I NEED APP SUPPORT NOW
I had almost 400 Korus and they all disappeared. I keep trying to send a message to them but it says can’t connect to server no matter when I try to send the message. This is a scam. Don’t waste your time.
Me encanto
Gift cards
There used to be gift cards where did they go? I was hoping that you would bring them back
Korus
Gone Downhill
Reviewed this about a year ago. Items are still scarce. I have no desire to keep doing surveys with there never being anything new or exciting. When I first got the app I loved it and would be excited to save up for items. Still holding out hope that itll be better but super close to getting rid of this app
Thea VPN interferes with location based apps
The activity monitoring program that rewards about a nickel a week can serious impact
Unable to manage Nicestats
It has been over a year that I’ve tried to access this setting on my phone app, or iPad, and once I hit it; the app freezes and never allows me to set it up for mobile data or manage my active devices... I’m sure it’s a big that I have reported several times on email, but they don’t fix it.
less and gifts
There are less gifts available than several weeks ago, also there are no gift cards anymore.
No gifts
They used to have all kinds of stuff to pick from not anymore!!!!
Nicequest
Nothing works
First it doesn’t have my gift( water bottle) and also the app won’t install. I’m thinking I’m not going to stall anything.
Malo
Issues
For some reason I have been getting emails saying my account is inactive. So I try to get it reactivate and it tells me I have to download the app which is already on my phone. I don’t know what is going on but you guys need to fix it. I’ve been with you guys for a long time and never had a problem till recently
Surveys
I like doing the surveys but I rarely get any
Reputable as #1
Nicequest is and has been part of my life for over Ten years. They are the best in the survey industry! Up front and reliable if you’re seriously thinking about survey taking Nicequest will take care but if you’re not upfront with them look elsewhere! Thank You Nicequest for so many excellent years!
Walmart $20 gift card
Got enough shells to redeem for gift card it always says temporary unavailable was wondering if there will be any soon tried to contact through the app and email and it won't let me please help thank you
Surveys are far and few between!!
I’ve used this for quite some time but only received enough surveys to get 1 gift and after awaiting so long for additional surveys to cash out again, I instead may just delete my profile.

Great review app with nice prizes
I have been doing reviews almost weekly for a year now and have gotten 3 nice prizes from it (a scale, a serving tray, and a set of cutting boards). I really enjoy the app and it is easy to use.
Shocked
Please help me 😔 I accident delete my email account I was using for nicequest and when I Buy something in nicequest I tell me that it sends some kind message to my email that I didn’t have anymore.
Nice quest
Very happy with the rewards and promptness in receiving gift
Whats up with this?
Why can’t I see words on the app? I fell like this may be a scheme because this product keeps fighting against me every step of the way. Can you fix the app please?
Limited Rewards
I do enjoy the program that Nicequest’s app offers—but the rewards available to redeem are not compelling enough to justify the benefit of the app altogether. I emailed them about the gift cards never being in stock and the response was that the gift cards are essentially random and not guaranteed to ever be in stock. Should more gift cards be readily available to redeem, I would reconsider my rating.
Awesome
Don’t believe reviews - I’ve gotten new surveys every week and Applebee’s gift card rewards always Work , I’ve gotten 3 already
Constant crashes
Hey I’ve try to spend some of my points but as soon as I submitted everything the app crashed on me twice. Don’t waste your time with this app.
Good, but not great
Nicequest has good prizes, I have received a WaterPix flosser (something that I have wanted for a while, but was out of my price range). It took forever to receive my gift- a couple days of emailing their support staff (who were very kind and easy to work with) and I finally got word that my gift was delivered to some random fedex shop in the heart of downtown (what?). My biggest complaint is that premium nicestats will disable Pokémon Go unless you are connected to WiFi. Pokémon go is one of the top ten reasons why I have an expensive iPhoneXR, and the point of Pogo is to be out in the world, not in your house with your WiFi connection. I thought I had turned off nicestats after reading their help section that said “we know that it doesn’t work with some apps, lol tough luck I guess”, but I guess it re-configured and I can’t get it to turn off. I am visiting my hometown and I have friends that are expecting me to play Pokémon go this weekend with them, and I can’t.
Not good
I did my first survey and it didn’t give me my shells
Nicequest
Nicequest is a survey application with some issues when first installing it.
So simple!
Great app and very easy to use!
Impossible to use points
Customer service is little to no help.
Non-English
Only having 2 problems. 1) no surveys 2) when I bring up the app, it's in another language. It won't change
Would be cool
Would be cool if there were servers and the app wasn't blank. When I push the button it's in a complete different language, and I am unable to change it. Please fix this.
Would be 5 stars but
Half of the gift cards are unavailable, every single time, no matter what the day or time. I've been checking back for over a week. AND I've gotten my initial survey offered to me, and not a single one ever again. Wish I had a way to make more shells.
