Best anagram & xword helper
The recent updates have enabled the filters to remain intact when changing letter patterns. This is a really helpful functional improvement. Every known global spelling variations seem to be present too. The best just got better - 42/42
Lousy new type face
Why change a modern font to such an archaic one. Awful. Bad on the eye. Worse. Both eyes.
Mixed feelings
Prior to the latest update if I closed the app after use then the next time I opened it the search field would be clear. Now, even if I clear the search field before closing the app, it reverts to the previous search when next opened. I find this rather odd. Otherwise a very useful resource. Update. Thank you Mark Bailey for your response. Having adjusted my settings I am now much happier with this app. If it were possible I would now give it the fifth star.

Used to be much better. So many ‘words’ now are not found in the dictionary and simply combinations of letters - pointless

Why fix what wasn’t broken 🙁 ? I love this app and have used it for a long time. It was so easy to use. Too many things in the filter now and it doesn’t clear automatically anymore ! 😢
New iteration not as effective
I could previously breeze through most crosswords using this app. Now the search for Word using the dot to substitute letter does not seem to work as effectively. However, I do appreciate certain updates like the ability to view history. Marc has now explained to me how the app works just dots. I do believe this app to be the best Crossword aid on the market and I have reevaluated it to a five star rating.
Great app ruined
Latest upgrade has ruined a brilliant app for me. The look-up function now opens in your default browser app, instead of in-app, making a mess of new browser windows. Also, crappy new font in search box is jarring. Still a useful app, but now ugly and awkward. Shame.
Could be better.
I am trying to access Dictionary function but am unable to find it. It should be more user friendly.
Spelling
Why can’t you use the English dictionary and not the USA one. eg color (USA) colour. uk. Center (USA) centre (uk) this can be Confusing. Plus words many words that no one has ever heard of especially in ‘words with friends’
Great game
I love this game but it only gets three stars because it needs a much better dictionary. It doesn’t let me have lots of words that are perfectly acceptable in other games

Love words, solving word puzzles and use this all the time.
Doesn’t work on anagrams that can repeat letters
It cannot be set to use the same letters more than once and thus misses easy words like: Fanciful from lcnafiu
Wordfeud
When I first played Wordfeud there were no ads and I enjoyed seeing my score. The app froze and I had to re download and it now has adds which is dreadful!!!!!

The names included are a nuisance. Please remove the names. Just valid words please.

Not an anagram solver
There is no setting to use all the letters in the original word.
Disappointed with update
This is my go to and has been for a few years. Latest update has made the results list in smaller type than before. So now in my opinion the default small size type is too small for skimming down the list and large size is too big. What was wrong with how it was? Just takes the 5th star off my rating.
This app has gone off recently
This used to be a great app. No longer. It no longer gives all the words especially the most common words. Really disappointed!

Absolutely great and definitely recommend this apt
Great App…
… but could be improved! You can choose between capitals and lower case, but why not use a mix to denote proper nouns? Also, when “excluding” letters in a filter, it would be useful if you could exclude a letter that is in the word, if you know there’s not another one in it. Really useful crossword tool, and great fun discovering anagrams of your kids’ names etc. Love it!

Absolutely stonking little app. Indispensable
The best but add German keyboard
Simple but effective interface. Please add an option to donate or purchase. So many apps I have paid but their in game ads and pop up’s are endless (looking at you, WWF and Wordscape). Finally an honest app. Folks PLEASE add German dictionary. Replacing an umlaut with an e (ae vs ä) produces invalid results. Do that and it’s perfect. Thank you for this app.

What is the problem?
I am shocked at how many words this anagram finder does not find! Very disappointed. This is definitely not a definitive app!!!

I use this every day. It’s great for all puzzles and no advertising.
Has great potential, but not quite there yet
I’ve been using this for several months. It does find a lot of anagram words, and has great flexibility to filter results. However, real words are jumbled together with the majority of “finds” that aren’t words at all. It would sure help if these were filtered out - then would probably be 5 star.
Missing tons of words
Many common three+ letter words are missing from this app’s data store.

It’s OK
Having an app to use to find words for words with friends, is much better than searching online, it takes less time. However, not all the words it shows can be used in words with friends. And, there are some words that words with friends will use that aren’t on this list.
No better way to solve or create anagram!
