Easy to use
Easy to use. My only wish would be to have a language option for English.
Never ending bug
Im flying back to Prague and I heard the country is trying to switch to all e-tickets. I tried logging in - doesn’t work! I tried the “forget password” doesn’t work either! Waste of time! Back to paper train tickets then!

Do nedávna bych dal plné hvězdy. Bohužel se poslední dobou stává, že chybí možnost pro zrušení parkovného. Edit. Dle podpory nejde zrušit vůbec. Takže trash.

Need to buy tickets before entering metro station!!!
When I took the metro there were inspectors on the platforms — not on the train itself, which is what I expected — asking to see proof of ticket purchase. I had already bought and validated (this takes 60 seconds) my tickets before heading into the station so I’m not sure if the tickets need to be validated *as well as purchased* to pass the inspection. Either way best to do both even before you’re on the platform :)

Štve mě víc věcí, ale vyberu tu nejjednodušší a opravitelnou. Zavazadlo je i jízdenka pro psa… tak to tam probůh napište.

Not bad but keeps showing a green button to activate a ticket only for it to activate so many tickets. If a ticket is already active, the app should warn the user and/or not show activate ticket at all
Current bug makes it unusable for me :(
I normally love this app, but right now there is a bug that makes it completely unusable, at least for my use on an iPhone 8. Every time I open the app, I can press one button before it freezes and crashes. It’s also caused the rest of my phone to start bugging out due to overload or something. Normally, this app is great, but a bug needs to fixed asap.
Critical Bug — 9 May 2025
I just installed the app, but it crashes within seconds of opening. I have only been able to enter an email and part of a password once before it crashed. As it is now, the app is unusable. Please fix it ASAP.
Spojit QR kódy
Mám v telefonu Pražskou lítačku a jezdím vlakem do 2. pásma, kam si kupuju pidovou jízdenku. Průvodčímu musím ukazovat dva kódy. To je otrava pro nás oba. Nešlo by to spojit do jednoho? A pokud ne, nešlo by je aspoň dát na jednu obrazovku? A ještě bych měl jeden námět. Často aktivuju PID jízdenku na aktuální čas a pásma 1 a 2. Je to docela hodně klikání. Nešlo by na to najít nějakou zkratku?

Generally helpful, but not dependable
The app is really helpful in Prague for tourist - both in terms of getting schedule as well as buying tickets. However I found the part of buying tickets extremely buggy. Sometimes the app shows green button to buy ticket but often that button simply missing with no explanation why. As such I can only use the app for convenience. This is actually a problem in my mind as from 2026 the plan is to charge more for fares not done in the app. Eg the city is forcing you to buy through app that itself isn’t frequently working. It’s silly and sad.

Už podruhé se mi stalo ze po potvrzení applepay a vracení do aplikace se platba nakonec nedokončila a musel jsem kupovat jízdenku znovu ve vlaku. Nešlo by tento proces nějak přepracovat?
Could use improvement
I don’t find the app very intuitive and have purchased two tickets back to back not realizing I already paid the first time so I paid twice :) Couldn’t figure out how to activate a monthly coupon.
Good overall but major payment issue
The app works well overall, but I was buying tickets for a small group to catch a tram in only a few minutes, and the app informed me that my payment wasn’t going through. I tried three times with different cards because we were in a hurry (all cards appeared to have failed), only to find out just afterwards that I’d inadvertently purchased 3x sets of the same tickets! While there may be some payment problem on my end, I would recommend a fix for this/a feature that asks for a yes or no to proceed if the app detects a repeat purchase within a short amount of time, especially since there is no reimbursement process on the app that I can see.
Makes travel around Prague easy!
This app let me plan each of our in-town and day trips simply. I could buy tickets on the fly or plan our route the night before. With tickets in hand, I always knew what stop or platform to go to.

Repeated issues with uploading photos.
I paid a fortune for a monthly pass for all 13 zones and the app won’t let me upload a high resolution, low resolution, or take a photo of myself to replace the first photo they decided to reject. They have no problem taking your money and then taking days to use up your pass telling you that you cannot use it because they don’t like the photo. Then they won’t take even a passport photo. Best to use the app only for short trips until they get their app error fixed.
A must for Prague
Agree with others: easy to use, mapping a route provides cost and link to pay, Apple Pay enabled. One of the best transportation apps I’ve used.
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded this on my device and it crashes every single time I try to open it. I can’t create an account or press any buttons. I have tried troubleshooting, but the app simply does not work for me.
Useful for visitors to Prague
As a foreign visitor to Prague, I found the app an effective way of planning, paying and using the excellent integrated public transport system of Prague. It is not perfect, but I would recommend it unreservedly.
Don’t use with spotty network
The app worked well when I was on WiFi, but when I bought tickets over cellular I got a purchasing error. I then re-imitated the purchase and ended up with twice the number of tickets. The app developer refused to refund the ticket purchase despite the fact that they stated that this is a known problem. I have never received a purchase error for a successful purchase in any other circumstance so I would advise any user to be aware of this.
Has improved massively but still has stupid errors
Firstly- this app has improved enormously over the years and we should be thankful for that. But it still has some terrible design issues. Today’s example: I can tap on a live tram and see if it is air-conditioned. That’s great. If I plan a route, however, there is no information about whether a tram has air-conditioning. So my only option is to wait until the tram I want is on the live view, manually find it, and tap on it! Crazy. Computers should do this manual stuff for us.

I can’t do anything. It keeps crashing even when reinstalled.
App Broken
Twice now I have tried to create an account. I signed up with one email and a message said I’d be getting a verification email. I have been checking for over 24 hours and there is no email. So I then tried a different email and still no verification email ever came. Update: the emails all went to my spam. That hasn’t happened in forever, therefore I attribute it to whatever is in the origin of the email sender.
Never got that email to activate
I wanted to use this to buy a weekly pass for public transport in Prague. The app made me register an account and I used my gmail but the activation email never arrived so I couldn’t login. Made my trip very inconvenient and more expensive to keep having to buy paper tickets because the app failed.
The developers need to fix it!!
If people want to buy tickets online, they want them to use them immediately they do not want to wait 2 minutes to activate the tickets for the bus, underground or tram. I do not understand why the developers made such stupid things!! They want to prevent people from using the tickets when they are already on the bus, tram or underground- really?? I thought the idea was to get things wise.
High quality app
I was only in Prague for a few days but this app worked very well, the design and user interface was excellent, it was easy to use and figure out, each ticker gives you a bar code but we never got stopped so not sure if that works for the police. One thing to note is when you buy tickets on the app you need to wait 2 minutes after you activate before it becomes valid so buy tickets before you get on
Horrible Scam of the Public Transport
We had bought tram tickets on this app, and because we did not activate them, the inspector charged us 2000 CZK or 90 USD. This is a complete and utter scam for money from tourists who aren’t aware of this. If you visit Prague, do not take public transport. You’re better off walking and not getting scammed out of money.

Would be great if it allowed buying
Is this app not compatible with iOS 13? I am not able to buy any tickets, the screen to buy just says “ticket selection could not be loaded”. My wife’s phone had no problem on iOS 12.
Two Minutes to Activate Issues
Not a bad app, but the two minutes to activate is a major issue. The inspectors come and will fine you with as little as 10 seconds left before it activates, and since they can check whomever they want, they often target women, especially those riding alone. I just ended up buying the year pass, but for people who ride only once or twice, the two minutes is a huge pain. Either you get on before your ticket activates and hope, or you activate it before the bus/tram/metro even arrives—cutting into the amount of time you’ve paid to be allowed to travel. And if the bus is late, and so your ticket expires before you reach your destination? That’s a fine, too. Major design flaw!

Annoying bugs
Every time I search for a connection and press "Search", it instead searches for the most recent connection from my search history. This bug has been there for months, there's no way to report it from the app, so obviously the developer doesn't care at all about their user experience. I'm switching to pubtran.
Very useful, some issues
I enabled alert for “Exceptions” and found it was too many notifications. I disabled it within the app but still receive alerts. Otherwise, for purchasing lowest-price tickets I find it is the most useful app, even for long trips outside of Prague.

Aplikace jako taková je celkem povedená, ale velmi často v ní dochází k této chybě: "Pro zadané hodnoty v tuto chvíli neexistuje žádné spojení." K této chybě dochází nezávisle na zadaných hodnotách a dochází k ní i na dobrém připojení, např. na 4G nebo WiFi. Pokud hledání např. pětkrát zopakuji, tak se většinou nakonec najde. K této chybě nedochází vždy, ale zhruba při polovině pokusů. Asi jde o přetížené servery nebo něco podobného. Další chyba není tak závažná, ale je taky otravná: Když třeba omylem kliknu na zadání času odjezdu, tak se vybere nějaký konkrétní čas a už to nijak nejde vrátit na "teď". Jediná možnost je aplikaci shodit a znovu zapnout.

Zatím zcela zbytečná aplikace.
