Our Efficiency sent through the roof
Tradify has taken so much of the load off of my shoulders. It has made it so easy to keep tabs on things as a job progresses and then makes invoice and quoting happen quickly when it needs to. Contacting clients and scheduling appointments is at my finger tips.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After over 5 years of use!!Save yourself the costs and go with someone else. Features don’t work, they still charge you for them. Good value if functions worked smoothly but everything this app does well, you can do with much cheaper versions. No streamline searching and had to get all my boys iPhones to use it! Customer service called heaps and does nothing!
Tradify for Eletricians
Great software except for the Customer enquiries which need sorting out on the address of customer to ensure they put down first line of address and postcode. A lot of enquiries come through with customer just putting town down which is very annoying.
Very average
Everything takes too long to save, if at all. Scheduler page does not auto refresh so need to swipe to next day and swipe back to see if any visits have been added.

Frustrating to use the app on my draft says one thing when I email them to the client changes the figure entirely

This thing has changed my business dramatically! I own & operate a pressure washing buiz in Victoria… nearly all of my clients have said how much they love the reminders for services and have complimented my professionalism. I would always receive these compliments, however, they’ve only gotten better with Tradify. And trust me, I’m not one to sugarcoat reviews. These guys are doing a very good job. The only thing I’d ask for is literally a ‘heat map’ of all your jobs, similar to Jobber, so that you can see where you’re majority clients are coming from. Great service. Great software. - Connor
Notification nightmare
For the love of God please sort out your app notifications! They're pathetic as they are. I've raised this repeatedly for 5 years. Please fix it! As it is currently :- -Get notification on phone of a note in a job. -click on notification and it takes you straight to the notes section of the job but there's no way of knowing what job it's in without clicking out of the notes. -while reading the note I'll get a pop up asking if I want to look at a different job note. Press yes and it'll go straight to new job note so I don't know what job I was originally looking at. Press no and the notification goes forever with no way of referring back. What's the point of this useless feature?? And don't get me started on the email notifications. If you opt in for them you'll also get spammed with emails every time you more a schedule 5 Min and then if you do click the link in the email you have to log in to the desktop version every single time for every link and the desktop version terrible on the phone. I'm sure nothing will be done about this as usual but hopefully others read this and don't use tradify because of it.
Improvement
Really happy with it all and works well for my business however would be really good if it could have API integration with me marketing software. Most other job management softwares do it.

It’s not good app If anyone works for 1:30 minutes and use Tradify it will count it 1.3 hours it’s wrong It 1.5 hours actually
Good for one man bands
Some features they can either do without or update them (like the parts list). Can be a bit clunky but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty good

Biggest issue My team have Is viewing photos They are so tiny we cannot ZOOM Or enlarge photos So they are so small it’s useless Please improve the photo part of the app in notes and overall UI. MAKE photos A tapable photo to enable way full screen viewing to see the full picture. Having tiny photos on the notes section without any way to enlarge makes life difficult. A photo gallery into the notes or just make it easier to see the larger photo. Still. Any see photos or make them bigger How hard can it be to do this right ?? Also noticed you haven’t responded to any reviews on over a year on App Store. You update the app but ignore the bigger issues plaguing users …
Missing promised improvements
There are a lot of useful settings which is only available through the web browser or the computer and not from the mobile app. Last year this time it has been promised to be available shortly on the mobile version, however it is still missing.

Non responsive website portal and glitchy app
We have been using Tradify for around 12 months with one company and then moved the new company to Tradify Over the past 3 months things have begun to get very glitchy on the app Appliances not been saved after adding Then appearing as 3 of same appliances App logging it out losing all data entered into forms etc Screen not responsive to iPhones Now the website portal keeps freezing and non responsive, meaning we have to shut down log out clear cookies log back in and after a few data entries, the same non responsive happens again,”. Trying to run a business that see 600-1000 jobs through each month is just not worth keeping the software anymore The disruption this software has caused is beyond any reason to keep using. Time loss equals money loss Just not good enough
Service business tool
Tradify is a fantastic tool for running a service based business. The schedule helps manage multiple jobs and techs at the same time. Also, the linking in with Xero is effortless. Only negative, considering it’s aimed at a trade environment, there’s no health and safety add ons or ins, which is paramount for a trade business. I hope they get this sorted quickly.
Great Support, always Evolving
I looked at numerous platforms when starting my business. Tradify offered a one on one discussion when thinking about, they have amazing support and they listen and take note of suggestions. I didn’t get that from the others. There was one thing caught me out at times, (offline use)… they are aware and are working on solutions to this. Thanks Tradify team, I won’t be going anywhere with my landscape business as you guys rock.

I downloaded the app, try to sign up and 5 times the app crashed, impossible to sign up as a new user, my colleague had a same experience.
Streamline your trade business admin
Once over the hump of setting up and getting used to the interface, I'm now flying with the help of this app, it's boosted my productivity and organisation to new levels. Really happy with this app. I'd have given it 5 stars but there's a few bits I feel could be improved, and probably will be as they seem to be constantly developing the platform.

Be prepared for high pressure sales on signup and beyond
I was bombarded with a barrage of daily calls, emails and texts during the 14 day trial. I had to delete the account in an attempt to stop them, but even then the daily calls have continued. I would also say Tradify might be invaluable if you have a team of people, but if there are only one or two of you then I really wouldn't bother.
Can’t run my business without it
Definitely has helped my business organising a smooth structure and creating jobs on the road My employees have a real time on site , updating their hours as well as schedules for the week. Doing invoicing is a pleasure working seamlessly with xero
Get stuffed Tradify
I downloaded the app and created an account. I created an invoice to send to a client, and the invoice sent to the client was marked as paid. With no warning! I did not mark it as paid. Thank you so much for making me look like an absolute idiot. You’ve lost me.
Brilliant App
Brilliant App! Love it! Be good if the jobs could link to google maps when opening, unless I’m missing something! BUT DO NOT USE STRIPE! Why such a brilliant platform advertises and uses Stripe is beyond me! Takes forever to get your funds that your customers pay!
App is ok at best
Constant issues with the phone app which affects users on the laptop. Very restricted to what you can do on the app as well. Usually it can take 2-3 weeks for bugs/glitches to be fixed, and support normally has to be chased for an update.

It’s great there is a timesheet in the app but there should be an option to deduct dinner breaks from your total working day

Almost Perfect
Been with Tradify for many, many years now and since the beginning I’ve asked for calendar integration. Almost had it but that was for Google only 😏 I’ve used half a dozen trade management Apps and still it’s one of the best on the market.
The idea is good.
The idea is good, the application is not sadly. I hoped it would help reduce stress and paperwork. I stress it increase time on a laptop inputting data as the settings done work on the app and only on the portal. It’s like having a car dashboard with loads of buttons that don’t do anything. No support on the weekends as they are closed. When They are there to help you can get quick guided help which is brilliant. The staff are very helpful also. It may take a few days for them to reply but once they do they are very helpful. “Update” I found out afterwards. One more thing, estimates and enquiry replies didn’t always get sent to the customer either. For someone who struggles with changing over and learning a new system this was a nightmare. Back to the drawing board for me. And back to how I was doing it before. It was not worth the stress or expense. It doesn’t work with my calendar either. So you can only use their app to see the jobs and you need to be connected to see customer info also. If you don’t have signal, you don’t have anything. Which is quite useless. Maybe in a few years when all these things are sorted I may look again. But for now it over promises and under delivers. Sorry to be negative. I really wanted it to work and needed it to. It’s cost me a lot of time, money and stress to try get this to work. All that I got out of it was more grey hairs and an empty pocket.
Decent app. Does the job
Good for logging work I’ve done so my boss can see it. Could do with a ‘confirm deletion?’ pop up when deleting jobs or an undo button for when a job is accidentally deleted. Would save me a fair bit of anguish. Would also be handy if it could run in the background rather than returning to home screen when I exit the app to check something else on my phone.

Spam calls non stop
I used this app for less than 5 minutes and now I’m receiving constant spam calls from them even after responding “STOP” to the Opt Out text, they are still trying to contact me.
Missing pictures upload
I lover the app, makes my life easier. I’d really like a couple of things to be added. First the chance to upload pictures to the jobs so I don’t need to send them separately to my collaborators. Second a connections with the supplier so the prices of the products I am installing are always up to date (especially now that they are increasing pretty much monthly). Other than that I love the app, once these two feature are implemented you are getting my five stars!
Trial too short
App has potential but trial period is so short - I had a list of features to try out after speaking to Sandra (sales team) on a Friday, on the Monday my trial period expired. I reached out to extend the trial and likely come onboard as a paid customer but the team wasn’t willing to help.
Definitely getting better with updates!
This app is getting better with updates, it sat stale for a while, others were taking off! Finally quick shortcuts on the job card! Thanks guys but can you put the customers name on the message, just sending out “Im on my way” is a bit rude and who knows who they are getting a message from. Or maybe “Hi, My names ....... from BUSINESS, I’m on my way, ETA 30mins”

Tradify makes running my business so much easier. Every job is in the system and can be invoiced as soon as the job is complete. It helps me keep track of ongoing jobs also which is a huge help.
What happened?
This app was really good. That was until they updated it. Now it just crashes every single time I open it saying to check my connection.

More work needed
The app needs lots of work if you want to use it in small business environment. There is no way in environment of 100 vans. For a single user, maybe. But do your homework and research before you sign up. 5000+ users? That's at least 100k monthly income for Tradify. And their priority is focused on loading maps or timesheets? Right.... What about upload of multiple photos at the same time? This has been suggested to Tradify years ago. Or keeping the same file/picture name instead creating automatically a new one and making it confusing. And this was reported years ago too. Guys, you know who I am.
No mention of cost.
I was very happy with the way the program ran and was very eager to bring the boss up to speed with the way this would help..but once again hidden costs...don’t I look like a dill...
It’s a lovely application
We use Tradify to schedule our sparkles and it doesn’t bug out and is easy for everyone to use. No training required for field staff, just show them once what they need to look at. Actually same for office it’s just too easy.
Angry and annoyed - become unaffordable
Started out as a great app, affordable and user friendly The company keeps adding extra features that are not optional and then ramp pricing up, at least twice within 3 months. After being loyal for over 3 yrs we are no moving on!! Unaffordable for small business and can’t export data in full
Really like the app
We have a fencing & gardening company and have just started using this app. We love it but would like to see a reminder on the scheduling. If I put in an appointment for my hubby to do a quote, there is no option to set a reminder so that he doesn’t miss it. This would be a huge help for us!
Incorrect formatting
As soon as I got the app asking me to log in, as I am not registered it won't let me log in and there is no option to create account
Has come a long way
With updates the app is more usable, but needs more user experience updates like tapping on an address on an appointment should allow you to copy it or get directions using Google Maps (or Apple Maps - definitely needs a choice because google maps is much better with some things).
