Video Call Santa was amazing BUT!
Video Call Santa was amazing, but the thing is is that my grandpa sometimes used it whenever I was bad and I would always try to stop him. I don’t really know why he stopped using it. I mean it was a good technique. I mean it worked on me but now I look back on it I realize it’s just some pre-recorded stuff.

The app could be great. It does have some good features in that you can add your kids names and Santa will use that name, there are options for the topics of the calls that are thoughtful and helpful. And it’s cool you can schedule a call so it looks like a genuine unexpected call from Santa. BUT, first of all, I have two little kids and Santa will only say one child’s name per call. So the other thinks they’ve been forgotten, and strange Santa is ignoring them on the call. And most annoying, on every single call Santa asks the same question … “what do you want for Christmas?” My eldest who’s 7 is suspicious asking why does he ask that when I’ve already sent my letter and I’ve told him twice already on the last call. So I feel I can’t use it anymore because of this.

There is no way to log on and recover videos. I had been using this app for YEARS!!!! Got a new phone the app was deleted and all the Memories were lost. If you could log in and save videos it would be great. That fact that it’s 2026 and you can’t log in to recover videos is ridiculous. I loved it until this point.

I was trying to call Santa and then it just blacked out and went back to the Home Screen ( Home Screen on the app ) and for every reservation you had to have premium and that was even a scam because of 2 reservations it was $4 and I ain’t paying $4 for 2 reservations. And the 2nd level of premium you got 10 reservations for $20 and how much of a scam is that!?

Don’t get Santa
It was only for like 45 seconds I get that the Santa is fake, but like there’s no reason for it to be only 45 seconds it should be however long you want and it shouldn’t repeat the same words every time you call it. It’s like you call it once it says that thing and then you call it again. It says that thing, but it should be like you call it if you say something and then you call it again and it should say something different. This freaking app sucks don’t get it unless you have like a one year-old kid that’s like yeah just please.

It is so good you asked tell him your name and then you tell him if you have been naughty or nice this year and then you ask him what you want then I ended up getting it. It’s amazing.
