Delivery service that doesn’t deliver
I rented a Tesla Model 3 through the Blue delivery service for 3 days. The concept is great, but the execution needs serious work. Problems encountered: — A driver accepted the booking and confirmed arrival within 15 minutes, then cancelled. The app froze on a generic “up to 300 minutes” screen and showed no updates for over an hour. I had to proactively contact Blue myself to get any information. Ultimately, no delivery took place at all — I had to go pick up the car in person at the Floreasca location, making the whole “delivery” service completely pointless. — The car was delivered with a front-right tire losing pressure daily (from 3 to 1.8 bar), despite Blue being aware of the issue. Their solution: a portable pump in the trunk. This is a safety concern, not an inconvenience. — Interior smelled of cigarettes with ash residue in the cupholder, documented at pickup. — Trunk lid was misaligned and not functioning correctly. — Rental contract was never sent digitally, despite multiple interactions. The return was smooth and staff were professional. Autonom as a classic rental company has a good reputation and I understand this delivery product is newer. But in its current state, it is not ready for a premium experience. Two stars because the car itself worked and the return was handled well — everything leading up to that did not.

Sunt din Târgoviște și îmi apare de la mine de acasă până la liceul petru cercel 300 minute și nu mă lasă să fac nimic dar nu fac 300 de minute nici pe jos dacă merg ca un melc

Faceti mai usoara inchirierea de masini, e f greoie, zici ca nici nu o dorita, faceti un meniu separat!

Payment infrastructure is not really ok. Often the trip on prepaid scheduled ride is switched to cash if Apple pay was used. Making the ride uncomfortable

Am fost pasager și șofer pentru Blue timp de aproape 2 ani. Dacă este să fac un top al serviciilor de ride-sharing, Blue e în frunte. Cu ceva minusuri, dar cu mai multe plusuri. Clientela de nivel business, mașini din clasa premium, șoferi selectați si prompți. Voi ramane cu multe amintiri, dominant bune.
SMS is not working
Hello, I’m trying to register, but I’m not receiving the 2FA SMS verification code. I’ve tested multiple phone numbers from both UK and Ukrainian providers, and none of them are receiving the SMS messages. This appears to be a significant issue, as it prevents users from completing registration. You may be losing a considerable number of potential customers and revenue if this problem is not addressed promptly.

Soferul a oprit la locul gresit, era dupa colt, i am explocat ca sunt la localil de langa locul unde se afla el la telefon cand a sunat, nu a zis nimic si mi a inchis , la scurt timp a plecat si a anulat cursa cursa in valoare de 26 lei si am platit 10 lei fiindca a oprit el gresit, ma deranja mai putin sau deloc daca pretul ar fi crescut corespunzator efortului sau timpui pe care el l a pierdut pentru ca cursa a fost mai lunga decat trebuia sa fie

Mașini curate, șoferi de bun-simț, prețuri decente. Aplicația, în schimb, are mari probleme!

Nu merge bine localizarea, nu găsește bine străzile, are laguri, iar promoțiile nu funcționează ! Mi-am pierdut 10 minute încercând să dau o comandă pe adresa corectă

nu va mai suport
de ce trebuie sa puneti locatiile descrescator? daca caut o sosea cu un anumit numar, imi arata aceeasi sosea in orase diferite, pana ajunge la al meu, care apare ultimu....... memorati in pana mea locatiile precedente sa nu dtea omu sa csute 7000 de ani

Nu recomand aplicația asta decât dacă aveți tot timpul din lume să îi așteptați. Oamenii au dat drumul la aplicație mult prea devreme, și nu reușesc să îndeplinească toate condițiile. Am comandat cursa, mi s-a spus 5 minute ajunge. Am așteptat în frig 26 de minute și după mi-a apărut ca defapt șoferul nu se îndreaptă spre mine ci înspre o altă destinația sa finalizeze o cursa. Aplicație de cacao! 🤝✌🏻
