Forget me not
Remember being in school and getting a hint from the teacher on a test? It’s like that. Something you should know but can’t for the life of you remember when you need too? Yeah. This app is like that. If anything - you’re saving my neighbours from smelling our bins from rotting for a month, but I appreciate you.
This app is getting worse
Whoever is in charge of this app is now making it more unoptimized with each update. The loading time to get into the app takes forever. Please improve it
Bins
To many times I find my bin on its side
Problems if you don’t have city pickup
If you don’t get city pickup and want to use the app for the waste sort or info on hazmat locations, you can’t move past the “enter address” screen. I’d do this feedback in the app but I can’t get to that either!
Limited to Canada Apple ID
My wife is unable to download the app as she just moved to Canada with another country’s Apple ID
Excellent job CITY OF CALGARY
Love the app, I never miss a garbage or recycling day with the reminders!
Crashes everytime on ios 12
Doesn’t work on ios 12. They lied. Probably misrepresented the ios version needed. Doesn’t work with ios 12
Good
I like it
Doesn’t always remind you
The old system that sent text messages worked way better. I never missed a notification, this app works about 85% of the time and never on time. I have my notification set for 7 PM, they come at 7:30 PM 9 PM and once in a while not at all
A Basic Necessity
Given the variable nature of the services provided this is a very useful tool
New update sucks.
You think they would test it first before pushing it out. It’s terrible, dont too big, address cut off and not legible, crashes, non-responsive, black screens. It’s nearly useless now. Lacks everything. It’s a downgrade from the previous version. What could we expect from Calgary, the app it just likes its government, useless.
What Goes Where
The reminders of what goes where always welcome!
Calgary Garbage Day
I really enjoy having reminders on what days my garbage, recycling, and compost dates are.
Garbage Day
Works great. Never had an issue or missed a garbage day.
Great reminder!
Very helpful!
The app is awesome
The app is very very useful, it makes it easier for me to remember the days of the each of the bins and to position the at their proper place for the city to carry it.
