The app sends notifications multiple times a day but there is no option to clear those notifications. The notification number always pops in the app icon corner.

Cannot find places easily
All is good with the app. Little too much of deals and offers. Biggest issue for me is that still not all locations are available in the App. And when we add the location it does not work well.

The app runs more smoothly than before. We expect various offers n Promos to avail the ride. Systematically Use Pathao Ride when your distance is short bz it costs less due to some policies
Adds hidden extra fees
Booked a car, the driver said arrived far before he actually arrived. But pathao let’s driver set as arrived before they actually arrive. Adding extra fees for driver waiting. Even though he was not waiting.
Schedule timing for pick up
Being first time user of the app I am very satisfied with the experience. Very easy to use app. Well designed However I would like to provide feed back for further option. If there was an option to schedule pick up. Either 1or 2 hours booking in advance or even 1 day or 2 days in advance. Which also saves time as well. For job security a safety deposit can be applicable for advance booking. A notification can also be sent via message for the rider to let them know about the booking for two days daily until the due date. If the rider cancels the booking some portion of the advance can be taken off as a cancellation fees. I think this would a very useful tool for the app. Thank you Regards Abhishek

আমি বিগত ৬/৭ বছর ধরে পাঠাও ব্যবহার করছি। অনেক পয়েন্ট আমার জমেছে, কিন্তু আমার কথা হচ্ছে আমার জমানো পয়েন্ট এর কেন মেয়াদ থাকবে। আমার পয়েন্ট আমার যখন মন চাবে আমি ইউজ করবো। এটার তো মেয়ার থাকার কোন মানে আমি দেখছি না। দ্রুত এর একটা সমাধান করা উচিত বলে আমি মনে করি।

সালার ফাল্তু মার্কা এপ্সে সারাদিন বা*ড়ার নটিফিকেশন আসে , হেল্প লাইনে কল দিয়ে ২০ মিনিট করে বসায় সিরিয়াল দেয় ,অথচ কল ধরেনা , ওর বাপে টাকা কামাই করে দিয়া গেছে ,কল না ধরেই সে টাকা কেটে নিছে।
Map route update
It has been really convenient to travel around with Pathao. No hassel for booking however, most of the time we are not able to find exact pick up and drop off address in map. It would be great if the app developer would update map and route in Nepal.
Scammer
Uber is definitely the better option in my experience. I was charged 484 for a trip that originally was 398, even though it was just a straight route from Baridhara to Sector 14. That kind of price jump doesn’t make sense to me. With Uber, I’ve found the pricing to be much more consistent, and I don’t usually run into these unexpected charges.
Let users decide
Please let users decide if they want to ride with drivers who accept. As a woman, I don't feel comfortable taking rides from drivers with low ratings or trips. I have to cancel such rides and then request again. Also, sometimes that same driver keeps accepting the request and I have to cancel again. You can set a mechanism to temporarily stop them from accepting again if they've been canceled once.

Wrong Location Provides
Alhamdulillah great apps for me but some time it’s showed wrong location. I was home but they just showed another live location of me.
Needs improvement.
The option to pay for food/items I order has disappeared/been stuck for the third time today, and I’ve had to call their support team only for them to send their bkash merchant number. The support guy suggested i try reopening the app a few times since it was only marked as delivered for 7 minutes, but despite multiple attempts it won’t just let me pay through the app once the pop up gets stuck/disappears. Stop hiring rookies for your apps maybe?

Unfair fare system, misleading discount
Really disappointed with Pathao. Fares often seem way too high and can change without any clear reason, while the discounts don’t feel genuine. Overall, just a really frustrating experience.
OTP system
@admin of Pathao. You have to introduce an OTP system to allow passengers and riders identify each other correctly. This will remove confusion and reduce hassle in finding each other.

We as customers not concerned about the cab from where they are coming. I am concerned only from my pickup and drop point.
Safety 1st Not Rush‼️
Dear Pathao, After Yesterday’s experience of me using your service, I would have to think about using it 10 Times!! Why do you have the Option of Accepting Requests while the pathao rider is Still With their Passengers! Why does their Ratings go down if they don’t Accept the requests While Riding? 1. Having to use Phone while Riding is already Dangerous coz they have look at the screen and accept not being able to focus on the road at that moment! Who will be responsible if accidents occur during this moment? 2. Pathao passengers are now telling that their Pathao riders Are Speeding up on busy roads too so they can Go get the next passenger. Anyone can see that Pathao riders are in a hurry to do More trips with different people! My experience yesterday was very scary, While speeding even on speedbumps, i was literally Flying in air for 2 seconds and on the same trip, i did nearly got into a collision with a Big Car. I didn’t rate or tell the rider anything coz I think it’s an issue related to how they have to manage the pressure of Picking up the Next Passenger! We already pay more for short trips to various locations but we don’t want the trip to be so Short That it’s not reachable if Not Speeding Much. Please Remove the Option of having to accept Passengers while Riding with Passengers! We Need Safety 1st Not Just Go with the Rush Sincerely, Pathao Passenger

Predatory and Misleading Fare alongside artificial low fare to newcomers to get addicted.
When I first started using Pathao,the fare was reasonable at 110-120BDT. Now even during non-peak hour and no shortage available riders,I still get fare around 180-210 BDT. No matter which time is it,these greedy people add “Surge Fee” to justify their outrageous Fare. Better book a fair through offline means than Pathao.

Brief suggestions
Couldn’t get the location of car. Out of 3 rides, last ride was awfully scary. Driver didn’t even have simple courtesy, continuously was in mobile phones, rude in behavior. I didn’t find a place to review him. Would suggest to put a review section. Price shown and price changed were different.

Drivers Rejecting Ride.
The tendancy of drivers rejecting rides is so annoying. Last night when i booked a ride from TIA to my home got rejected thrice. I was stranded on the airport and finally have to board a bus as taxi rates at airport are skyrocketing. While observing visit nepal 2020, rides getting rejected are casting a shallow image on the tourists as well. Pathao is a good initiative but loopholes needs to get covered.
Inconsistent service
Majority of drivers have no clue about how to provide a good customer service. This may be due to a lack of training them by the company. It may be okay by the Nepali standard but remember the service is being used by tourists from all over the world where the standard of service is very high.
