!! Go nowhere near this company!!!!!
Eine Frechheit
Die App ist buggy und langsam. Die Auswahl einer Lade Management Plattform dauert ewig. Nach der Auswahl des Menüpunkt passiert erst mal 5 Minuten nichts. Beim abspeichern stürzt die App ab. Noch nie so eine schlechte App gesehen.

Utter shambles. We have one of these piles of garbage as a public charger near us. It’s been in about 2 years and not a single person has been able to get a charge from it.
Unbekanntes Netzwerk
Falls es WLANs mit Sonderzeichen in der Nähe gibt, zeigt die App bei einem WLAN-Verbindungsversuch nur „unbekanntes Netzwerk“ an. Die Auflistung, der sichtbaren WLANs der App, kommt nicht mit Sonderzeichen zurecht 🤦♂️. Zu den Sonderzeichen gehört dabei auch das Komma.
Waste of time
App never connects to charger. Useless
Nicht ausgereift
Nach einem Jahr war die Wallbox kaputt. Damals Installation nervenaufreibend. Nach wochenlanger Diskussion mit dem Service neue Box bekommen. Jetzt wieder stundenlang versucht, diverse Apps Karten und Schlüsselsnhänger zum Laufen zu bringen. Bislang gescheitert. Das ist unerträglich. Finger weg von EV Box und den diversen Apps.
App crashes and no way of getting tech support.
Installer mode crashes the app. I have latest iOS version. Called tech support in the US and now on hold for 30 minutes and not confident I will get anyone. Does EV box have anyone working for them these days? This does not make me want to sell Ev box units. Tech support should be job #1. Very disappointing.
