Belle app. Belle présentation. 👍 Points négatif : Manque de précisions ‼️‼️‼️ Manque le poids des aliments Cela devrait être obligatoire de le mentionner avec un poids ~. Personnellement je ne commande pas sans savoir. ‼️ Pas d’image de présentation. Cela pourrait donner une idée de la quantité. Ou du plat verndu quand on ne connait pas. P.s je nomme ici les points très négatif de l’app. Le reste est plutôt bon 👍.

Die App ist sehr cool! Aber die Servicegebühren sind echt teuer. Würde z.b bei Sushi um die 6-7 Franken pro Bestellung sparen, wenn ich es statt bei just eat direkt auf deren Webseite bestellen würde.

used this app for the last two years with no issues, now my last 3 orders never got accepted by a courier. have to call to cancel the order and they say “yeah it’s rush hour right now so it takes a bit longer. 2 hours isn’t “a bit longer”

We got tricked into installing this app
Wanted to use the discount voucher HELLO20 and it was rejected. Feels like we got tricked. We got our food but this is dishonest marketing practice. Never again immediate uninstall.

Tipping
According to the delivery driver, tips added through the app don't actually go to them. If that's true, it's super scammy.
Parkspot
The App is all good and works well but please add a parkspot pin for the user too add on the map for more detailed instructions and also to avoid any complaints in any case for the customer.

wie wäre es mit einer korrekten bestellbestätigung mit einem aktuellen status des bestellten essen? stattdessen wird man nach dem bezahlen mit der debitkarte auf eine seite mit alten bestellungen gelotst. keine bestätigung, dass die bestellung erfolgreich eingegangen ist. NICHTS! krasse programmierer! 🫣
Nachträgliche Trinkgeld-Funktion zurückbringen
Die App entwickelt sich leider in die falsche Richtung. Trinkgeld vor der Lieferung zu verlangen, widerspricht dem eigentlichen Sinn eines Trinkgelds. Früher konnte man guten Service nachträglich belohnen – diese Möglichkeit fehlt jetzt. Ich möchte selbst entscheiden können, ob die Lieferung pünktlich, vollständig und freundlich erfolgt ist, bevor ich ein Trinkgeld vergebe. So fühlt sich die aktuelle Lösung eher wie eine Erwartung als eine freiwillige Anerkennung an. Bitte bringt die Möglichkeit zurück, Trinkgeld auch nach einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Lieferung zu geben. Ansonsten ist die App zum bestellen super.

Kein Support telefonisch mit echtem Mitarbeiter möglich, bei Problemen mit der Lieferung hat man nur einen simplen Chatbot mit vorgefertigten Antworten. Bringt absolut nichts!

Was für eine schlechte Experience. 3 Stunden haben wir auf die Lieferung gewartet. Statt den versprochenen 50 Minuten. Und nach der Reklamation speisst man uns mit lächerlichen 15% Gutschein ab. Katastrophale Experience.
