A five star review because it 80 I managed to get through the instructions and hook this up. I certainly will have to come back later and actually give a review as to how this works at this time. It’s easy and it’s convenient now I’ll go back and read all the instructions. I’ll let you know later thank you.
Useless
This App used to work seamlessly with my blood pressure monitor. Six months ago I noticed it was no longer connecting with my device. It was suggested to me six months ago there was awareness of the problem and a fix was being worked on. Nothing as yet.

Don’t update
Program shuts down I updated this prior to Christmas 2025. It was working fine prior to that and I was able to send my doctor readings which was really important since updating. I open the program. I’ve synced it but now when I open the program, it just blows me out and shuts down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still the same blowing me out of the program. Is this going to be fixed?
Bluetooth Update

Fails to sync all results
The hardware seems to work, however it was bought on the premise that I could manage data via the app, and share with healthcare professionals. However, the app fails to sync all readings, and even when it does you cannot export the raw data (old a PDF). It's a poor app, wish I had not bought the device, very poor overall.
Keine Besserung durch Update
Habe jetzt das Update und seitdem vermisse ich eine bestimmte Funktion: wenn die Besuch schiefgegangen ist, wurde das bisher durch ein gebrochenes Herz angezeigt und das zeigt in der App gar nicht mehr an. Hier stehen alle Werte ganz normal drin und ich kann jetzt nicht mehr sehen, ob es richtig oder falsch gemessen hat. Finde ich sehr verwirrend.

Since this app was updated I can’t export the data as csv or to excel - just pdf. It’s pretty useless now. It worked well before. How to ruin a product by messing with an app.
Apple Health Support is Back
UPDATE: ok, it’s an unremarkable app but it’s solid and does what I need. 4 stars. Can never get 5 because of the previous situation. UPDATE: Well Apple Health support is back. Wasn’t super thrilled about being gaslit about this from their support team but I’m really happy it’s back. I’ve bumped to 3 stars. Is a solid app so could go higher. I’ll review again after using the new version for a little while. Thanks to the team for bringing this back. —- Have used this for years and bought specifically for the Apple Health integration. That seems to have gone. Also, it took me four goes to register a single reading. This is a medical device and the app needs to be treated with more care. Looks pretty but boy the current release is poor. UPDATE: bizarre reply from Helen of Troy email support for this product “I understood your inquiry, however, I provided the information we have on the matter. The syncing of the data was not something that the app was built for, it happened due to an app synchronization in previous versions. We do not have information about such a returning functionality, unfortunately.” As a developer myself, I simply can’t understand why this was not reimplemented in the new app. It would only take a few hours to implement. Either cost cutting or trying to create a moat around the data for commercial reasons. Neither is great for the customer. I have a great many Braun products (shavers, o2 monitors, toothbrushes, etc) but this experience has made me think I will not be buying any more. I’ll look to other manufacturers such as Withings for better long term support of their supporting apps.
Leider kein Austausch mit Health
Die Verbindung mit dem Gerät klappt ganz gut. Darüber hinaus ist die App auch recht übersichtlich konzipiert. Was man unverständlicherweise per Update herausgenommen hat ist die Übertragung der Messwerte in die Apple Health-App. Sorry, diese Funktion war ausschlaggebend für den Kauf des Geräts.
Endlich wieder Apple Health Sync
Ich wollte die App eigentlich löschen, da die Entwickler den Sync vor langer Zeit kaputt gemacht haben und scheinbar die ganzen 1Sterne-Bewertungen ignoriert haben. Dadurch war die App für mich nutzlos. Jetzt wird der Sync endlich wieder unterstützt und bekommt eine zweite Chance. Falls sie sich bewährt, vielleicht auch bald 5 Sterne.

Apple Health Synchro geht nicht mehr
Synchronisierung zwischen der App und dem RR Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch die Übernahme in die Cloud funktioniert problemlos. Am meisten ärgert mich, dass die Synchronisierung mit der Health App von Apple seit 2024 nicht mehr geht- extra dafür Geld ausgegeben:(:(. Wenn das bis Ende des Jahres nicht korrigiert wird , werde ich kein Braun Geräte mehr kaufen. Denn der Support reagiert auch auf nicht.
Top App, leider kein Apple Health Support
Die App funk gut zur Überwachung und Speicherung der Messwerte, leider können die Daten nicht automatisch in Apple Health importiert werden. Diese muss man dann manuell eintragen, was man dann auch direkt machen kann bei der Messung. Daher ist die App etwas überflüssig wenn man nur die Health App nutzen will.
Handy - would highly recommend!
So far, so good. I’ve read the bad reviews, at first I thought they were correct. Let me first say, after playing around with the app - The Braun Healthy Heart app MUST BE OPEN on your iph while taking your blood pressure in order for the Bluetooth on the blood pressure machine to transfer your BP reading to your iPhone Braun app. Once this very easy step has been followed, then the Braun app on your iph will transfer these BP readings to your Apple Health app. - it does take a minute or less. Pure & simple - open your Braun app while taking your BP & everything works as advertised. So far, it’s working just fine on my iph 13 max pro. If this changes on me down the road, I’ll take some stars away & report differently. It has saved me the time of having to log the readings myself & I tend to check my BP more often for this reason. For the record, I’m using the Braun ExactFit 2 connect, bought at Walmart for around 42.00. Update: So after a week of using, the Bluetooth dropped. Not seeing what all the drama in the reviews is about. It takes like a whole 8 seconds to reconnect it. Not finding this a big deal, still like the app, it saves me from having to enter the data & it transfers the data to the Apple Health app with no issues. Update one month or so later: It’s a great app, the bad reviews have no merit in my books. Today the bluetooth dropped, but because the supplied batteries have died. Love that all the data syncs to my Apple health - no transposing errors. In fact I pdf the Apple health data to my Dr., & the data came from this app - it automatically transfers the data to Apple health. It’s a time savor, I would highly recommend this app! Has only dropped Bluetooth twice since purchasing about 45 days ago & one of those was because of dying batteries.
Not syncing to Apple Healh
It used to sync to Apple Health but this has been removed. I bought this mostly so it would integrate with Apple Health. Appalling frankly.

Früher brauchbar – jetzt wertl
Die App hat bis vor kurzem meine Blutdruckwerte zuverlässig mit Apple Health synchronisiert. Seit einem der letzten Updates funktioniert das nicht mehr – und ohne diese Schnittstelle ist die App für mich praktisch unbrauchbar.

Think twice before updating to version 2.3.1
I wish I hadn’t updated the app to Version 2.3.1 - the app no longer shows any readings indicating atrial fibrillation, despite this being a feature of the exact fit 5 connect. The interface isn’t great - the previous version I was using before this update was so much better than this. The previous app was much more user friendly. Think twice before updating! Edit - the app just gets worse! It no longer sincs my readings and everyone now has to be inputted manually. This used to be a great product and app. No longer so.

Danke für die Rückkehr eines lange vermisstes Features, weswegen ich mich ursprünglich für das Braun Gerät entschieden habe. Lang genug hat es gedauert.
Bluetooth Issue
Bluetooth used to work but doesn’t now, so have to enter details manually which is a nuisance! Other than the Bluetooth issue on iOS it’s a great app and is very useful to keep an eye on one’s blood pressure.

Great App
Great app, but unfortunately the pushed in update kicked South Africa out no I cant’t use the app which was connected to my Braun BP monitor. At leats you should’ve let us keep the old app instead of pushing the updates onto our phones. But something tells me that this has to do with South African laws.
App doesn’t work
After purchasing a Braun BP monitor I downloaded this app but it freezes on the very 1st screen. Followed Braun’s advice to delete and re-install but still the same. Braun advised I return the device to Amazon for a refund! Same issue with an iPad. Note - App Store claims “This app is compatible with your device.”
Good app
Great App. The only thing I find perplexing is the fact that it doesn’t sync with Apple Health. Surely the integration with Apple Health would be simple and overall beneficial?

it was simple to use and efficient. it integrated with the apple health app automatically. then with an update, the interface was degraded, integration with the health app was broken. a new update i installed today and it looks exactly the same. integration with the apple health app is still broken.
Kein Export zu Apple Health
Ich habe mich damals für das Gerät von Braun entschieden, da es einen Export zu Apple Health gab. Hätte ich gewusst, dass dieser abgeschafft wird, hätte ich mich für ein anderes Gerät entschieden. Nun muss ich nach jeder Messung einen manuellen Eintrag in Apple Health erstellen. Das ist so oldscool! 👎🏻

Since latest update, sync to Apple health is stopped, which is a game changer in a negative way.
Country Locating Issues
App was working well on IOS 17, but no longer on IOS18 does not display South Africa any longer. It was fantastic and I would love still use it with Apple Health.
Missing Features in Latest App
Please bring back Apple Heath Integration which was fundamental to my purchase of the devices. Please also remove the country requirement or at least add South Africa where these are sold readily to the selections.

Excellent app for managing hypertension
With my lifestyle changes I’ve been able to accurately track my blood pressure which has been declining. Easy to use, very useful chart and data with colour coding for visual appeal. Very happy with it.

I have used this app for years, it’s worked perfectly, now after the latest update, I cannot use it at all! What the hell Braun? Also cannot use it at all unless I select an incorrect country I'm permanently stuck with. Your devs level of intelligence should be re-evaluated. Amazing App!!!
1st time I see such a great app to help me track my blood pressure! Really easy to use and with some great tips! The relaxation exercise really helps resting before a measurement. With the sharing function, I easily send my measurements to my doctor and never forget an appointment with him thanks to the reminders you can customize! Great app, really!
No longer works with Apple Health
Hasn’t worked with Apple Health for a year, Braun blame Apple so clearly not looking to fix it.

Inaccurate logging
After every reading it loggs the reading data on a random date and time.. and doesn’t allocate readings as per calendar dates??
