Extremely Disappointing Experience with Reliance Digital
I purchased an AC from Reliance Digital, but unfortunately, I lost the original bill. I contacted the Reliance Digital helpline and raised a request for a duplicate invoice. I was assured that the bill would be sent to my registered email address. It has now been 66 hours, and I am still waiting for the duplicate bill. The company providing maintenance/service is asking for the purchase bill to verify the warranty period, but Reliance Digital has failed to provide it despite my repeated request. This is extremely disappointing and shows a serious lack of customer support. A simple duplicate invoice should not take 66+ hours. Because of this delay, my AC maintenance/warranty service is being affected. At last, I would not suggest anyone visit Reliance Digital or purchase from their store. The after-sales support and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

The app experience sucks. It feels like they have built it by some unpaid intern developers.
LEAST RELIABLE
Don’t place any order online as they are not serious about commitment and might simply cancel your order and refund. Best part is customer care will also commit but the order won’t get executed… crazy. They should stop playing pranks with customer.

There no option for back or download after taping the download invoice option of the order. It shows the invoice full screen but no download option and there is no back option to go back to the normal operation of the app. It’s very poorly designed.

One of my worst experience using the reliance digital online. I ordered 1.5 ton ac they delivered 1 ton ac and they havent taken the return after 5 days. Then I orderd anothet ac which delivered but as advertised there was no free installation. I was speaking to mutiple people and they saying to call this number that number still no installation done yet. worst customer support never buy from them
