Won’t work
I make an account and it won’t let me log in to afterwards. The website won’t work either
Should be called can't connect
When I first installed it, it was ok. It allowed me to put regular $ on my friends phone account. Then he made me an approved visitor so I could put money on his trust account. It wouldn't let me. Keeps saying bad request (400) I uninstalled & reinstalled & now can't even put money on his phone. It's so annoying, as he relies on my help. Any ideas as to why I'm having problems? I'm in the UK he's on Ohio, but that shouldn't make any difference. It worked in the beginning. I'd give 5 stars if it were sorted.
Needs some work
I like to use the app instead of the website. It saves time with signing in. However, it is very frustrating when you have used up nearly all of your 2000 characters, accidentally press cancel and lose everything. This app needs a confirmation of cancel button to prevent that from happening. It also needs o be made compatible with emojis.
Not reliable
This app is by far the worst I have ever had to use. The online browser is the same so I only can assume it’s the entire company rather than any particular channel of access. It’s stressful not being able to utilise the only services available to our incarcerated loved ones. Emailing issues is a waste of time as they really do not read the issue listed and will just send an ‘automated generic’ email back. I literally created a brand new account having not been able to access my old one and went to log-in straight after registration and it’s just has an ‘Oops contact customer service’. I hope in the very near future this common issue is resolved or another competent company takes over the dyer responsibility of keeping family, friends and loved ones in touch with their incarcerated loved ones.

What is up with this app? I have been trying to create an account to stay connected with a love one and it’s been a complete nightmare to set up an account. I tried two different email address. Somebody need to look at this ASAP, you claim to provide a service but clearly not!
Hideous
Awful.like a free home made website from the 00’s. Such a degrading way to treat people who need contact. The app is unusable. You have to copy text while writing cos the app just crashes or logs you out spontaneously so you lose everything. I guess cos there is no other option, they think it’s ok to treat users like dirt. Disgraceful.
Does not work in the U.K.
Nor does the website. This is not fair to the loved ones of the incarcerated.

Cannot login reset password multiple times , worse service in the world
Login credentials incorrect
I have had this app for about a year now and I’ve NEVER been able to login. I’ve reset my password more than once and still have the same issue. It’s really not fair, tried to contact support but all they did was send me a link to reset my password. Please fix these problems as it would make it easier for people to stay in touch with their loved ones
Says my login credentials are incorrect when they’re not
I’ve never even been able to get onto the app because whenever I put my login, it says it’s incorrect. I’ve changed my password about 5 times to make sure it’s definitely right and it still doesn’t work. I even tried making a new account and it says I’ve already logged in??? But I can’t even get onto the homepage. So annoying I’ve had the app for about 6 months but have NEVER been able to get onto it once. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP SO THAT INMATES CAN CONTACT THEIR LOVED ONES. GTL must make tonnes of money but it can’t even make a decent app for inmates to contact their loved ones on the outside. It’s disgusting
THE WORST APP & site
This doesn’t work don’t waste your time . It will continually tell you that your credentials are wrong . You can’t through the first stage . I hate this app . Just stick to jpay if you can
Awful app
The nost horrendous app I have dealt with, constantly being told by advisors my account doesn’t exist despite having a confirmation email of my account! Sent numerous emails that get rejected! Constantly being told my credentials are wrong even though I update my password! If I could give it 0 stars I would have!
