So I’m new to the app and it won’t even let me by the app passcode faze where I’ll be Apple to type the initial password but then when the second part comes to verify and wants you to re enter the password it’ll just stay blank when I type the password in

I was going to give a worse response because I was angry at what another company did. I was very upset when you sent me an email saying any commitments though that payment will be fulfilled, a few minutes later (you owe me)
Something’s off
All of a sudden I don’t see my purchase history or when the purchase was made. Customer service was no help at all.

Poor costumer service
I have not been able to sign in to my account EVER. After multiple attempts to fix this, nothing has changed. I get the "try this or that, and then we will move this to be expedited" message, but nothing changes. It starts over again every time I contact them. Not being able to see my own account and what's being charged or paid is ridiculous. Who wants a bank like that?

Avoid this company. They're not interested in customer service. They're only interested in money.
Hard to get to payments
I could not open the link you keeled sending me!! And it was very difficult to find how to fix payments that where needed.

Refused Refund
I will never be using this service again as Affirm has denied reimbursing me for a payment that was rejected BECAUSE it was an Affirm payment. The merchant never received the payment so they won’t reimburse either. I showed proof that the same bill was as paid in full directly from me. I will be filing a dispute claim and a BBB review.

I had a credit card on file for automatic payments each month . It expired before I could replace it with my new card number, a few days later when I received a notice saying my payment didn’t go through checked and realized what had happened put in a new card but I am unable to use it . It will only allow me to use my bank account which I don’t want to use, so much more convenient to come off my credit card . I’ve tried to switch it and it won’t allow me to. Frustrating

I gave a 2 star review because the app constantly crashes on me and turns blank and I’m having to uninstall and download it’s annoying

Quick and easy to use but after I made my first purchase I started receiving 2 or 3 calls a day regarding loan inquiries

Hello
Why do I keep having issues with my affirm account? I been making payments on time since I started using it. When I got 2 tires a few weeks ago it said I did not have to make a payment for it till August 31th. Just paid my last payment of 13 dollars for my last purchase and I just started a new job doing demolition and had to order boots and a hardhat but is telling me tomorrow the 13 I have to make a payment . And this has happened with all orders I’ve made where the app tells me I need to make a payment one day and then it switches to a different date. And when I got this affirm account I also applied for the Amazon credit card for a bonus gift card but I never even got this bonus gift card and got the credit card with my own deposit to my card.
Cannot check purchasing power
The IOS app never releases the income data entry field so that you can see Continue button. Just sits there with no way to scroll the view or anything. Annoying because Affirm constantly bugs you to check purchasing power but you can’t.
Great but Glitchy!
I love this app and find it very useful, often even better than using my credit cards. I was able to buy new furniture at 0% APR, which was amazing. Unfortunately, the app can be very glitchy. Right now, I can’t get past the security text when trying to plan a purchase. The text never comes through and the screen just loads forever. It’s been over 24 hours. I contacted customer service, but it was very difficult to get help. I was transferred multiple times, no one was able to resolve the issue, and then the call dropped. I really hope they improve their technical support because I genuinely like using Affirm. Looks like I am going to have to wait this out.
Bugs and glitches
It won’t let me link my bank account. I brought something with affirm and paid the amount they told me until I had to pay overtime. They amount deducted from my capital one and a few days later it was back. I never received anything in my “manage”. Everytime I try to link my bank account even AFTER updating the app it still says the page can’t be loaded right now. I wanted to try affirm after trying Klarna but I’ll just stick with Klarna thanks 👍
Ne fonctionne plus
Cette ne fonctionne plus. On nous demande de créer un code d’accès et une fois le code entré à la seconde page de confirmation du code impossible d’entrer le code à nouveau. J’ai désinstaller l’app 3 fois et ré-essayé sans succès.
Making payments
I absolutely HATE the way the payments system is you have to physically go into each payment plan and pay them one by one. I wish it had a multiple payments button like Klarna, after pay, zip etc. The account information could also be shown clearer. In my opinion it’s not really user friendly for a lot of things specifically the payment issues and the account info, but also when searching for information or trying to get a hold of customer service.

Affirm has never given me any issues. It has allowed for purchases that might not have happened when I’ve needed them to. I have had zero issues dealing with Affirm. They are amazing. I highly recommend them. Thank you Affirm.

I’ve reached out at least six times to customer service because I’ve never received a physical card in the mail. Everything on my end is correct my mailing address my contact information everything and every single time they said they’re gonna send one they never do

Terrible customer service and refund policies
I had to wait 60+ days for my refund. They love to take your money and will regularly text you to remind you to pay, but if you get a refund, you’ll be waiting for months for them to issue your refund. Their chat customer service is terrible as well, they will close your chat and you begin the process anew.
Rejection logic
Affirm logic: “Approved for the first one, denied for the same thing after returning it.” Guess returning items makes me less trustworthy now 😂
We MUST HAVE a Dark mode!!!
This app needs a dark mode. Use it at night and you’ll burn your eyes out. Also I want the abity to select multiple loans and with ONE click pay my payments with them instead of going one at a time. It’s the smart thing to do.

The app does not work on my iPhone 17!
The app doesn't work at all. It opens with a window asking me to create a four digit passcode. I fo and then it asks for me to confirm the number it doesn't enter any keystrokes. This has been a huge headache because of lost credit and debit cards that had to be replaced this summer. It took a month to resolve this issue. Quit telling us to use the app. Don't send me emails with a link to my statement that takes me to your useless app. Send me the dog on bill!!!!

Non-effective
You can only use debit card. They take about a week or more to process the payment completely before they deduct it from your debit card. The only advantage is that a lot of apps offer it as a method of payment by instalments.
Excellent Company
There services are hassle free and acceptance is easy. Totally helps out when you have a big purchase and they give you options for payment. Once I order, purchase arrives and after that, hassle free. Affirm does everything else and you even get reminders on payment status. Thanks Affirm

Their all process is so easy and smooth. Also, shopping from them is like a piece of cake.
Used to be a great app!
Until I went to make my payments today, the app was great. It told me all of my loan amounts that were due, then it would give me a list of my loans with the full amount due, which meant that I was more likely to pay off my loans early if there was a smaller amount. Now, it doesn't do that, it isn't voiceover friendly, which I need because I'm blind, and it forces me to pay everything in a specific order, which I don't want to do. I like to pay them in the order that I like to pay them, not in the order that the app says I should pay them. It won't let me click on the next one, when there's one above it that hasn't been paid. It should be my business and my choice how I pay them, as long as they get paid, which they do every month, though this problem with the app could change that, and it isn't my fault, because they've made it inaccessible, and changed how the app works. I imagine they don't like people paying off loans early because then they don't get all the interest, but making it inaccessible is not only unfair to their customers, but it isn't right!
