Aplikacją całkiem niezła, ale brak możliwości korzystania w pozycji horyzontalnej na iPadzie sprawia, że korzystanie z niej na tym urządzeniu praktycznie nie ma sensu. Dodanie tej opcji jest banalnie proste, więc mocno dziwi mnie jej brak.

For a non Polish citizen the bank offers easy to understand products and great staff in their main Rzeszow branch. Very happy!
iPhone 16 incompatible!!
I have used the Millennium app for donkeys years, and always successfully with the latest and greatest iPhone releases until now… I purchased my iPhone 16 when it was released. Sporadically I try and activate the app on my new phone. Thus far it has never worked ! After sending the SMS, the clock whirrs round and round until it says it cannot connect and then blocks me for 15 minutes. This is recurring loop and never changes. I still have to log in via my old iPhone to look at my account which is highly frustrating !! Come on developers, I can’t be the only customer that this is happening to ???
App worth staying with the bank for
Although other banks have caught up a little, Millennium has always had the best banking app in Poland. After taking a mortgage elsewhere, it would have made sense to move all my banking away from Millennium but the ease of use of the app and online platform made me stay. It’s still better than most, although the gap is smaller than it used to be. It’s still much better than the banking apps I’ve experienced in the UK.

Za dużo bloków reklamowych, niewygodny UX
No hard feelings, review was requested in an app, so you can convert it straight to the tickets in Jira. 😉 To be able to find necessary „button” you need to scroll up to 3 times, as almost every section followed by an Ad section 😐. Ad sections are usually irrelevant to the needs and sometimes even promoute already enabled services. Same with marketing notifications that feels like a spam. „Income” calculation is a joke - when you receive money from external source - it is calculated as „income” and when you move them between accounts - it is added to income again. Cashback is another joke: Did you try use it before shipping? Try to make a cart in allegro’s mobile view, it’s nightmare. 😐 Business create an „app” to provide better experience for users (something that you try to do), and you push users to use them in browser’s mobile view that is usually the crappiest experience ever (Why you need a mobile view, if you have a mobile app, right?) Mortgage overpayment results calculation is also broken. Overpayment to reduce monthly payment calculates in an increase of monthly payment. 🤷🏻♂️ No way to repeat the payment or copy to edit (or maybe it exists, but UX is confusing and it is extremely hard to find). In overall navigation inside app in unclear and screens usually repeat themselves. Being super confusing, it at least works, so 3/5.

Amazing bank but they changed the app
I don’t know what end user study they did on the UI changes they’ve made in the banking app. I can’t even find how to make a simple bank transfer anymore, they’ve changed everything around, reworded things and it’s an absolute mess. The bank has been amazing for me for 10 years but in this current format this application is now useless. I need my bank app for banking not to enter competitions or offers on unrelated financial things.

Is it possible to use this program on iOS 14 iPhone? I get the 4.78.4 after installation but it still doesn’t work. It says no connection on the start screen

This bank and app are super annoying
I don’t know if there’s a better one, but I guarantee you I am going to look for other options. It won’t let me link the app to my account, and I’m not in PT. On top of that the bank in general has the dumbest password system I’ve ever seen in my entire life, they give you a seven digit number and then ask you for parts of it in different orders, like I’m going to remember that. What good is a password I have to write down to figure out how to access my account.....
Great app but one issue
This app is great, can't fault it. However, when I open the open the app each time on the iPhone 7 plus, it comes up with a huge M on my screen and then goes onto the home page. It doesn't look so nice when opening the app first time, if that could be fixed it would be 5/5. Apart from that the app is great.

I updated the app on my 5C and it crashes every time I try to log in. Old version was perfect.

Crashes CONSTANTLY
I've downloaded and activated this app thrice. All looks good initially, when freshly activated. Once you log out and try to log in again it crashes EVERY TIME. My device: iPhone 6 with up to date iOS.

Po ostatniej aktualizacji app nie działa... Instalowalem kilka razy i za każdym razem to samo!!! Widać w tym przypadku: "lepsze jest wrogiem dobrego " bo było ok i musieli poprawiać ... Jak można w telewizji reklamować cos co nie działa????

Uwaga na wysyłanie potw przelewu
Wysłałem potw przelewu mailem. Aplikacja sie zapytała, ja potwierdzilem, przedstawiono mi listę skrócona kontaktów do wysłania meila. Pomyślałem fajnie ze pokazuje tylko te kontakty które maja adres @ w sobie. Okazało sie ze wszystkie pozostałe kontakty zostały usunięte z telefonu!!!! Nie używajcie tej opcji - póki nie będzie poprawiona, bo ogólnie idea szczytna. Poza tym wszystko ok jak dla mnie, tyle ze ja nie mam kredytów, kart kredyt, lokat ani nic. Więc podstawowa funkcjonalność mi wystarcza.
Better than stationary version.
App is very nice, works well, is glitch-free, quick and comprehensive. The only thing I couldn't find was my debit card number. It displays only the last four digits (unless I did something wrong). This "security" feature is a tad silly, considering that I was already inside my account and able to do all kinds of operations. Otherwise, very useful and well worth having.
