Lost memories
I had multiple stories in this app and then one day they are all gone. I sent an email and never received a reply. Precious memories gone.

Not working - can’t add a new Glimpse
I don’t know why but I can’t now find the buttons to add a new glimpse or the settings menu. All I can see are previous Glimpses that I have taken. Very frustrating. App help is not helping

I like that the moments you upload are just for you and not for an audience. A cool take on photo/video documentation. Love it!
Very bad app. Don’t waste your money
Has toooo many glitches plus very bag customer service support. After several attempts i didn’t manage to get the help i needed. Luckily i didn’t buy the upgrade but did a trial.

Where is the help?!
I’ve used Glimpse successfully for years but suddenly I cannot add a new video. The + has disappeared and I’ve emailed their help several times but no responses. Very disappointing.
So much potential
Love this app and it has so much potential, but the developers need to fix the bugs. When taking a video sometimes it will glitch and not play properly. I have pro and it’s worth the one off payment to have more flexibility to move videos and crop etc. Wish you could also drop in images from photos as sometimes I realise I didn’t add to it
Great app!
I’ve had no issues or glitches when using this app. There are some features i would love to have, but the fact that they don’t exist doesn’t negatively affect my experience with the app. Awesome for making collages, and a great way to keep memories without spending hours editing videos together manually.
No sound on 2nd clip onwards
Repost- any update on sound issues?? I’ve lowered my review to 1 star… I love this app. I will happily make this a 5 star review once this bug is fixed. In the most current version in the most current iOS on a variety of devices the app works fine until you add a 2nd clip without closing the app. Issue- Open app -Take clip (works fine) -Save clip✅. Take 2nd clip 🚨this clip will NOT HAVE AUDIO.🚨 Fix- Close app. Just swip up. Not force quit. Open app… 1st has audio, all next clips don’t. I use this app on all our trips. This bug is really making that unenjoyable . I emailed for support, but no reply. Glimpse what say you?
Idea
Couple thoughts; would be nice to be able to add music to the final video. And video film effects with sliding scale to decrease the effect. Otherwise I like the app for its unique ability to make video memories in a snap.
Terrible design
Great concept and makes really special videos but completely lacks intuitive interface and there is no back up for your clips. I accidentally deleted my glimpse and a whole trip’s worth of memories when trying to remove a single clip. There was no instruction or user friendly menu to help me navigate and avoid making this easy mistake. The app also doesn’t store your clips and so there’s no way to recover deleted info or put it into a new glimpse from a library of clips. Reached out to customer support and was ignored. So disappointing.
Great but also not great
I love this app and use it a lot but since the most recent update it’s so hard to edit the videos as they glitch when trying to playback. Please can you sort it out! Otherwise great app for making memories.
Love this app
I use Glimpse a lot especially when documenting an event. It’s prefect for a quick documentary of your day. I use a different app to add music & titles. Overall, I like it for my basic needs 😊
Such a disappointment
Glimpse is such a good idea in theory, so good in fact that I was more than happy to pay the purchase price for all the features. I decided to ask a friend to Glimpse our wedding, but the app only recorded the audio of 1 in every 10 or 12 ‘glimpses.’ You can imagine my huge huge disappointment when I discovered the next day the footage from my vows was without sound, the speeches were lost and nothing had recorded in the way it should of. My wedding was stripped back from 150 people to 15 people due to Covid so we couldn’t have a videographer so this footage really were priceless, to send to all friends and family who could no longer make it. I have emailed Glimpse and have waited 2 months for a reply but as no one has got back to me I think a one star review is apt. Such a shame, and so disappointing.
Love this App! But wish there were a few added features
I’ve been using this app to document my semester abroad in NZ! It’s really amazing but I wish I could upload videos I’ve already taken from my Camera Roll! There are many many moments I forgot to include on the glimpse app because I was just taking regular video. Overall though this app is definitely worth the price to update to the pro version! I love it!
Not great
I paid for premium but it won’t let me make a video. Really buggy.
Great app but sound recording issues still plague it
Great app but the intermittent lack of recording sound as others have reported still hasn’t been fixed (I note the developer is still happy to take money for the ‘pro’ features though). Will have to find an alternative sadly as it’s pointless if the sound randomly doesn’t record.
Great App
First time using this App and I love it. Much better than posting loads of photos on social media etc. Little live clips make it so much more interesting than loads of photos!
Won’t export video
Made a Glimpse of my holiday, but every time I try to export it somewhere, it just says there has been an error. Very disappointing.
Good but could be great
If you looking to create simple video projects this is the app. Easy to learn and operate, I only ask for one improvement, being able to add the date, location, and time to each clip you add to a project. If that was done in an update this would become a 5 star review.

Not sure why previous reviews report problems with sound. Mine works perfectly. However, It would be good to be able add a music sound track instead of regular audio.

I purchased the apps a few weeks and wanted to use it today. The status is showing pro but the function is basic. Worse though no way to find help to fix the problem.

It’s the best cause it lets you always just go wild I think people who wanna be a youtuber when they grow up would love it how much I do because they don’t let you do a specific thing like an adult would say to you LOL I really recommend this app I think it’s really fun ❤️❤️❤️
Great app but not always reliable
Glimpse is a great idea and the app is easy to use. However the sound is not always recorded, you’ll find other users have also had this issues reading the comment, which is a real shame. Also when recording longer then 3 seconds it tends to lag and not stop recording when you intend it to and can be annoying when trying to catch the right moment. Lastly I tried to email the team about the bugs but even the report page was bugging out when I’d try type a message as the I only had 1/2 a keyboard which was enlarged and hovering at the top of my screen for some reason, every time I tried - even after closing the app and restarting my phone. It’s a shame but I really hope the team act on these bugs because it seems they’ve had these issues for a long time from previous reviews. If you’re looking to put music over the video you should be good with the app as you won’t feel it’s inconvenience as much.
This app is great, but…
I have been using this app for years, mainly as an easy way to make a video of a fun day out, holiday or a friend’s wedding. These short videos are a really great way to capture a fun time! However, as with many others, the sound hasn’t been recording. I have found that the way to get past this is to come out of the app/close it and go back in again, but it’s nowhere near as good as it just working like it used to. It’s hard to capture a moment when you have to faff before each video. Come on, please sort out the sound Team Glimpse, it’s been going on long enough.

Crashes
Such a shame. This app should be brilliant but I bought the full price version and it constantly crashes. The only way to get it working again is to delete and reinstall so you end up losing your movie. I want a refund. I even messaged the developer and they didn’t respond. Booooo
Basic but very good!
I've been using this app for 17 straight days now, capturing and "vlogging" my days in glimpses, to share to my WhatsApp status. It IS basic, but I'm tempted to offer that that's half its charm. Watermark at end, despite paying for app annoys the $@&t out of me but hey ho.. I export vid', add music, cut to fit WhatsApp upload guidelines and voila, day shared. REQUEST: Would request option to either mute or not, each individual glimpse... I've fidgeted around hopelessly in hopes it there but seems I can only mute or un-mute whole segment...?

Glitches
I like this app, but I had an issue with sound. Some of the clips I recorded have no sound while others do. There is a speaker icon when recording and if you click it it removes the sound but when you watch the clip back you can click the same icon to readd the sound, but that didn’t work for all the clips. So now half of my glimpse video is soundless and there’s no way to fix it. Not great.

Amazing app! I bought the paid version right away. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with the newest iOS update (autoquits). Please fix this soon!
Good for trips
Used this app a lot on holiday. It would be good to get a few tracks or something you could add over the top of your video... I don't know if this is already a thing but it's a bit weird when they're silent.
Glitch city
I’ve been using for over weeks. Too many glitches. Lost some amazing footage that it just decided to delete during editing. Sad times

I was loving this app while I was on vacation capturing my memorable moments but then I upgraded to the premium and now my glimpse is not playing. Spent the extra $3 and now it ruined my glimpse. :( please help me fix the glitch!
A must have to have in anyone electrical device!!
Initially I was intrigued about this app when my cousins where posting memories in recent weeks. I knew immediately it was a must to download. It's a creative way of capturing those special moments and being able to share without having to send or post numerous posts every five seconds!! Something that I would highly recommend for all.
Not so clever
I have just upgraded my Glimpse and is totally frozen. I am not able to swipe to find out what is new. I don't trust this App anymore after I lost 9 minutes of filming of my South American trip
Developer answered my emails!
I thought I was 'stuck' with a video that would not export (everry time I tried it crashed). I emailed to ask for ideas because I was very attached to the video! And the developers did get back to me which made me feel better(!). They didn't solve the problem BUT - I did eventually get it to export by turning off everything else using wifi in the house - my theory is that it might need a LOT of bandwidth to export the video; and because my wifi 'swivels' depending on traffic, it never had enough for long enough. Anyway, my advice is, EXPORT OFTEN and then you won't lose the whole video. It's a lovely app, as long as you can get your videos off your phone!
Am I missing something?
I got this and started making 1 sec clips. Easy enough and I like it. I thought you could collage them together into one longer video. Can’t find way so I upgrade to pro thinking maybe I am missing something. Still nothing! Am I missing something? The app support help implies you c an move clips and I would assume then you can put all together to play them but my app does not do this. Waste of $3 so far unless I can figure this out. I also don’t like the added trailer for the app to my saved videos. I get it in free version but pro should have option to remove. I want to love this based on others reviews but I am lost. Can anyone help??
New phone ://
I loved using glimpse on my old phone but recently I got a new phone and i haven't found a way for me to transfer my moments onto my new phone so I can add to it. I was considering just starting a new glimpse and editing the videos together but I'd rather have the old moments on my new phone to add to. can anyone help?

Don't use unless you don't mind losing your videos. My video I'd been adding to for weeks suddenly open. Now it has deleted itself. Dangerously unstable app.
Love this app but..
Would it be possible to edit the glimpses? I have corruption issues with front facing camera videos that only seem to appear once the video has been saved to the glimpse and now I can’t delete that portion of video. It’s a shame because it ruins the rest of the glimpse collection.
Can be a lot better
Would be good to add video from camera roll. By the time you open the app and load the camera the moment has passed

I just made a glimpse and I hit play and it didn't play. This could be a lag or delay, but if it is a bug- please fix really! Fast. Thank you
