What they complain about

- Dice economy feels unfair to win
Now that the issues are fixed…
I really enjoy this game and have for some time. There had been problems that are now resolved. Keep up the good work!
Ads are too long now, like 1:30 or longer
When ads are too long, its no longer fun to play. i love the game, but with no early opt out, its no longer fun. I watched and watched and watched the ad the first time. The second time I closed the game right away. I understand free games use ads to support developers, but when your held captive by the ad, I will close it and look for another game to play. This game is no longer fun.
Needs a Fix!!
Have the issue as the last person with the pop ups. I can get past them. This has been going on for almost a month now!!
Annoyed
Getting highly annoyed because I cannot even play the game. The pop ups in the beginning will not go away. It just keeps popping up non stop to the point I can’t click anything else. Edit to add, the issue has not been fixed. It still pops up and won’t stop. 04/24/2026 06/14/2026 I watch add for extra balls, but once ads are over I can’t click anything. The balls pop up but I can’t click on any cards or even switch between cards. I have to close it out and go back in. It’s seriously annoying. Even when I pay for extra balls with gems it won’t let me do anything and I end up losing out on gems.
Bug fixes
I like the game but needs fixing won’t quit popping up challenges and stuff! Very annoying
Thank you
They’ve finally fixed so many of the bugs, and have compensated players, for their inconvenience. Bravo. I’ve been playing this game for years. Hopefully, I’ll be able to finish all 306 communities. About 100, more to go, but who’s counting?
Bug fixes desperately needed
I can’t play the weekly challenge because the challenge i’m wanting to play just pops up over and over. Make it stop! Please!
Needs fixed
I play daily but haven’t been able to play for a week. The property tour screen will not close and stays on the screen all the time. Clicking play or the X will close the screen for a nanosecond then it pops back up.
Horrible
I can’t play. The ads keeping popping up and blocks all the games.
Bug fixes needed
The property tour keeps popping up where you can’t play at all.
Bingo Tycoon
The app needs bug fixes. Since mid March I am unable to play. After claiming the daily bonus, etc. a screen keeps popping up over and over. Can’t get in to play.
Stuck in an infinite loop
It’s fun but lately I keep getting stuck in an infinite loop where I cant play tournament and I cant cancel it either. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Bye. You lost me.
Love Bingo Tycoon, but…..
I haven’t been able to play for more than a week. I can get my credits, but the it won’t let me go past the screens that keep popping up. I can’t play…very frustrating. Fix the bug please, I want to play.
Too many bugs
Game was fun. Too many bugs keeping you from playing, non stop pop ups, forcing you to spend money just to play more than a couple games.
Bug Fixes Needed
Screens keep popping up, not allowing you to start playing. Needs to be addressed and fixed. Others have made the same comment
Monopoly bingo

Bug fix needed

Glitches
The game is fun to play but lately there has been glitches with the pop ups and it prevents me from playing. Can this be fixed without me loosing my place?
Bug fixes

Bug fix please
Love this game but won’t let me play without the weekly challenge popping up and not going away … please fix
Need Tech Support…
Love the game but now I’m having issues with it.
Bugs, bugs, and more bugs.
I truly enjoy this game. The last two weeks I have not been able to play. Last week, I uninstalled the app. On Monday, I reinstalled the app and I was able to play for a day or two. Since Monday, I cannot get past the game asking if i was to play. Yes!!! I want to play, but the game doesn’t let me play. Please fix this!!!
The game is broken.
The game has been broken for 3 days now. Will it be fixed?
FIX THIS ASAP… PLEASE!!!
I love the game, the downfall is that you can’t pick up and play from one device to another. When I got my iPad and mirrored my phone, this was one thing that didn’t. When I saw that I had to start all over, I said screw it, it’s still on my phone but I don’t play it because I need a bigger screen. So please fix this. You should be able to make an account, just a username name or something so you can play on any device without starting all over.
Stuck on one popup screen I can’t get rid of
Support has been of no help. In fact. They don’t answer I’ve tried everything to fix the issue myself but nothing works. I really enjoy this game and I’d rate it much higher if it actually would work for me again on my iPad. I have a support request pending.
Needs an update
Can no longer access game due to pop ups. Love the game but can not play
Frustrating
The opening pop up window’s don’t stop popping up. Can no longer play the game.
Bug fixes needed
I like this game and have been playing it since before it became bingo tycoon, but recently have the inability to play a tournament and the weekly challenge keeps popping up every time. I’m on the home screen and won’t go away for me to play unless I’m very fast at clicking. Bug fixes are needed desperately thank you for your attention to this matter.
Bingo tycoon
I have been having problems with the game for a couple of weeks now. I can’t seem to figure out and can’t get to the game to tell of the problem.
Too many ads
I use to love this game, could play for hours but now there’s just to many ads, makes me not want to play it as much.
Screen looping
When I am trying to play this game, the screen is looping and I can’t play the game because it doesn’t allow me to pick an option to play.
Crashing with no update
Enjoying the game until out of nowhere a pop up kept popping up and wouldn’t stop. Couldn’t play the game.
What happened to my favorite tournament?
I was sick for about a week and didn’t play. Came back and one of the tournaments was missing. Is it coming back?
Why
Why hasn’t this problem been fixed?? It’s been a few weeks! Running out of patience
The dice you win is equal to the dice you pay to play….
…. The dice you pay to play is equal to the dice you win (only for the cards you actually bingo on), so there is no way to get ahead in Bingo Tycoon! even if you win most of your cards. You’d have to win every card every time to ever get ahead - and sometimes you win *fewer* dice than you pay to play. The cost to buy dice is ridiculous, so the only way to build up your dice is to watch ads every time to play, and those are limited. Today I was able to watch 2 videos which equals 60 dice. That’s one play of 8 cards on the cheapest games. It just isn’t a fair system of play. I used to really like this game, back when earning dice made more sense. But now, when I run out of dice, I’ll probably stop playing. Or hey - make the win ratio higher and make the dice you can buy more reasonable. People might actually be willing to spend a little on this game.
Broken
I used to love this game. I played every day. Now I can’t use it as all it shows is the start of a game and when I select to play it comes back to start I will have to delete it and think about whether to download again. Loose all my credits of dice etc
Buggy
I’ve enjoyed playing this game for years. Especially the tournaments. Would give it 5 stars if the repeating screens on tournaments were removed. I have to be extremely fast to click on a restaurant to play. Otherwise, I’m just multi clicking to try to get out of screens that repeat endlessly. This will be the second tournament I’m locked out of. Please fix this issue.
Fun game but…
Love this game and have played it for years. But for the past couple weeks, I’ve not been able to play. I open the app, and all the silly ‘ads’ for other bingo games come up, and I’m unable to cancel out of them - or play them. May have something to do with recent IOS updates, but the techies for this game need to get busy and update the game.
Too many pop ups and ads
I have had this game for a long time and love it but I no longer play as the amount of pop ups and ads is annoying. As soon as you open the app you are bombarded with 10+ pop ups and then when you can actually click to play, you have an ad after pretty much every game you play. The ad lengths continue to increase and you can’t skip the majority of them. It’s a shame because I love this game but the overwhelming amount of ads is off putting and I always end up closing the app.
Loved it UNTIL
I cannot even play. The same pop ups keep popping up and won’t allow for game play. Please fix it!
Help
Task 7 has stopped registering the chests?
Pop-up Issue
Advertisements and property tours etc. Will not stop popping up. Every time I close it it immediately comes up, preventing me from doing anything, especially enjoying the game. I hope this gets fixed asap.
One of my favorite, but!
The game is really good but right now there’s something wrong with it, please check it out. It’s a good game!
Don’t recommend
I only got 2 bingos and I’ve been playing non stop. All the bingos just keep running out in seconds. It’s like I rarely get a number thats on my card/s. Do not recommend
???
Can’t play! Keeps popping up same challenge and won’t let you go to anything else. Loved this game but ready to delete it. Thought maybe it was my IPad but my phone is doing the same thing. It’s been a couple of weeks!!
Good fun
I enjoy the distraction of playing this game. Good fun
Pop ups prevent play
For about a week the pop ups just keep returning despite closing out and impossible to play game. Need a fix.
Love this game
I really enjoy the game, but the woman’s voice (who calls the bingo numbers) is so annoying!
Ads, ads, ads
Game would be infinitely more fun if not for all the ads constantly popping up.
Was great ….
Loved the game been playing for years but lately the ads won’t go away to where I can even play .
