- App often fails to ring or connect
Smile
To see the smile on my two year old nephew as he talked with Santa made it worth every penny I spent. Looking forward to doing it next year.
1st one is free
Gets all your info, and gives you one for free, then you have to pay $4-$5 for every “call” after that. I’m sure I’ll be getting more junk email now, but not paying that much to listen to slightly modified recording.
Multi child feature needed
I love this service. It would be great if a brown Santa option was available. Also if you could add multiple names to a call so I don’t have to initiate several calls. Makes it less believable.
App has become a hassle
I have been purchasing package from Santa for so many years. Everything used to be included with the package including phone, call letter and video. Now everything is an up charge and do so you have to double click on this and that and it doesn’t work. My kids are waiting for their phone call and I can’t get it done on this app.
Call was too mature for a 3 year old.
Call was too complex. Language was mature.
Santa call
This was the best app Ever made for me
Doesn’t work
Im unable to see the call that I paid for, or save it.
Love it but..
The only thing I would add is a feature for siblings; you can only call one child at a time. It's great still and I love doing this for my kiddos!
Santa call
It only gives you one free call with Santa and if you have more than one kid you have to pay for another call which I think is kind of stupid
The start of a new tradition
I am two new grandchildren so I started doing this since the first one arrived. It is something I will do for them every year. What an amazing idea. I can’t wait to see the look on their faces from year to year.
Santa’s call
First time using this, can’t wait to see my grandson’s face
Didn’t even make the call
Paid to have the calls made to my children and it didn’t do it. I was sitting right next to all of them when call was scheduled and nothing.
Too expensive
Cost is too high
Disappointed
Not user friendly
Only one free call
I’ve used other services and apps that would give you more than one free call and it was an actual call that came in on the phone number not just an app pretending to call the phone.
Chantz
Like have my Christmas time
Free app with zero free calls
Waist of downloading app, they do t offer any free calls!

He
Good for 2 calls of u pay
I paid the 2.99 thinking I could get more calls but that’s not the case now they want me to pay 4.99 for another call .. not worth it when u have more then 1 kid.. oh yea and u have to b there to make sure they pick up the phone bc it doesn’t leave a voicemail..
Good but help
Its a great app, but I can’t even schedule any calls. I have no option to schedule and is there a way to? Help please =)
Cheerful review
Excellent app to keep the kids in the holiday spirit before during and even after Christmas.
DON’T FALL FOR IT!!
Beware!! Don’t fall for it and download this app. You will be asked to give your email and it will make you sign up for notifications and opt into receiving emails once you go through all that bull… you can receive one free call or you can pay for $4.99 per call.
Santa call from him with a free present
I hope you have a great time with this app on your phone because it works well and it has a good connection to your WiFi. By Lillie-Ann,
Ok but only lets you have one call
The app is good calls but only lets you have one call and then is expensive after the first one.... no good if you have more than one child.
Fantastic!
Awesome game my sister loves it! Shame you can only see him once... 😞
Kids loved it!!
🎅🏻🤶🏻🎄
Just wants your info
After giving all my personal info, you have to pay way too much money for what it is in my opinion.
Good
It's a great app and my kids love it but I wish it was free completely because it's meant to make your kid happy and you are basically buying happiness when you have to pay money, I swear only about two years ago you could get a long 6 minute video of Santa for free and now you have to pay about £10 for it. All I am saying is it might be better to make things free.
I'm afraid it's 2 stars want to give a 5 but can't
I went on the app when I got it and I had a email come twice but on both emails it said something like here is your pass code then instead of the code it was just a blank line please fix this. Thanks
Good
You only can see him once
I love santa
I love ❤its very much
False advertising
This should not be listed under free Santa app calls. I set up account and personalized it. Next thing I know I’m told I have to pay for Santa to call my kid. Nope don’t think so. Plus the way the review is that I read made it sound like it was free. Definitely false advertising, illegal, and the makers should really be ashamed of themselves. Karma will get you 10 fold.

This a basic free download with options for in app purchases. It allows you to personalise a call from Santa to your child, you can input simple information, name, age, location and then set a time for the call. There are possibly better out there but it's free and certainly entertaining for the kids. Would recommend giving it a go, you've nothing to lose.
Santa app
This app is really cool for my 3yr old. You can schedule a time that works best for you. My daughter was so excited
Not a good app to use! Not flexible!
This is to difficult to maneuver through….it’s just not handy at all!!!
Love it
This is the third company I’ve tried and by far my favorite. The calls, letter, and certificates amazing.
i couldn’t here anything
no sound
My babies LOVED IT!!!
I cannot say more on how much my children love this! They are so amazed that Santa knows them and calls them! Thank you so much for this amazing experience
Broke my kids heart because it glitched
It never quit ringing so you couldn’t hear Santa. So i paid for this! Thanks
