Great experience
Superb customer service! I went in for a routine eye check-up and new computer glasses in Singjamei, Imphal. The optometrist was very professional and gave me the exact power update. The store associate Priya gave honest feedback on which frames suited me best instead of just trying to make a sale. Great ambiance and seamless shopping experience

Excellent replacement
I am highly disappointed with the quality of these lenses. They scratch incredibly easily, almost as if they are magnets for damage. But after email to customers services they can replace with guarantee card n new are superior than older
Frame are use less
Very disappointed with the quality of the frame the frame has broken multiple times from the exact point near the arms i tryed multiple frames of lenskart but i have faced same issues which clearly seems to be a weak spot in the design or material i handle my glasses carefully but the same problem keeps happening again and again but lens are good but also got disappointed i always use same japnes lens which cost around 3200 but the sad that the are scrach resistance but the coating got removed from it lens are good so i reated it 2 star I expected much better durability and quality from lenskart a spectacle frame should be strong enough for regular daily use i hope lenskart improves the quality and design of such frames and provide a proper solution for customer facing the same issue

Useless App
If the word uselessness had a new synonym, it would be the Lenskart app. Absolute waste. No matter how much you try, you just cannot place an order for contact lenses. The app won’t let you go to payment page. Tried both from IOS and android devices.
Not opening
It’s been a very good app and have used this app to order frames and lenses for the whole family but for a few weeks now it’s not opening. Have restarted the phone, uninstalled and installed but no change… really disappointed.

Subject: Feedback on Delayed Order and Poor Customer Communication Dear Lenskart Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent order. I placed an order for two pairs of prescription glasses on 6 July, with an estimated delivery timeline of 10 working days. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been met. It is now past 2 weeks and counting. To date, only one pair is ready, while the second pair has been delayed twice. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication regarding these delays. I have not received any explanation, proactive update, revised estimated completion date, or any indication of when I can expect to receive the remaining pair. As a customer, I expect timely updates whenever there is a delay, especially for prescription eyewear, which is an essential item. Instead, I have had to deal with repeated delays and uncertainty without any clear information from your team. This experience has been disappointing and falls well below the level of service I expected from Lenskart. I would appreciate: 1) A clear explanation for the repeated delays. A confirmed estimated delivery date for my outstanding pair of glasses. 2) Improved communication with customers whenever unforeseen delays occur. I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to improve your customer service so that others do not have to go through this.

I live in canada I ordered one glasses and I don’t even know what is status of my orders and I try to open Lenskart app but won’t open please tell me what i should do??

The Lenskart app makes finding the right glasses very simple and fun. I really like the 3D try on feature which helps me see how different frames look on my face before I buy them. The home eye test booking is also a very helpful service that saves a lot of time. While the shopping experience is great, I think the app could be even better with faster delivery tracking and more detailed order updates.

Promising
App look really promising with all the useful categories unfortunately there are too many glitches. A Mr John Tan’s record keeps appearing in my app account. At the store the sales assistant already deleted it but keeps coming back. Also my second record disappeared.
Great Product Quality and Good Customer Satisfaction
It was refreshing to get very good product receiving experience. The quality of the galsses is 10/10 plus it came with a blue box. I have been ordering my sunglasses from lenskart but this time it was indeed fulfilling in every aspect. thank you.

Very disappointed with the quality and service. The glasses I received were of poor quality, and the prescription number was incorrect. This is not an isolated issue either—the wrong prescription/number has been sent repeatedly despite the issue being reported. For something as important as prescription eyewear, accuracy and quality should be non-negotiable. I would not recommend Lenskart based on my experience.
Log in doesn’t works
I can’t log in with my Australian number.
Hard to reach
The apps phone number only login is a major bottleneck for overseas visitors . I ordered glasses during my India trip but they weren’t ready as promised. Now im back in the US and unable to get any response via email or WhatsApp, neither can I log in back to the app since my India phone won’t work here in the US. (So, no OTP ).

I purchased a pair of polarized sunglasses from Lenskart, only to discover later that the frame was visibly misaligned. This should have been identified before the product was handed over to a customer. When I returned for an exchange, I was told no replacement was available. That left me wondering whether the defective piece was knowingly sold as the last item in stock. I received a refund, but the experience was disappointing and reflected poorly on Lenskart’s quality control.

Good options and prices but poor follow up and tracking
We ordered 4 pairs of glasses from the Santacruz branch and when we went to pick them up, they said that it has been delivered but they did not do the necessary quality checks. After we left and were 3\4 the way home they msged us saying it is ready. We were extremely annoyed by this as we were there less than 10 mins ago. It is hard to travel to and fro from our house again and again. We tried to call before going but no one at the store picked up and we were told that the glasses were ready for pick up. When we told the employees at the store abt this they said that the customer support doesn’t work very well. When we told them then to deliver it to our house they declined and told us that they had only 3 employees and couldn’t deliver it. Poor service and follow up.

Lost my money
I was visiting India and ordered glasses online. The size was wrong. I exchanged it for the right size which did not get delivered for 5 days and I had to leave country. They cancelled order and gave store credit which is useless to me now. Therefore, I essentially lost money on the order.
No sharing option!!
There is no sharing option when a product is opened. You have AI feature but no basic sharing option for iOS.
