Best tower defense app on iPhone but one big issue late game with overpowered enemies
Almost perfect tower defense game. Love the way you dig your own path and how that is part of the strategy. Tower upgrade system is engaging without being overly complicated. Art style is just right. I’m not a fan of the final enemies who start destroying your towers towards the end of the game. It’s so brutal because you have to invest a lot into your best towers and it even destroys the power orb if they had one. I would play the “endless” more if there wasn’t this mechanic but it makes it not worth it and virtually eliminates any replayability
So frustrating
Great game, really enjoyable…until this morning, when I logged on and it had forgotten all my progress of the last few days. No obvious way to restore all the stars and skulls and I don’t have the heart to re-earn them all again. A pity because the game itself is excellent.
1000th review for this game (2.5/5)
For years what has stopped me is the pay-to-win design, and I never get through the first chapter. Unless you were born rich to keep buying diamonds to unlock the treasure chests (full of resources) each round, you’re going to have really rough times. Or, like I recently did, buy the no ads/x2 diamonds deal and still have to watch a ton of ads before each round to be able to afford the needed chests. Digfender’s best feature is you can play with one hand on your mini or smaller older iPhone. Once again I will give it a rest once tedium sets in… EWAI OUT
My favorite tower defense
Just very well done, the towers make strategic sense, ads are minimum, no need to spend money in order to win. One of the best mobile games out there
Destroying Tower Enemies
Loved the game up until these enemies. It’s a terrible mechanic that just needs to go.
Great Game! A few glitches…
I love this game! It’s the most enjoyable tower defense game I’ve ever played by far. But every now and then the game completely freezes and I can’t do anything - not even close the app. My phone won’t lock the screen for several seconds, and I have to completely restart a level. It’s not frequent, but enough to be quite frustrating. Other than that it’s a perfect game.
Gut...aber letztendlich unfair
Eigentlich ein sehr gutes und schnell süchtig machendes Spiel. Auch ohne den Kauf von Diamanten mit etwas Geduld und Taktik machbar. Hab sogar freiwillig ein kleines Diamanten-Paket gekauft (sozusagen um die Arbeit der Entwickler zu honorieren). Abeeeer... Das letzte Level ist ohne den massiven Einsatz von Raketen und Feuerbällen (und somit Diamanten) nicht einmal ansatzweise schaffbar. Trotz knapp 8000! Diamanten als Vorrat bin ich knapp gescheitert. Hier wird wohl bewusst kalkuliert, das viele Spieler die es bis hierher geschafft haben, zähneknirschend etliche Euros ausgeben um die "Ziellinie" doch noch überqueren zu können. Sorry, das ist Abzocke der fiesen Art. Ich werde das Spiel somit wohl unbeendet wieder löschen. Schade

You have to pay to win
It was fun for a while until I realized that it’s absolutely no chance in winning unless you pay for extra cash to upgrade your weapons. It’s an excellent game but a scam so one star for that.
Amazing but with a flaw
I’m a huge fan of tower defense games, and this has to be one of the best I’ve ever played. The dig your own path mechanic is so fun. The available towers and tech trees are engaging enough without being over complicated. Nice simple art style. However, late game and in the endless mode an enemy is introduced that can destroy your towers, and it’s just not fun. It also makes the difficulty much more random and swingy, if it targets a tower you’ve invested a lot in, vs one you haven’t. It’s all gone too. The money you invested, the experience, the power orb (if any). It makes the endless mode useless because it comes on so early in it. Freezing the towers temporarily? Great mechanic. Maybe it should be damaged and require gold to be repaired? Crazy that even the power orb doesn’t drop. There’s no way to get anything back, and no mechanic to counter it. Hopefully in future versions or a sequel it will be removed.
Great TD except survival mode
I love this game. They have done an amazing job with it. How you can choose your own pathing and making levels replayable with getting the map. I like the upgrading system. And would totally give 5 stars expect for the survival mode having mobs that destroy my towers. There is no way to defend against them and they will often destroy multiple max upgraded towers. I just don’t understand this mechanic. Please change so I can actually enjoy end game survival. If you must make multiple survival modes and one without these tower destroying mobs.
Really good game
Building your own map is a really fun way to play these types of games, and not having to watch ads every few minutes is refreshing. Over all this is a great option if you’re into tower defense games.
Doesn’t fit screen
Does not fit iPhone XS screen, parts are cut off at the top so u can’t see how much each resource you have
Pretty good but lacking one crucial feature
This game NEEDS target priority options. Having every tower set to first constantly is pure booty-fart-cheeks I hate it. With the way the towers and their different upgrades work, not being able to set targeting priorities makes the upgrades near worthless.

Good Game Disgusting Ads
I love this game—playing it hours a day. And the number of ads isnt bad—atleast they let you finish a round. BUT this company needs to be more careful about who provides the ads. I keep having to watch the trailer for “Primitive Era” which starts with a “light-hearted” rape scene. Hello! Lots of us out here don’t want to watch a woman being raped between rounds, ok? Does not improve our playing experience, to put it mildly.
XP mechanic needs tweaking
Towers should level up quicker. I often end rounds with extra gold and a bunch of towers that aren’t maxed out. If towers level up faster, enemies can be harder too.

I played the original back in high school . I delete and install this game every few months. I love it

fun tower defense but please fix one bug!
I'd give this game 5 stars except for one annoying bug. Upgrades are displayed on a layer above the mission select screen, but when you try to scroll and explore upgrade options, it clicks and starts a mission on the mission select screen below. Driving me so nuts it's worth it to come complain about it here. Otherwise a pretty good tower defense with not too much pressure to buy consumables.
Fun but
I like this game so far but I bought the remove add thing for $1.99 and not only was I charged the $1.99 I agreed to but I was also charged an extra $4.99. Be careful buying anything for this game.
A genuine 5/5 mobile game
Excellent gameplay, fun upgrade mechanics, meaningful challenge and most of all the ADs are not annoying!

Nearly perfect but poorly balanced
I love this game. The mechanics are the best take on tower defense I've ever seen. 18 out of 5 stars just in terms of concept. However, there's not much replay value after you finish all the levels. Survival mode is way too hard and I think I've hit the limits on what you can accomplish without spending a ton of money on diamonds. It's a shame the developers have pretty much abandoned this game. It desperately needs an endless mode. Without all the insane tanks destroying your towers. Let me build a giant endless maze. Also, a custom level creator/editor would be so cool. Imagine you could create and share levels, you'd never get bored. This game has inspired me to take up game development so I can shamelessly rip off the concept and add what I want.

Fun TD Game
I’ve only played the first few levels, but so far loving the game. No intrusive ads, just a banner ad down at the bottom of the screen out of the way. The gameplay and upgrades so far are engaging. I also like the new twist it puts on tower defense by letting you build out the enemy’s path as you progress through each wave. It gives each wave a custom feel to it, like the player has some control and agency of how each next wave can be prepared for.
Schon wieder Freemium
Leider muss man viel zu früh anfangen, Geld auszugeben, um weiterzukommen. Es gibt keine Chance, sich die Erfolge bzw. Diamanten freizuspielen. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich ist es ein gutes Spiel, auch wenn man selbst austüfteln muss, welcher Turm für welchen Gegner am besten geeignet ist.
The main game is very fun
Fun but the survival mode is ruined by the guardians/destroyers they take all the fun out of that game mode , but the main game is well worth playing.

für wenig Spaß zwischendurch. Habe fast alles upgegraded . Das letzte Update sollte neue Upgrades liefern aber bisher habe ich nix bemerkt. Ein Update mit neuen Upgrades wäre toll.

I'm only 5 levels in but I'm really enjoying this one so far. Seems a little limited though. I hope it can maintain my interest.
Great game... But very laggy
I love the game style and the way that it works. Unfortunately the fun ends when I can't see what's going on because the game lags so much. It often crashes too. It just ruins the game play, and I know my device isn't at fault.
