Klappt nicht immer
mühsam
App ist mühsam und schwierig zu bedienen. Passt man ein Produkt an, muss man es verwerfen, nachdem es im Einkaufswagen war. Man kann keine Standardprodukte speichern oder Einsteellungen vornehmen, wie z. B. bevorzugte Milch. Fehlermeldung bei fehlendem Produkte kann man nicht lesen. Wählt man das Produkt an, erscheint keine Fehlermeldung und Produkt kann trotzdem in den Wagen gelegt werden. Erst an der Kasse erscheint Meldung wieder und man muss Produkt dann entfernen. Für Zahlungen muss man Geld aufladen und kann Betrag nicht selber auswählen.
Zahl Funktionier funktioniert nicht
Beim bezahlen in der App kommt immer die Fehlermeldung: Etwas ist schiefgelaufen.

Muchos errores en la app
Tuve problemas para descargar la app , loguearme, resetear email , crear nueva cuenta, detectar filial cercana, ordenar el producto, ejecutar el pago y autorizar el pago por el banco.. muchos pasos para tan solo una accion comprar un producto, que solo te lo venden por compra online y no fisicamente en la store. No tiene buena interfaz ni rapida coneccion con gmail , ubs y maps para cuando te redirije a estas apps y continuar con los pasos , demora mucho en esas partes y lo tuve que intentar en dos dispositivos Iphone y Ipad hasta que luego de una hora lo consegui. No sirve si quieres comprar algo rapido . Es un servicio demorado , no esta diseñado para el nicho de personas sin paciencia o flexibles . Ojala el equipo tecnico mejore las funciones e interfaz. Nose como sera en Android pero en la parte de apple OMG , deja mucho que desear …

Maybe the idea is good
The idea of ordering your coffee on the way and then skipping the line might be nice. But if your people in the shop ignore those orders and i get my coffee after people comeing after me into the shop.. something is wrong. Id expect a direct feedback function - the „sorry for the waiting“ doesn’t change anything..
Not Bad some missing features
Its good but no apple watch app and still no option to add card to wallet.

Kann seit dem letzten Update mit meinem iphone mit ios 15.8.6 keine Coffee Houses mehr finden, und jetzt funktioniert auch login nicht mehr. Das ist nicht nachhaltig, liebes Starbucks Team

Doesn’t always work
Great app when it works. Unfortunately it’s unstable and often has problems to order or load credit. Customer service is a bit hit and miss when reporting problems.
Kleine Verbesserungen
1. Wäre es möglich, dass man beim Bestellen zuerst das Produkt auswählt und dann das Coffe house? Oder allgemein dass man irgendwie Favorite Drinks und Voreinstellungen machen kann? Ich kaufe nämlich immer dasselbe. 2. Ich habe soeben 200 Sterne für einen CHF 6.50 Drink ausgegeben. Verstehe ich das richtig, dass ich somit CHF 3.5 verloren habe? Nur damit ich es für die Zukunft weiss.😊 Vielen Dank für eure Arbeit! Edit: Könntet ihr auch bitte irgendwo in der App den WC Code hinterlegen, zB bei den Belegen?

Can you please add a feature to order through the app people can choose their favorite stores? It shows always the map and I have to type the store location even though I have my regular store set!

It says I have to order in person. Even though at the store there is an advertisement to download the app and order online. Ridiculous.

I’ve registered an account, even logged in on the website, but on the app it keeps giving me the “something went wrong” error. What the heck? The credentials are correct, why won’t it let me in? The support team doesn’t reply either

Mais il y a deux choses qui manquent : – pouvoir faire passer de l’argent d’une carte cadeau sur le compte principal de la carte de membre – pouvoir collecter des étoiles si on fait une commande pour se faire livrer à la maison via Les différentes plates-formes de livraison en ligne

Parfois la commande reste oubliée et il est plus rapide de passer pas le comptoir. Et il n’y a pas d’options pour choisir si on ne veut pas chauffer croissants, cinnamon roll ou autres… Mais sinon super pratique 🤗
Nutzlos und Kontolöschung umständlich
Man muss 100 Franken ausgeben, um ein Gratisgetränk zu erhalten. Damit sich das lohnt, muss man schon ziemlich süchtig sein. Will ich mein Konto löschen, lotst mich der Button aus der App auf eine externe Website, die wiederum voller FAQ ist und ma sich schliesslich durch den Content suchen muss, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass man darauf eine E-Mail senden muss, der zuerst einen Verifizierungsvorgang in Gang setzt, der innerhalb von 30 Tagen durchgeführt sein soll, aber auch nur vielleicht! Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, zeugt von Inkompetenz (oder Unwillen) einen einfachen, authentischen und schnellen Prozess zu implementieren. Schande!
Standort Suche ist nervig
Ich bestelle jeden Morgen. Der Standort ist zwar als Favorit gespeichert, aber er erscheint nicht. Auch erscheinen nicht die Standorte, da wo ich gerade bin, sondern irgendwo. Und meinen Standort muss ich 3x eingeben, bis der richtige kommt. Aufgezählt werden irgendwelche Orte in den USA 😩
Zalung funktionier wieder nicht! „Leider ist etwas schiefgelaufen“
Eigentlich eine tolle App. Aber jedes mal wenn es eine Designe änderung gibt funktioniert die Zahlung per Karte oder jetzt neu mit Apple Pay in der App wieder nicht, echt mühsam.

Apple Wallet Funtion
Die App ist super, doch es wäre noch Praktisch, wenn man die Karte auf Wallet laden könnte. Ansonsten ist die App super!
Inconsistent
This app does as it pleases. Preorders are big pain i hardly ever manage to order. Choosing a store doesn't work. If it does (one of ten times) the menu doesn't pop up as it thinks i still didn't choose a store. I liked the app and used to order over it but in the past few months it wasn't possible.

+ gute, praktische Idee + differenzierte Auswahlmöglichkeiten + Zahlungsmöglichkeiten = Umsetzung noch nicht überall gelungen - stürzt manchmal ab (auch während Zahlung) - sehr langsame Verarbeitung - Preis-Angabe erst am Schluss

Cela fait quelques temps que l’application bug et qu’il n’est pas possible de faire une commande pour de l’emporter. L’employé du Starbuck où je me sers m’a confirmé ne pas être le seul à réclamer ceci. Merci de faire le nécessaire au plus vite. Cordialement,
