AmParcat./ro/ is a mobile app that lets you pay for parking by card in cities across Romania. You can pay for your car’s parking using any debit or credit card issued in Romania. You only need to enter your card once—during your first parking payment—and then you can use it anytime you want.
It’s a parking payment solution that’s as smart as your smartphone—helping protect you from parking fines and giving you more time and peace of mind when you’re in the city.
How to use the app: 3 steps to park worry-free in the city
(1) Find parking
The street is detected automatically. You’ll see how much one hour of parking costs in that area.
You can also discover the fastest driving route to the parking spot you’re interested in.
And you’ll know exactly how to get back to your car—from anywhere.
(2) Choose the parking duration
Not sure how long you’ll be in town? No problem.
Choose any duration over 30 minutes and extend it anytime—automatically or manually—from anywhere, with no worries. The minimum parking duration varies by location.
(3) Pay and smile
Add your card only for the first payment, then pay for future parking instantly.
You can purchase credits directly in the app or at SelfPay payment stations and use them to pay for parking. One credit equals 1 RON.

Automatically recognizes your location on the map and tells you whether you are in a paid parking zone, how much it costs, and during which hours you need to pay. For this, the only requirement is granting the app access to your location.
Lets you start a driving route to the parking location you’re interested in.
For certain parking areas, displays the number of available spaces as received from the parking operator.
Even if you’re not in your car, you can select the street where you parked and pay for parking from anywhere.
Lets you pay for parking using any debit card, credit card, or by using credits.
Clearly and intuitively shows how much time is left from your already paid parking session.
Sends notifications before a parking session expires.
Lets you extend an active parking session anytime, from anywhere, without re-entering your card details.
Offers Automatic Extension so you can stay relaxed until you’re done in the area. This option is available only when paying with credits.
Lets you use the same app for multiple cars.
Shows where you parked on the map and guides you back to your car.
Allows you to save a photo or PDF copy of vehicle documents (RCA insurance, Casco, ITP, vignette/rovinietă) in your account, along with expiration dates for RCA, Casco, ITP, rovinietă, roadside assistance, driver’s license, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher. You’ll receive notifications whenever any document/component is approaching its expiration date.
Lets you transfer credits between AmParcat users (the transfer requires both the sender and recipient to have their phone numbers saved in the app).
Lets you record and track penalty points received, driver’s license suspension, use of the temporary driving permit, and its extension.
Allows you to download a report for parking history and a report of the vehicles used.
Allows you to enter billing details and receive invoices for completed parking sessions by email.

At the moment, the app can be used for all public parking in Bucharest and Oradea.
Parking prices in the app, as well as the minimum duration, may vary depending on the parking location.
