Dark Mode! 😃
I have to go in and update my review and thank the devs for adding Dark Mode to this solid app. Credit where it’s due! I can’t help that my employer only allows MobileIron email, but it does what it needs to and is very stable in my experience. Fast email pushes, decent alerting settings and overall quality app.
Terrible
The only consistent aspect of the app is that it fails to update on a regular basis. Pull down the screen and it still doesn’t update. I have to remove and reinstall the app for my emails to refresh.
Vieles Verbessert
Inzwischen gibt es eine Suchfunktion im Kalender und die Darstellung auf dem IPhone X sowie neueren Geräten ist super. Die App ist schnell und sehr stabil. Abzug gibt es, da meines Erachtens die Push-Benachrichtigung überaus schlecht umgesetzt wurde. Ich bekomme zumeist gar keine Benachrichtigung, trotz korrekter Einstellung in der App, und dann oft nur für Termine - aber nie für Mails. Das muss bitte mal auf ActiveSync Niveau gehoben werden. Update Februar 2022 Weitere Designverbesserung. Inzwischen ist es richtig schick. ABER: das Pushmail-Problem ist bei mir immer noch vorhanden. Im iPhone und in der App ist alles richtig eingestellt, dennoch bekomme ich weiterhin nur Benachrichtigungen zu anstehenden Terminen. Über Mails wird nicht informiert. Update April 2022 Push-Probleme waren Exchange bedingt, so dass hier Entwarnung gegeben werden kann. So langsam wird aber im Konzern deutlich, dass Angänge, gerade auf iPads nicht immer gut dargestellt werden. Es scheint, als müsste hier eine Optimierung für Tablets vorgenommen werden.
Where are the notifications
As an email app it works. Though it needs an upgrade. I feel like I'm using an app from 2015. However the one annoying thing that brings down the rating, notifications DO NOT WORK. I've tried everything. I even have it installed on my iPad and same thing. Ironically it works fine on Android. The developers have let the iPhone version of this app turn to mud.
Problem with loading email contents
Hi, recently after downloading the new IOS, I’m not to view email contents most of the time. No matter I’m connected to wifi for 4G, same issues faced. Restart of phone does not help too. Pls assist to update your app for above fix!

Not compatible with new iPhone 17 iOS
I had zero issues with this app before switching to iPhone 17 but now I’m having constant configuration errors and have to delete and reinstall the app constantly.

Would love more functionality and stability
It would be nice if this app would open the first 5 times I try. Have to force close it several times before it will sync back up with mobile iron and validate. Facial unlock works only half the time as it seems to freeze/lock up a lot when the app calls on the feature.

Perfekt für die passende Anwendung
Ja, die Anwendung ist nicht die Feature geladenste die ich kenne aber, für den richtigen Anwendungszweck ist sie gut! Z.B.: Dual SIM mit privat und geschäftlich. Der Geschäftliche Account kann vollständig in dieser App wohnen und man ist in den Sicherheitsvorgaben des Unternehmens während die Standard Mail/Kontakte/Kalender Apps (oder welche auch immer man da nutzt) für die private Nutzung da sind. Man kann einstellen, dass man nur während der Geschäftszeiten Mitteilung und Erinnerungen bekommen will und das Adressbuch lässt sich exportieren damit man vernünftig telefonieren (z.B Siri mit CarPlay). Mir gefällt es so, ich kann privat dienstlich super trennen und nur ein Gerät nutzen.
Not very good
I have used Good for enterprise then Blackberry email in the past and they were ok with effort on style and features while being compliant with enterprise security standards. Now we have been migrated to this and it is disappointing. After an intrusive and cumbersome installation that required me to change my phone passcode, the features on offer are very basic. For example calendar invites do not show the date and time, you need to click on the attachement and there is no "unread messages" quick filter. The app style is not very good either and doesn't make you want to spend any time on it. Email clients are quite commoditised so would be good for this app to implement the good features out there.
Bizarrely — can’t save or edit attachments
On an iPad I thought I used to open attachments and edit, sign, etc. Now just a floater preview that, for a pdf for example, I can no longer sign or download. Very strange.

I use this every day for corporate email and calendar and it’s pretty good! Makes it easy to do my work without it overlapping with my personal info.

Horrible to use
Work recently moved us onto this and less than a month later I’ve deleted it. It requires a password every time you want to go in and doesn’t use fingerprint ID. The calendar is not user friendly at all; you can choose between seeing a day or a month at a time, no week option! All day events are bunched at the top of the screen and you have to scroll down if there are more than two to view. On the plus side, I won’t be dealing with work emails at weekends now that I’ve deleted this app!
Needs Dark Mode
App works fine. Needs a dark mode like every other modern app. It’s hard on the eyes when checking first thing in the morning.

Horrible bugs after update
Actions taken on an email are actually applied to a different email! It deletes or moves the email at the top of my inbox, not the one I selected. How is this company still in business? Terrible so and unacceptable code quality. Worst app I’ve ever used even before this bug. Now it’s completely unusable.
Die App macht was sie soll
Die App wurde mir wie vermutlich vielen anderen auch aufgebrummt. Mit der Aktuellen Version (07/2020) funktioniert die App ohne Probleme. Der Sinn dieser App ist es Mails zu empfangen und verschicken und dieses funktioniert ohne Probleme. Funktionen wie Kalender, Notizen, internes Telefonbuch machen auch keine Probleme. Deswegen verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist dass die Benachrichtigungen mit etwas Verzögerung ankommen.
Keeps crashing mid email
This is the second time (several months later) I am posting this. Writing an email lasts about 50 seconds before crashing the whole app. Would be good to get a response! Hi Team, For the last two nights, everytime I go onto my email and start writing - at some point the email app crashes and I have to start again - this can happen many times; have given up. Can you help?!!

Latest update needs improvement
Biggest issue is when deleting an email or moving one to a folder, it automatically deletes or moves the most recent email in my inbox rather than the one I select. Basically makes both of those important functions useless.

Improvements made, still needs a lot of work
I have just discovered after returning from holidays that I had 100+ emails in a certain folder. The 'select-all' functionality is missing, which means that I need to select 100 emails manually to mark as read! Also the time period for syncing past emails is a global setting but should be a specific for every single folder. Some emails are important and you might want to keep indefinitely in a folder. Other than that, the application is very average. If you can use another client please do so, I am forced to use this one by the company. Thanks, K

Ease to use for Exchange server company email
Good to use to access company email which setup on Microsoft Exchange server and able to access Server directory to get working accomplices info directly from phone. Unlike Microsoft Outlook and other emails apps still unable to give this feature. To me it's a simple thing yet it's most important to access server directory contact lists.

At times I chose to wait to get home and check the corporate email, as it’s often a frustratingly slow experience.
Endlich eine App die fast alles mitbringt
Die App deckt alle Bereiche ab, die auch Outlook beinhaltet. Leider fehlt in der Aufgabenverwaltung eine Sortier- oder Filterfunktion. Des Weiteren könnte eine Feedback- oder Vorschlagsfunktion integriert werden. Ansonsten finde ich die Mail besser als alle anderen E-Mailtools für iOS.

Good on the go but could be improved
As an EA, it’s really helpful to have my corporate email all in one place, be able to sort my mail with the read/unread/flagged categories, & get notices that new email has reached me. With that said, there are some things about this app that I hope to see: - sometimes emails get sorted as conversations & that causes a specific email to get lost. Please give a setting so that emails do not have to be grouped like that. - I can only see my calendar. My job requires me to look at several other users’ calendars but I have yet to see a way that lets me add a users’ calendar to mine. Can this be made possible? - Search bar doesn’t work that well. I find it best to use only one keyword but it’s still hard looking for emails that you know are there. Part of the “grouped” problem I mentioned first, but also occurs on singular emails.
Improvements over native
Big improvement over the native calendar, offering more information to the single screen view and with Email combined in the single business app (therefore icon/badge), makes it a single go to for business needs.

Folder management is nightmare
Need a means of searching folders for filing emails. Otherwise I'm constantly scrolling to find the folder I need. I'm running well over a 100+ folders and this is not a particularly effective use of my time.
Notifications in lock screen
Appears in the latest update if this app, notifications of email in the lock screen if my iPhone are slower and don’t show details of the email. Can someone advise why this feature was removed?
Awesome Email app for exchange and active sync
I found this app very useful for my general office needs. Awesome app and I love this. Special features are , fully fledge calendar, office time notification Timer , weekend no notification easy to use. Thanks a lot guys to bring such wonderful and useful app.

Capable email client with two major problems
Email+ is a perfectly capable email client and offers most features I would want, plus I love no longer having to carry a Blackberry for work. However, there are two serious issues: 1. There is no background refresh. I quite easily get 50+ emails an hour and if I go a couple of hours without opening the app it will take a good 5-10 minutes to get back in sync. 2. Battery performance is woeful. You can literally watch your battery count down whilst using the app and my phone gets uncomfortably warm in less than a couple of minutes.

The reviews are right. Phone notifications arrive but nothing is there. 20 or so a day. Please fix
V2.0 massive improvement
I'm loving latest version. Content download issue resolved and performance is great. The new UI is long overdue, but hits the mark. Is Touch ID access coming?
Poor user experience and stability
Full of bugs, bad performance, lots of missing functionalities. I'm sure who chose to buy it has never really used it..
