Takes Your Money Even Though Service Doesn’t Work
Misleading and frustrating experience. The app displayed parking options for Warsaw and allowed me to add several hundred zlotys to my account. Only after I loaded the money did it inform me that their contract with the city had been terminated and the service was unavailable. I’m now stuck with money in an account I can’t use. They should have disabled deposits or shown a clear warning before accepting payment for a service they can no longer provide.

Proszę, naprawcie dodanie karty
Nie jestem w stanie dodać karty by płacić za nią, bo oczywiście przelewając pieniądze na samą aplikację, mamy dodatkowo doliczane koszty, a pomimo opcji zapłać kartą, wprowadzenie karty nie działa

Вот со снятием комиссии 1 злот у приложение проблем нет , сразу снимает , а вот с оплатой за билеты иногда глюки :( и почему вы не указываете за что 1 злот?

I was in Katowice for a holiday and the app was very easy to use, even with me being foreign and not speaking Polish

Parking is not supported on some city and you cannot withdraw the money if you are foreign

Zakup biletu to kilka niezoptymalizowanych kroków których ilość wydaje się łatwo do zmniejszenia. Zakup biletu, często w trudnych warunkach nie powinien zbyt mocno skupiać na sobie uwagi.

Dissapointed
I wanted to use app and everything would be good if there was Budgoszcz to choose from a list of cities but unfortunately there is not. What a shame that city as big as this is not present in app.

Broken registration process
Has anyone TESTED registering with a NON polish mobile number at all?? The app rejects all foreign mobile no formats :(

Not recommend this app. Parking is not possible for big cities like Wroclaw, Poznan. The rest of the app usable, but features should be revised

Co za dno
Strata czasu i pieniędzy, aplikacja prawie nigdy nie działa jak należy. Od miesiąca ją mam i stałe problemy, a to z połączeniem, a to z płatnością, a to z doładowaniem mpay konta, a to z limitem biletów? Pracownicy na czacie nic nie pomagają, jedynie przepraszają. Unikać !
Blad w tlumaczeniu i brak mozliwosci dodania auta na zagranicznych numerach
W angielskiej wersji aplikacji dodając auto jest od góry „numer rejestracyjny” i tam pyta o polski numer rejestracyjny (szkoda ze nie mozna wybrac kraju rejestracji), drugie od gory to „Registration number” ale tak naprawdę służy do wyboru marki pojazdu. Poza tym apka dosc funkcjonalna. P.S. Fajnie ze apka obsługuje zagranicznych operatorów komórkowych!

Bardzo dajna Appka, obsługa intuicyjna i prosta. Szkoda tylko że nie działa we wszystkich miastach, mojego rodzinnego Kołobrzegu brakuje. 😔
Niepoważne
Wsiadasz do autobusu, klikasz kup bilet i dostajesz komunikat „sprzedaż biletów chwilowo wstrzymana”. Skoro sprzedaż jest wstrzymana, to powinna być taka informacja zaraz po wyborze biletu, a nie dopiero w chwili transakcji kiedy siedzisz w autobusie.

Works until it doesn’t
The app seems to work smoothly at first but when it gets into “offline” errors, there’s no escape. I bought a public transport ticket but when it came to activating it, the app loaded forever (eating a lot of battery life) only to resolve to a “connectivity” error, even though there was a stable and functioning 5G connection and other things loaded. Thanks, I missed a train and the app support claim they never have such issues. The suggested redownload only got rid of my ticket and now connectivity is maligned for even the most basic setup. No they don’t issue refunds and the in-app purchases are not registered with Apple so good luck trying to get it there.
Parking
I just it for parking and find it very convenient! Only thing I wish is a map with current location at the moment of starting a parking-session so you can see everything at one screen.
Scam
received a fine in Krakow for parking during an active session of unlimited payment in this application (until 20:00). The parking attendant says that the payment is not in the system and recommends to visit the main office to clarify this. I hope they see the payment later and cancel the fine because otherwise it looks like a total scam.

MPay app sends unwanted marketing push notifications despite withdrawn consent
The app regularly sends unwanted push notifications despite me having withdrawn any marketing consents, and asking not to do so any more via email several months ago. For instance, on 25 September 2023, around 10pm CEST, the app sent a push notification promoting its YouTube channel, which I did not request and objected to.

Nie można się zarejestrować
Deweloper chyba się nie postarał przy walidacji numerów telefonów, bo angielskie formaty nie są akceptowane z wiadomością „niewłaściwy format” (chociaż to aplikacja wymusza format).
Wiele do poprawy
1. Możliwość zarejestrowania tel.z numeru UK, ale jednocześnie brak możliwości weryfikacji konta poprzez posiadane dokumenty z UK (jak Driver Licence) i możliwości wpisania adresu zamieszkania nie będącego na terytorium Polski!? To tak, jakby "aplikacja" nie rozumiała, że można być obywatelem PL, mieszkającym poza granicami kraju. 2. Brak możliwości skanu karty innej niż typowe wzorcowe. Karty jak np. Revolut czy brytyjski Starling są nierozpoznawalne, ponieważ wszystkie dane są na rewersie. Ręcznie, też tego nie można wykonać. 3. Jak na razie, miasta jak Wrocław, nie są ujęte ani w PKP ani w innym alternatywnym źródle komunikacji (hulajnogi/rowery miejskie?) Dużo ciężkiej pracy przed devem i działem sprzedaży/ marketingu. (Ogarnijcie Wrocław do Lipca 😜)

Doesn’t accept mobile number other tgan nine digits , can’t register new card (claims that too many cards are registered whilst there isn’t any), nothing works properly here.

Szkoda, bo mógło być tak fajnie. Jako turysta zza granicy chciałbym skorzystać z waszych usług i zapłacić za parking, jednak aplikacja robiona tylko pod miejscowych. Warto pomyśleć o zmianie

Very frustrating
It’s like they’ve set up the app to be unusable. I have a Monzo card which pays in zloty for everything. Apart from this app. So I use my other card (which is a polish bank) and they want my bank information to pay, no thanks Untrustworthy and terrible.

Kupuje bilet w Krakowie. Nie da się wybrać przystanku początkowego i końcowego. Wpisując coś do pola wyszukiwania nie dostaje żadnych wyników.
