App me trading ka pro mode hai, pro trader ke liye best hai
Pin Reset Issue
App automatically logged out and when I login it directly says attempts exceeded and asks me to reset pin and when I try to reset pin it doesnβt send the OTP for reset. So basically the app itself is unusable for me as I am not able to login. Horrible experience and I donβt know what else to say.
Support solved my issue
I got locked out of account and unable to withdraw spot. When i tried to reset otp was not working. Then support helped me get back in and helped me withdraw funds . I was scared as i saw many negative reviews. As it took 3 days . Right now everything is working fine. Ill update when i face any problems.

I think i am one of the oldest user of this app , it is my 10th year probably , and have seen this app growing from bay to teenagerβ¦ Lately i have seen the prices fluctuations in buying and selling , hope the developer fixes this - Rest enjoying to use this β¦.

They do not reply Timely when a ticket is created.
I sent crypto from Zebpay wallet to an external wallet and guess what it has not been transferred and stuck in processing. When I created the ticket they havenβt been there to help me

REGRETTING
Very disappointing! They charge unnecessary service/tax fees, and even deduct membership fees from your crypto if you donβt invest every month. Even if you make no profit and donβt sell anything, youβre still charged fees. Not worth it.

When trying to add money to wallet it gets declined saying no connected id and i also registered a query for this fix. Nothing happened. Then app os so confusing that not able to sell or buy crypto and they will debit the maintenance charge without it being our fault.

I'll be reporting them to the PMO in the finance office because, for the transactions which I used to make purchases in the invoices, they have mentioned it as maintenance charges. That is heavily deep into money laundering business. These are the worst practices they have done. I wonder how I got involved with these people.

Yes! Without my knowledge they charged me on crypto and deactivated my account. So please do use this app! I have all the proof about their scam.
Missing money
I had 10k invested and when I checked in a month everything is vanished. My money was deducted without my permission and is being used by zebpay
