The only issue is that alert have 10 sec delay but besides that its very good!

יש תקלה בקפיצה של סרגל הגלילה וזה ממש מפריע, קופץ למטה תמיד ואז צריך לגלול למעלה עד ההתחלה כדי לקבל את ההתראות העדכניות ביותר, מחקתי ועברתי לאפליקציית צופר

No alert sounds
I configured the settings to get alarms for Tel Aviv, and my phone volume is on high. The last thing time this happened to me, I deleted the app, and now I'm trying it again and it doesn't make any alerts. Piece of garbage!

Extremely buggy
I’m getting alerts all the time that apparently are from the past. If this continues I’ll stick with the app from pikud haoref and get rid of this app. It gets me up for nothing. Just got me up again saying we can leave the mamad. Thing is we were not told to be in the mamad in my area. Application uninstalled. More of a nuisance then really a help.

Has some bugs
Whenever there is a pre-missile alert, I keep receiving it numerous times at least 20 minutes after the actual siren. Additionally, I did not receive alerts for sirens today, even though there were sirens.
Works fine but customization is limited
It is a decent app, simple to use. UI can be improved and also sound notifications settings should be wider on iPhone as the event ending notification sound is terrible and scares us every time

Getting Suggestive adds from TEMU
Red Alert is one of the apps to notify me of rocket attacks. This evening (July 9 2025) when I tapped on alert up popped a suggestive add from TEMU. This totally unacceptable.

I liked the app more before the update, now that all the city during barrage are together the UX is less nice and too packed. But except that let’s say it does the job well

בכניסה להגדרות אני חוטף שגיאה שלא אישרתי עידכוני דחיפה למרות שכן אישרתי. אני לא יכול לקנפג שום דבר בגלל זה חוץ מצלילים.

Not providing alerts
I send a test alert and it notifies me. When real alerts happen….nothing. I find out from Instagram. Useless.
Functionally OK, User interface can improve
Aside from bugs (which are quite abundant) Functionality is good, robust and well preserved. The little user interface needed here, for the very rare occurrence that someone needs to reconfigure the app, is far from optimize. Vontrols are too small to hit under stress, control text too small for the elderly and short sighted. The very little text in the app, merely control labels and their values are many times ambiguous or misleading. Attention - specific bug alert, selected zones and cities appear BOTH on the primary and the secondary alert lists which is both confusing and false

The sounds is dependent on your phone sound level. It shouldn’t!!!!! It should sound loud and clear when needed even if your phone is on silent mode

Why Won’t Tech Support Answer My Questions
I have been extremely unhappy with Red Alert. On numerous occasions I have contacted them to ask a question. It takes WEEKS to respond to me and when they DO respond, they give answers that are totally unrelated to what I have asked ! Yesterday I was notified that rockets had been fired on Israel. TODAY........those notifications are STILL there....instead of wiping the screen clean to start a NEW day. These Technical Support employees........give a strong impression that they HATE Israel......and are extremely resentful having to answer questions from those of us around the world who LOVE Israel ! As far as this Red Alert APP........I detest it ! But, what other choice do I have ?
