Not paying for a subscription that costs more than the blood pressure monitor to share data with my health app. Looking for a new product. This “Premium Service” started after I purchased the product and was using it. My “free” service became a “Monthly” service.

The app does not work with Apple’s voice over capabilities. Desperately needs some assistive technology programming.

So I’m having difficulty hooking it up to my Bluetooth But it does let u manually put it in plus a ton more like heat rate blood oxygen and notes. that I love !!! and I can just print everything out this app is the best such a time saver and much easier then writing everything down I just hit print and done . if I could give it 20 stars I would . It has endless benefits and about 20 more things it keeps track of like white blood cells urine all the things u would need and more if you have a loved one that needs something like this get it. Trust me even if u just need it for blood pressure it is worth it and the most accurate easiest made for dummies like me I mean the easiest you’ll ever find this accurate for this price as well as amazing you will not regret it.
Subscription required
I bought a blood pressure cuff so I could record my blood pressure and sync it to Apple Health, but nowhere did it say that it was going to require a subscription to be able to do that. So I returned the cuff and got one that doesn’t require a subscription and deleted this app. Waste of time.

Never records BP
It can count steps? But is never consistent with my Oura ring. And never records my BP. It does I think here and there and maybe if my phone is next to the blood pressure cuff along with the app being open... too much effort. I want to take my BP and record it. Not think the information is saved and then not there nor have it loaded on this app. Don't waste your money. Thanks for the epic fail, leaving me thinking for weeks it has been recording.
Font Size
By reducing font size the app size is reduced too from 120 mb to 80 mb but now one have to use magnifying glass to see a reading. Font size need to be same as earlier.
Holds my data hostage
I wanted an app to collect pulse oximeter readings and export them. This app only exports the summary, not the actual measurements. It shows the measurements in the app, so it has the data, but it holds my data hostage and won’t let me access it.

Please work with Alphamed…
Please work with AlphaMed to update their interface with the Alpha Med U908 (model 5) upper arm blood pressure device. This model is apparently now accessed through the previous version of the blood pressure monitor (model 4). Also pass along to Alpha Med that their instructions for the model 5U908. user interface are severely lacking. I had to figure out for myself how to update the date and time through the tools button, even after contacting them through their part. The unit has great promise and I hope to be able to keep it. But I am very frustrated with the lack of clear directions.

Don’t like the updated app. Dots instead of a graph lines/joined up dots of trends is NOT helpful. GIVE us back proper graph lines!1 Thank you, thank you ! Graph lines returned on latest update, much appreciated the dots were not helpful. Can now see clearly again my trends of BP👍 NO! Don’t like today’s 6/12/25 update! Now you can’t easily see all the daily BP readings on summary page, just get the last reading and have to scroll backwards to see the previous readings 👎
Need premium to sync with Apple health
I have a great BP monitor but this wants me to pay for apple sync which should frankly be a basic functionality. I have other apps that do not charge. Disappointed

It seems to be measuring BP ok but often doesn’t automatically get added to app even when app open and next to the machine, also won’t always add when you do it manually so I’d say it’s average as a monitor and for cost it should be better really.

After researching all BP units and the apps, the clear winner was CorDx AL21 with the MedM app. The app is so very comprehensive and easy to use, that I wouldn’t want anything else. It allows you to store every medical measurement you could possibly need, all in one place. So glad I found them.
App is not working
This app is terrible, not pairing up with the device, it doesn’t do anything. I tried all kinds of different ways, keeps saying there’s no data, there’s no device, make sure your Bluetooth is on, etc.
Inconsistent
My weight and height doesn’t show on the same screen, I couldn’t set my weight on first turn on because it was asking in metric, I still work in stones, pounds and ounces. It was displaying the wrong weight even though I set my true weight later once it began working in imperial measurements.

Makes my QardioArm blood pressure cuff work again!
Had to start monitoring my BP again and dusted the thing off to find that the Qardio app no longer works because the company went belly up. Lo and behold, a quick Google search led me to this app, which works perfectly! Plug (well, Bluetooth) and play again! Thank you so much!

Bought the device and was told it sync's to apple health. It does but requires a paid subscription. Not what i expected. Sending the device back to amazon

This is the best app yet I found to connect to Bluetooth devices other than the Apple Watch to get your health data. Once you can figure it it’s all set up and ready to go. !!
Really should not have all sharing features under premium pay level
I’m here because Qardio screwed us all and I’m trying to find an easy way to collect QardioArm and QardioBase data in my Apple Health app. Even though I saw reference to MedM Health being able to synch with QardioBase, I haven’t found the magic key yet so that’s a brick regarding synching data (can still do it manually). The QardioAm measurement works well in the MedM Health environment, but I have to load my measurements by hand in Apple Health unless I purchase the Premium level. I know it’s not all MedM Heath’s fault, but just feeling a little screwed by the health tech industry. I’m now on fixed income and all the membership payments everywhere are adding up to absurd levels. I just want to easily track my health data for gawdz sake. Old Boomer Rant over.

Sync with iPhone is sporadic
The paragraph below was my initial review of 5 stars. I’ve subsequently reduced it to 2 stars because half of my readings do not sync with my Iphone and I can’t find any guidance explaining why. This MedM app connected easily and quickly with my Oxiline blood pressure monitor, and it works in the background to maintain a record of my BP readings. It is simple and effective. My one request to the developers would be to add a way to make notes on BP readings. I’m adjusting my meds and would like to record what dose I was taking for specific BP readings.

Very Helpful
This is a very good app for keeping track of your vital signs between doctor visits. I’m so happy that I can use it with my Quardio devices. I also like that I can print my history for my doctor appointments.
The Old Bait & Switch
After thorough research, I settled on their BP machine solely because it is Apple Health compatible. About 3 weeks in, they moved Apple Health to a premium feature. Without that feature, it becomes a basic BP monitor. Most apps grandfather previously purchased app features in. Could have grandfathered us in; hold true to your end of the deal. I don’t even take my blood pressure regularly because looking at the machine fills me with so much resentment. . . Next, I speculate displaying the actual measurements will be a premium feature too.

Not finding devices
This app does find the devices that are listed and if it does, they don’t connect and gather data from the HUME device. It also does not find the weight scale by the bankrupt Qardio. It found the Qardio BP monitor, which is great.

Great record assistant
I love this app to Track my blood pressure so I can get daily weekly monthly and yearly averages. My doctor reviews it as well at my physicals to get a feel for how medication is working for me. Highly recommend !
Won’t update
It worked the first day and now it won’t sync. I need it for my husband’s doctor to review and the dang thing doesn’t even record the data. Waste of money for the premium.

Bait and Switch part 2
Purchased on the pretense that data would sync with Apple Health. While it did at first, the company updated the app to force a paid subscription to sync with Apple Health. Hardware works well and has no issues uploading to MedM app. If you care about consolidating your health data into one location (I.e. Apple Health) without paying a premium, I recommend different hardware and a different app. If you don’t care then MedM hardware and app work well.

Works well with blood pressure monitor. Liked it better when blood pressure tracking was displayed with a line graph rather than just dots on the chart.
