What people like
- Very easy and intuitive to use
- Great for seeing daily class activities
- Good for quick teacher communication
What they complain about
- Forces you to pay for photos
- Notifications simply do not work
- Blocks screenshots and photo downloads
- Constantly forces annoying app updates
Super appli
Clowns
Disabling screenshots to try to force ppl to buy access to pictures of their own kids is truly terrible ux
Super appli
Application très pratique et très intuitive!
Perpetually stuck on the reset password screen
Can’t login because I am unable to reset my password. At first it said the passwords “don’t match” but after trying many different combinations, nothing is successful. The screen is just frozen. Doesn’t matter what I do. Obviously a glitch. How annoying! Parents aren’t busy enough apparently.
Monthly fee?
I have kids at different schools and have used these apps a bunch. This is the only one that I have to pay a fee to retrieve my child’s photos when I’m paying very high private school fees, is unacceptable…
Bueno
Just no.
Worst classroom/school app I’ve used as a parent. Access to anything you have to pay for. Not easily or quickly navigated. Never encountered an app yet that you couldn’t save a picture and the picture has a huge watermark over the face. Class dojo, talking points, procare, kaymbu, and Facebook private pages are just a few we’ve used and all of them are MUCH better.
frustrating and annoying app, better options out there
hate this app, it forces updates on you ALL THE TIME. its so freaking frustrating. I feel like I have to update the app every time i open it. Also, what’s with the having to pay to get pics of my kid off the app? so stupid. Wish our school would go back to using class tag, that app is leaps and bounds better
It’s ok but…
I use this app for most of my acting classes, and it’s really easy to keep track of stuff. It’s pretty simple to use as well. The only problem is, the actual STUDENT cannot join the class. Whenever I join a class, I have to say I’m my mother, legal guardian, or COUSIN. Seriously?? Cousin?? I’m sorry but why can my cousin join MY CLASS but I can’t? I don’t think my cousin cares what song I have to practice next or the audition scripts. Honestly just let students join. It’s so dumb.
Notifications absentes
Horrible experience just to download and join
Terrible app. Wouldn’t recommend.
Terrible
I havent to download it for school but i never get the text i request A new jt ask to wait an hour, then the day and the text never comes, they don’t even have online support how stupid is that
Best Parent-Teacher collar app by FAR!!
This app has everything you want to optimize your kids education. I switched from another app and I don’t know how I lived without this one!
You can’t take even a screenshot?!?!
I wish I could give it -5 stars!!! How miserable and mean in nature a developer has to be for not allowing to take a screenshot!!!! to force parents to buy it?!?! I may have considered buying it but with that attitude I wonder how far can you go. I’m so disgusted! Not professional at all!
Super Lame
I will NEVER pay for this app simply because of you watermarking the photos for the free accounts. My son’s preschool uses this app to share their daily photos and I find it absolutely laughable you go to that extreme to try and get people to pay. So tacky.
Grrrr
Je déteste vos 10aines de mises à jour!
Great to see how our children enjoy their day.
I love seeing what my DD teacher posts. I get to see what they’re doing and actually see a smile on her face tells me she enjoys her days!
No deja registrarse
Cluttered interface
Also tapping is buggy and inconsistent. Not the best "classroom/community" app out there. And CONSTANTLY asks you to review the app - who made that UX decision?
Finally I know what my daughter does in class
I feel so happy now that I receive every day a picture, a video or a note about the class activity. Thanks to Klassroom, i get to know all parents and all my the other kids. Keep the good work 👍
I want to buy the subscription level I like, but…
when I put in my credit card in and click pay, it says that level is no longer offered. Why is it listed if it’s not available? Plus, there’s no customer service option. Sad unicorn!
Forced updates every freaking time I want to use it
It’s a fine app, but I’m basically giving up on it. I don’t want to have to update every time I use it and they force it. So dumb.
Almost good...
Would give this a 5 if a few things were added: 1- The ability to put a title/ description/likes or comments on individual pictures (kinda like Facebook) 2- Portfolios for students to submit their work. 3- The ability to upload photos and videos in the same post rather than separately. Bonus points for super fast support!
