What people like
- No agent fees to pay
- Prices match the local market
- Easy to find an apartment
What they complain about
- Data leaks lead to spam calls
- Support refuses to help with deposits
- Landlords can renew contracts without you
- Rigid payment dates cause constant reminders
Some moments need to be improved
There are some drawbacks: After I paid for the first time the landlord could not receive money hence the whole transaction needed to be returned to me before I could pay again. It is also impossible for both parties to change the payment date: ours was on 28th, despite the fact I started to live according the contract only from the 1st. Hence every 28th the app bothers me with automated calls and messages about due date. The good point is it's truly free to use: I didn't pay to an agent and the price is according to the market price. It was really easy to find an apartment to live.
