What people like
- Very affordable yearly price
- Simple and easy to use
- Works well for signing PDFs
- Great value for the money
What they complain about
- Crashes constantly after updates
- Lost all documents and signatures
- Support team never replies
- No search function for files
Did what I needed it to do
Signed and exported a pdf with no frills
Customer support doesn’t reply
Spent $25 for premium but still stuck with basic plan. I messaged the support team 2 weeks ago and they have yet to reply. Sent another message 2 days ago and still no reply even though they say within 24 hours. Terrible service.
Quite good
Very reliable & easy to use. However, really would benefit from time stamp for the signature.
No exacting out
You can sign but the rectangle insertable are not fillable therefore you can’t redact out the document.
Quelques manques
Application pratique. Pour moi, il manque la possibilité de changer de police de caractères.
One of the best out there
Gilmore
Illegal Activity Allowed on my account
I’m still working on it but I have over 20 years of photos shot from an iPhone on Apple on the highest quality photo with all the Meta data always saved on purpose. It’s all gone and everything has been changed to JP that’s over 14,000 photos I want to shut down
Love it, but is email broken?
Use scan and sign all the time and rely on them to communicate, fill out forms and sign contracts. But this past week email is not working.
Took out function
I can’t use the search feature anymore when uploading to google docs
Good App
This once set up is fine. But like a lot of apps the developer assumes too much. As an older person it is a struggle to work out how to start.
Owner
Work well
Instructions vague and you can only add one image per document.
One of my friends recommended me this app. They could have been talking about a different one because I’m SURE this is not what anybody would like. The directions were things like “Now make the text larger” yet providing no instructions on how to do so. Then I tried to add a few images to a document but they only allowed one at a time. If there is anyway to add another image they should have said that in the directions. IN ALL: I think the people who made this app were in a rush.
Doc sign is improved with optional typing, however the title to my document was wiped inadvertently
The title to my scan disappeared (wiped!!) with no identifying name. And typed annotation also disappeared. It took awhile to find the 12 page document I had just scanned. I scanned, labeled, and titled on my iphone. I wish I could have had a chance to DECLINE the wipe given the minuscule area I have to work with.
My problem
I use as few apps as I can, and I like Genius Scan however I mainly use it on my iPhone and it never comes up as an option to sign a document while other do.. When I need to sign something I don’t have time to waste looking and figuring out how to do something
Re: Signature
I’ve been using Genius Sign for a couple of years and I’ve been overall very impressed by the application. Recently the applications updates made me lose the function to allow me to change the color of my signature when signing documents. I’d appreciate it if the developers could look into this matter and have it resolved.
Love It!
Simple but it works!
Difficult
I am totally lost with this app when it comes to signing
Good app
The app is great and so helpful except from crashing when deleting signatures i hope it will be fixed soon … thanks
Shortfalls…
1) Lacks multiple ink color options in saved signatures. 2) Cannot change save signature ink colors. 3) Does not have YYMMDD-HHMMSS edited date & time formats.
Veramente ottima insieme a Genius Scan
App indispensabile insieme alla sorella Genius Scan, unica cosa che manca rispetto ad altre app è il supporto al riconoscimento di quei moduli con i caratteri separati in diverse caselle, veramente un peccato perché diventa un incubo compilare quei moduli
I love the Genius apps
Well, Genius Sign and Genius Scan are...wait for it: genius. And I'm sure Genius Fax is too; I just hope I'm never going to have to send a fax anywhere again. But Genius Sign and Genius Scan make me wish the Genius team designed every iOS app. These apps are powerful, intuitive, and stable, which is, sadly, a very rare combination anymore. I'm subscribing to Genius Sign, even though I very rarely have use for it, just because I want to support the developers and, when I do have use for the app, it's priceless. I'd like to subscribe to Genius Scan, which I use more frequently, but it's quite a bit pricier, and unfortunately I can't really afford that right now. I wish I could pay Genius Scan's subscription price and get full access to all of the Genius apps for that. But as it is, my subscription to Genius Scan will have to wait. If you can afford it though, and have use for an outstanding scanning app and an outstanding app for signing documents on your phone, I'm sure you cannot do better than Genius Scan and Genius Sign. In my opinion these two apps leave nothing to be desired. ♥️
Cancel the current changes!
I don’t like the automatic naming of my documents and once I change to my name I can’t get them into my folders. I hate the ‘updated’ version! I want to go back to before the automatic update was made.
Avis
Simple d’utilisation !
Doesn’t export with signatures
The signed document looks great until you try to export. Then no signature appears ☹️
Pete
Very helpful in my day to day business activities
Reliable and easy
Relied on this app for years for work, home and miscellaneous scans that can be uploaded instantly when crunched on time. This app never let me dow.

UPDATE APP UNTERSCHEIDET NICHT MEHR OB HOCH- ODER QUERFORMAT KATASTROPHE!!!! iPhone 13 Super App-einfach zu bedienen. Funktioniert einwandfrei iPhone 11
Works pretty well
I really wish there was a better color option. White on orange is extremely hard to see - so only 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if the text was easier to read
Did not sign the PDF I needed
I paid the fee went into the App saved my signature and went back to the PDF I needed to sign and could not sign it!!! What a waste of $15!!! Do not download this App!!!
Poor syncing
It’s a great app but leaves some features to be desired. Such as: 1- Syncing to iCloud. 2- Not requiring unrestricted access to your entire Google Drive to simply upload a file.
Funktioniert nicht mehr !
App läßt sich nicht mehr öffnen . War vorher T O P zufrieden . Mußte jetzt leider nur 2 Sterne geben . Wenn es wieder läuft wieder 5 Sterne .
Sign 4 Less
I needed to sign a document and did not want to use DocuSign, Sign Now, or Adobe. I remembered I had the Genius scan and the Genius sign. I looked into it to see what was more financially prudent, and it was Genis Sign. It was easy to create my signature and initials. It was easy to open my document within the app. The best part is that the app is $19.99 for the year. What? Double-take!!! Absolutely, a great value, easy app to navigate, sign whenever, & sign your docs on the fly. Thank you for making a signing app so affordable!
Help please
Ever since downloading genius sign I can access any docs in my app help this is a great Inconvenience
Great App - But 1 vital missing feature
This app is smooth and works well, and the UI is nice. But the 1 vital missing feature is a search function. If you had hundreds of documents there’s no way to search for any specific one so you’d have to scrub through spending hours looking.
Io$
IoBot
It signs ,and dates.
Great for filling out forms sent from others or importing word docs and presentations.
RN Case Manager
I purchased app and am frustrated that I am not able sign documents. Pls fix or refund my amount paid ($9+)
Almost awesome
The pen functionality seems a little chunky and always opens on the thicker setting as the default. Most people prefer the thin setting. Also it would be awesome to select’s which pages the signature duplication is done on, instead of every page. Much better than many others I have used for such an affordable price.
problèmes depuis la mise à jour
Application très utile et très bien pensée, mais depuis la dernière mise à jour - perte de tous les documents et de toutes les signatures. Agaçant.
Sign anything from anywhere
Genius sign is the best app I have ever bought. I travel a lot and it has allowed me to keep working, sign legal documents and access any format someone sends. It is genius! Love it.
Bad Service
Worst scanning app… after buy subscription camera doesn’t work.
Good App
Works as expected.
Constantly crashes post update
Sadly crashes constantly with 1.3.8 update. Cannot open a single document either by import or existing in library
