Its Scam
You order watch and it wont be delivered. They send it thru a fake company Shadow Fax and you will never receive your product. Buy thru store instead.

Please remove the “Easy Return” option from your website as this the fake commitment.
Very bad experience with Titan’s online service. It has been over 1.5 months since I raised a return request for a damaged product. The pickup itself took a month, and even after the pickup, my refund has not been initiated. The app still shows “Return Created.” I have called customer care more than 10 times, but no proper response or solution. Your team has time to send cart reminders but cannot resolve a simple return issue. Please remove the “Easy Return” option from your website

Excellent service by Preethi
I recently bought an EDGE watch from the Gandhinagar, Chennai showroom. Preethi showed me various watch styles and walked me patiently through all the various options. Being 83 and having a poor sight, she was very patient and gave me the time to make my decision. Excellent service by Preethi and kudos to her! We need more service people like her!
