Works as it should
Works just fine. Map GPS is accurate when outdoors - uses LBS when indoors and a signal can’t be acquired. Useful for multiple devices.
Worthless
I can’t even figure out how to set up an account. The only options are log in or reset password.
Few tweaks pls
Fab app for using vanoalarm uk, but would love a complete disarm/arm button When using the arm/disarm menu, the pop up select for each part (ie, sound - vibration etc) overlap and is impossible to know which one your turning on or off. I have the app on an iPhone XR. Rotation might solve it! Thanks
Erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen
Ich bekomme beim Verlassen den GPS Zauns zwar eine Push-Benachrichtigung, aber die überhört man ja schnell mal. Die Benachrichtigung per SMS und Anruf funktioniert nur beim betätigen der SOS Taste. Der Support meldet sich nur alle drei Tage mal zurück. Kann man den Tracker mit einer Anderen Plattform oder App nutzen? Die App ist definitiv auch verbesserungsbedürftig!
Improvements needed ASAP
Overall it’s decent, just looks like something from 2005. Biggest criticism though is having to arm and disarm each alarm feature every time, rather than having a quick button.

Can’t connect to the device
It stopped connect to the device after few months. And now I tried dozens of times and ways, and it just gave me a no way. Give up.
Needs tweaking
Overall a good app, fairly straight forward to use. My only complaint is that when you have larger text selected on the iPhone the menu in the arm and disarm section become illegible as the text merges. Need to do away with the text boxes so that larger text can be viewed without having to change back to smaller text as then all other apps on the phone become smaller. When you need glasses for reading this is a pain when you need to arm / disarm the smart alarm.

Läuft stabil
Alles ein wenig holprig, aber man bekommt es hin. Uhrzeit Einstellung und Geschwindigkeits- Warnung fehlt der App, geht aber über den Browser.
Very buggy
When the door sensor alarm is off it automatically turns off the audible ALARM setting and in turn not sending and alerts and will keep default to off unless the door sensor is turned back on
Good, but!
Overall the app is good however, it needs to have a way of showing whether the device is activated or not. Please take out the guesswork and give us a button.

L’app est installé rapidement, le tracker est reconnu direct. tout est en Français et le tracking en temps réel est assez precis ! 👍, bravo. je vais tester le produit dans le temps et je referai une Maj si besoin et je testerai la fonction détection d’ouverture ! merci aux développeurs de l’app et du tracker MAJ : après plusieurs mois d’utilisation, la fonction détection (ouverture, fermeture, vibration etc) fonctionnent toujours aussi bien. j’ai réglé l’appareil sur detection ouverture ! en cas d’alerte, je reçois un sms puis un appel a partir du boitier. cependant la fonction localisation est complètement HS. sur l’app on voit MA position et non la position du boitier ! je n’ai trouvé aucun moyen de fixer ce problème ! si les développeurs de l’application me lisent , svp dites moi comment faire. merci
No good in rural location
It’s great to let you know if your van is being interfered with, will dial your phone and send text messages. But if you need to track your vehicle like I did the other day, it’s absolutely hopeless at least 7 miles out. Save your money and get a proper system fort tracking your van and investment.

I echo other reviewers it needs a simple arm all/disarm all button on the Home Screen with visibility of weather the alarm is armed or not too. iPhone X Geofence doesn’t work ?! !! PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE !!
Please Help Model Tracker V16
To Whom It May Concern: if I may ask you a question. Is there a way to go back to earlier version of AnyTracking software on IPhone ? It seem to me version 2.01 was the best there was. Especially when you play back your GPS route for the day it show you more details where the GPS unit has been. The most recent software update has change that function so dramatically that is no longer effectively execute. It is a shame, I hope that your company will some how to bring that back in the next software update. Plus the real time data on the GPS location of the unit is not that accurate. Is about 40-60 feet away from where it should be. Mahalo for your time. TL
Very Dissapointed
Went round and round with Swisstrack to get this straight, Im getting a heartbeat on the swisstrack so I assume its this software. I needed something dependable ... this is garbage. Will also write review on swisstrack site

This device doesn't use GPS they use LBS abd WiFI to find your location so it is not accurate.
Wrong language

Buyer be ware!! Dont get this
I wish there would be negative or zero stars ...we tried to amke product work for more than 2 weeks and nothing....This product does not work - seller makes a big claims sells you devices that do not work and Does NOT have warranty or any honor money - he claims once he ships you the device thats all he has to do and you are stuck with a garbage of equipment- No money back, no warranties .... Seller sells from China so once you pay them you are done ... Dont buy this !!!!
Subscription renewal
The application makes easy to use the information uploaded to the server. After one year my subscription expired, however I couldn't find the way to renew my subscription, so I cannot trace historical routes neither use gps123.org Is there any way to renew my subscription? Thanks
Useless
The app is reporting the gps to be 590 meters away from its actual location. The website gps123.org is showing correct location
War mal gut
Leider bekomme ich auf mehreren Geräten Network failed angezeigt. Die Webseite 123gps.org ist extrem langsam und somit kann ich meinen Tracker RF-V16 nicht mehr für den Copter benutzen. Help please!!
