I didn’t receive my items, unable contact seller and no email reply on my
1st email tell me go to view orders/shipping to track order. But, I can’t find the track order button.... then no reply from the email I sent back to ask for help. I was patiently wait for 6days. But, there are still no reply, and yet, I didn’t receive my items... terrible... is my 1st deal with PrestoMall and it’s the worst deal...

Great apps
Excellent service by 11th street customer service team.
11street has the worst refund & exchange.
You better pray that seller send you the correct item, else you'll go through the painful refund/exchange. 11street doesn't have a efficient and proper timeline for refund/exchange. They will advise you to choose refund with 11street credits, which is supposed to be immediate, BUT IT IS NOT! I have 2 refund cases with 11street, but up-to-date, my account credit is still ZERO! Called to chase a few times, every time they tell me they have to check with PIC or respective department. My longest refund case has been dragged for 6 months now. 11street Malaysia just not efficient at all. I recommend you all switch to Shopee which is very efficient and fast. I'm not affiliated with Shopee, just a happy customer there. 11street should really learn from Shopee, especially when it comes to refund/exchange.

Seems alien to me
I used to buy most of the things in 11street before. Then I didn’t notice it changed to Presto and I feel like it’s a totally new app that I didn’t recognise anymore. Didn’t even remember my username and I’m too lazy to click forgot password. Reading all the bad review makes me even more uninterested to use this app. So, I’m uninstalling this app after this.

Stuck and annoying
Always everytime stuck on my iphone x Hang for few sec when open The pop up screen then you open the app also annoying pls remove it even you said it do it later it will popup again later?!!!!
Quality
Seller at this shop is very late reply, their system not able to communicate (chat live) with seller before/after sales so we can't get any update. Presto not set how long seller MUST post out the item after purchased. I had cancelled 2 times due to long waiting, after 4 days purchase stillnot proceed to post out the item. Very bad.

Poor network connection
Still not working after the update... -.-" Couldn't even start..: App is not working. I'm on LTE or WiFi network also never work. Tried rebooting and reinstalling too. Nothing works. Fix it please.
buggy update
the most current update is just plain aweful, please fix the bugs, its so slow and the app just crashed most of the time and not responsive as it used to be

FIX THE SCROLLING PHYSICS
For the love of g*d, fix the scrolling physics in your app. Not to mention the tap sensitivity for a link, I will move finger slightly and it will register it as a tap into the product page. It feels like a rough port of an Android app over to iOS.
