Friendliest UI and easy to navigate
The Buddha Air app has truly changed my life! As someone who travels frequently for work, this app has made my journeys so much smoother and stress-free. The interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use, booking flights, checking schedules, and managing reservations has never been this seamless.
I could not book any flight
This is the worst experience, I tried to book a flight from PKR to KTM. However, the apps didn’t let me! Don’t use this app. 😡🤬
Good App with Some Bugs
The app is very well designed and has a clean interface. However, there is one consistent bug that informs me that the transaction wasn't successful when in fact the transaction was successful. Because after a few minutes I get my e-ticket mailed to me. I always use esewa as the payment method so I'm not familiar with this error when using other payment methods. As far as other improvements is concerned, real time notifications of important flight announcements and details would be a welcome feature.

Extremely disappointing experience with Buddha Air — zero empathy from the ground staff
I had one of the worst experiences with Buddha Air a couple of days ago, and honestly, this has completely destroyed my trust in the airline. Since Raksha Bandhan was on 28th August, I wanted to make sure I reached home on time to be with my sister. I therefore booked Buddha Air’s last flight from Kathmandu at 6:20 PM on 27th August. The flight was delayed and finally took off around 8:00 PM. About 30 minutes into the flight, we were informed that due to weather conditions, the aircraft was turning back to Kathmandu. I understand that weather is beyond an airline’s control. What happened after that, however, was completely unacceptable. The flight was rescheduled for 6:40 AM the next morning. I knew it would be difficult to make it on time, but I still reached the airport around 6:50 AM. It took me roughly 15 minutes to get through to the boarding pass counter, only to be told that the flight had already departed. I checked the flight status myself and saw that another Buddha Air flight was scheduled for 7:20 AM. I requested the staff to accommodate me on that flight. I was told that it had also departed. Again, I checked the status — the 7:20 AM flight had not even taken off yet. (It finally departed close to 8AM. They could definitely have placed me in that flight as I was a passenger from yesterday’s flight. How could you not have a seat for passengers from yesterday’s flight?) Their next flight was at around 10:00 AM, so I requested them to please accommodate me on that flight. I explained the situation repeatedly and even begged them to help me because it was Raksha Bandhan and I desperately needed to get home. The response I received from the ground staff was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to find a solution, they were persistently negative and simply told me there was no seat. I understand that seats may genuinely be unavailable. But what I cannot understand is the complete lack of empathy and willingness to help a passenger who had already suffered because of a disrupted flight. Eventually, I had no choice but to go to Yeti Airlines. Their staff were much more helpful and accommodating. They had an 8:00 AM flight and managed to accommodate me in the last available seat. I had to spend another Rs. 7,700 on a new ticket, but at that point, reaching home mattered more than the money. Weather delays can happen. Flights can be cancelled or turned back. I don’t blame an airline for something that is genuinely outside its control. But I do question how the situation was handled. * Why wasn’t I properly informed that I needed to reach the airport earlier or given adequate assistance after the flight was rescheduled? * If the 7:20 AM flight had not even taken off, why was I told that it had already departed? When it finally took off near 8 AM. * If there was genuinely no seat available on the 10:00 AM flight, why wasn’t any effort made to find an alternative solution? * And most importantly, why was there so little empathy from the ground staff when the passenger was clearly stranded through circumstances that were not entirely within his control? I have flown with Buddha Air before, but after this experience, I have completely lost faith in the airline. The Rs. 7,700 is not what bothers me the most. The way I was treated when I genuinely needed help does. This was Raksha Bandhan. I just wanted to get home to my sister. Unfortunately, this was also my last flight with Buddha Air.
Request for agent log in
Dear respected person. I found this app very useful but I am wondering it would be more attractive and easy to sale stockiest also if there is agent log in panel as well. Sincerely Your sale stockiest.
No storage permissions asked and no data stored in the app.
Tried booking tickets while continuing as guest wasn’t a very pleasant experience, wasn’t able to download the ticket since the app permissions were never asked for storage. Thought I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to see any history or info in the application. Thankfully the email arrived but a little late.(confirmation email should be instant for such big corporation handling big data. Security risk since people with same name can mix match the system as no DOB is required. Overall not a very good application for handling such big data.

App Not Opening
Just as the title, the app in IOS just stuck on opening logo. It does not load further than this, tried months ago, and now as well, the problem is not resolved.

Suggestion
Nice app but real time update needed, Royal club member section will make more easier to check the points. App should be fully usable, this app is just to check the status and flight finding please make it complete where we can buy ticket, reschedule flight, redeem credit and all

Lousy app
App is not user friendly n is so much better expensive. Creating an app without plan n user can't find what they wanted. Best thing is when u have this king of reviews they can't Buddha Air can't accept it. When u wanted to submit this review they make u difficult by keep asking u to insert Nicknames for submission. I tried n tried they keep saying nickname was used by someone. Hahaha WHAT A APP!!! I'm trying to put 5 stars n see if it goes through.

I wish I could give it zero stars
The app is just terrible. First, I could not book with it because it would not accept my international credit card. I had to go to a travel agent and pay in person. When I flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara, all the flights were cancelled or delayed due to bad weather at the Pokhara airport. Yet there was precious little info on the app about the status of the flights and I could not understand the announcements in the KTM airport - the English was so as that it was unintelligible. I rely on airline apps in these circumstances but not in this case. For my return trip I got messages on the screen of my iPhone two weeks before my flight, stating that flights were being affected by poor weather, but the messages were not visible on the app when I opened it (I was using it as a guest, not signed in). It found my flight when I searched for it, it then said I had no booked trips.

After the latest update - the app doesn’t work at all. Says loading but doesn’t load a thing. Ends up with “something went wrong, please try again later” Please fix, thanks!
