Unser Verleiher ignorierte Buchungen dieser App einfach. Wir haben ein Boot gebucht, die Buchung wurde bestätigt, wir haben sofort bezahlt. Boot gefahren sind wir nicht. Erst im Shop am Hafen, zum Zeitpunkt wo wir starten sollten, wurde uns gesagt, es gibt kein Boot mehr für uns. Wir hatten die Tagesplanung ganz drauf ausgerichtet, das war mehr als ärgerlich. Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur vorbehaltlich, dass die Rückerstattung anstandslos funktioniert. Was nützt eine App zum Buchen, wenn die Buchungen ignoriert werden? Sehr ärgerlich, wenn die wenigen Tage, die man im Urlaub hat, so verlaufen.

Purely Customer support
⭐️ One star — extremely poor customer support from Click&Boat. I gave Click&Boat one star because of the way our complaint was handled after a very disappointing and stressful boat rental. The boat had multiple serious problems: the kitchen was not working, the fridge was not working, the electricity for charging phones was not working properly, the outside shower was not working, and the boat was not properly clean or even equipped with towels. I was travelling with two children. Because the fridge and kitchen were not working, we could not safely store and prepare food for them. This created a serious food-safety concern, and we were genuinely worried about the children becoming ill from food that could not be properly refrigerated. Because of all these problems, we had to return the boat early, which significantly affected our day and our experience. The owner of the boat should take proper responsibility for the condition of the boat and the problems we experienced. Unfortunately, Click&Boat’s customer support did not provide the level of assistance or protection I would expect from a platform connecting customers with boat owners. The most disappointing part was the lack of proper support after we reported everything. I expected Click&Boat to investigate the situation seriously and make sure the customer was properly protected. Very disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

Bonne application mais beaucoup de commentaires supprimés
Application très pratique pour réserver des locations de bateaux à des particuliers ou professionnels. Seul bémol, les propriétaires ont la possibilité de faire supprimer des avis vérifiés. J’ai eu une mauvaise expérience, mis à un avis qui reflétait parfaitement la situation que nous avons vécu, et il a été supprimé au bout de trois jours. Ce même propriétaire avait des avis très négatifs pour un autre bateau et tout les avis on mystérieusement disparu. Faites attention ne vous fiez pas à la note des bateaux car il ne reflète pas la réalité.

Slow and laggy
Even after the most recent update the app is still glitching and being incredibly slow. So disappointing as it’s otherwise a decent service however they do take 30% commissions ok bookings so it’s rubbish for the boat staff. Sort it out.

Très bien, mais attention aux frais d'annulation (frais de service) qui sont particulièrement élevés, même quand le problème vient du loueur lui-même.

Unreasonable after-sales and refund
The refund policy of this software/website is very unreasonable. I paid 227 euros to rent a boat in Alcudia port, but the captain cancelled it due to bad weather. Only 114 euros was refunded, and the rest was kept in your account as click & boat credits, which are valid for only 90 days. This means you have to spend money on this terrible website again.

Amalfi Coast trip
We had a wonderful leisurely afternoon long with Amalfi coast. Captain was very attentive with both Prosecco and information of what the coastline. Such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Thank you. We will definitely use Click&Boat again.
Not good or helpful
This app is pointless and not convenient. I paid €185 and then the boat owner changed the day and also changed the size of the boat. This meant that one member of my family could not join us! The boat owner then ripped me off by not giving the correct allowance for having the smaller boat.

Not intuitive
The app is just a web view wrapper on the website. Clunky to use. Doesn’t even tell you what the cancellation fees are. Needs to be more transparent about their fees and policies.
Back function needed!
Bookings in the past okay, but now when choosing on an iphone when you pick an option you cannot go back to pick another one. This makes choosing an extreme hassle.

This app used to be amazing I’ve booked loads of boats through it but never again, functionality doesn’t work meaning I’ll have to spend ages on the phone to CS now, it’s absolutely useless!

Beware beware! No refunds
They messed up. They’re keeping our money. It’s a French company. We spent 3 weeks speaking to a C&B rep who found a boat to our specifications. We paid for the boat. Then found out from the owner it actually did NOT have what we requested. They said they would refund that amount. We paid for another boat that was what we needed. It’s been 5 months now and they haven’t refunded us the $3k we paid for the wrong boat. The 2 stars is only because the second boat was great. But it’s not worth paying double when they mess up and won’t refund.
Many offers, bad usability
Overall click&boat has the biggest community and therefore a lot of rental providers. But the app has some major usability flaws. As an example you cannot see the location of a provider on a map, nor be able to set a radius around your search location. This way, it‘s impossible to find results in a certain area like a specific lake. It will show you results hundreds of kilometers away, or even in another country. It‘s unusable like this.

Zero stars are not possible
Imagine paying for a service that doesn’t exist. Click and boat charging fees for a boat that didn’t appear. Lost a customer. I’ll be doing a charge back thank you. If the customer can’t get out due to issues outside of their control, refund them. It’s that simple.
Great way to find boats
App works well and offers good communication with boat owners. Easy booking. Could have better filter criteria like boat facilities and boat location. The 22% they charge from boat owners is a bit steep for a low cost fully automated sales channel.

Money has left account but no booking has been confirmed
Feels like a slight scam. I’ve been in contact with the captain and been through the payment process. Money has left my account but the booking is showing unconfirmed. Tried to share personal information with the captain to show proof of payment but they’ve blocked every attempt. Click and Boat have my money but my booking is non existent
Gets the job done
The app works and has lots of boat options but platform could be better. Seems a bit dated and could be more user friendly
Nice idea, but unreliable and buggy
Prices on search page are a fraction of the price on the detail page. The send button of the “message” page disappears once you start typing. If you hit “edit dates” and then cancel, the send button comes back though. this app was built, but never tested and not managed.
