Came back to this game after not playing for many years, and it’s still the same. The cost of even just a tiny amount of cherries is way too high, and there are so many games you can’t play unless you buy cherries because you just don’t have enough. I have sadly spent a decent chunk of my money on this game, and all you do is lose them all immediately. Like someone else had said it’s like the algorithm knows that you spent money and isn’t going to let you win so you spend more money. It’s just greedy and annoying considering how old this game is you think that they would let older players have better purchasing power

Never buy cherries
The second you spend money on this game the AI/Algorithm tweaks and your odds of winning anything organically craters. Once you spend money they expect you to spend it every round.
Needs more tweaking on how friends showing up
The game is great when it works correctly. It’s hard when you have friends in the game that don’t show up. Even after reinstalling or unfriending and refriending. We can add to BP friend and delete from FB still not to show or have their/mine picture disappear. Could use a little more tweaking.
Best developers
I’ve been playing Bingo Pop for years. After the most recent update, I feel it’s time to give them five stars. Not sure what took me so long to say thank you for making/keeping such a fun game. Every update brings me something else I enjoy. I really feel like the developers pay attention to what pains us most and do their best to make the game easier and more efficient every play. Thank you for constantly staying on top of things!
Worst customer service ever
A part of my game wasn’t working correctly and I wasn’t getting the cherries I deserve and customer service told me some lame excuse, basically telling me to deal with it. No compensation or apology or anything just CONVERSATION CLOSED.

What happened to customer service?
In the past week there have been changes to earning cherries by watching ads. No longer available after winning a game and having the opportunity to earn 25% more cherries. And contacting support is not being answered - very unusual. Please explain. Thank you.

You run out of cherries way too soon
It takes forever to build up cherries to play one round of bingo. I wish there was a way that you could not only ask for cherries or how about even tickets, but I also would like the cherries to be more obtainable like in the daily rounds instead of waiting 24 minutes for them how about Five minutes a new two cherries at a time you can barely play one round at all
Enjoyable!
Really enjoyable easy to play game but unless you’re willing to buy extra cherries you struggle to get past level 25. I wish rush bingo was playable before level 20. I really enjoy that game but it’s so hard to get to level 20 and still have enough cherries to play with. It doesn’t help that at one point in the game you are made to play a high roller game which costs a huge amount of cherries to be able to carry on collecting your rewards. It’s a great game if you’re either happy to spend money building up your cherry pot or happy to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it and starting from the beginning each time you run out of cherrys.

This game is fare and enjoyable. It won’t trick players into buying more bingo chips by making them loose the chips they earned fast, like other online bingos are set to do. I’ve been playing Bingo Pop for years and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

I love this game and spend hours playing it, I would of given 5stars but you have ruined the the ticket exchange it was better before. Please change it back or give us the choice how we use them.
Gameplay unsustainable at level 30
Just as you enjoy the game, its over. Unless you don't mind using your credit or debit card to ‘pay to play’ a game you earn no money to PLAY, ...don’t bother, skip Bingo Pop.
Improvement needed
I’ve been playing this game for absolute years! It’s my favourite but there are some things that need changing, I’m not the first to write it but I’m hoping they see a more recent review and address it. Cherries don’t come as much as we need to enjoy playing daily. Could you please update the scratch card so there’s new ones to play/win? When levelling up I only receive 20 cherries and I’m a very high level, it doesn’t compare to how much the cards cost as you progress further.

I’ve been playing this game for many years. The game starts out fine but by the second or third game you lose the caller you can’t hear anything and you hardly ever win first place or second or third very disappointing.
Missing winning cherries.
A few times now I’ve won 50 cherries when the pets level up but haven’t received them. Think it’s time for an update. Other than that I really enjoy the game.

Recently anytime there’s a pop up, or in a screen I’m able to make a purchase the same message pops up. It’s very annoying to have it pop up many times in a game. Also you need a greater cherry payout or more ways to earn them. Unless I want to spend money sometimes it can be days before I have enough to play.

If Suzy slot player plays slots every day and rarely gets a win, she goes elsewhere. Stop controlling it so she can’t win. What fun is that? Loosen it up, let the girl win more. Level 11 for high rollers stupid. From 100 cherries to 60 cherries? Stupid.
Not your average bingo app!
My favourite thing about this app is the bingos are automatic. Not only that but there are so many different styles of bingo to play. My only grief with the app would be the amount of cherries you receive daily in comparison to how many you need to play. I can really only get one game in per day. Otherwise, I need to sign in and collect for a few days before playing to get any sort of benefit from it. I think this is probably set up so that you’re more likely to pay for cherries. The style of the app is fun and the game play feels rewarding when played. However, the lack of cherries available for the average player does make it an easy to forget app.
Puzzle pieces
It’s ridiculous how it takes 200 plus games to solve a puzzle. I even play 4 to 6 cards at a time. 6 of my friends already deleted the app because of it and I’m so frustrated that I am about to also. Each card should have at least 6 to 8 puzzle pieces on each card minimum

I have played this game for 2 years and played everyday and enjoy it. They have taken the monument part away when i nearly had enough to complete it which has annoyed me

A fun game that is better. Then most games. It’s isa not a coin guvbbvling monster like other online casinos. I would recommend to any of my online friends.
Another cash grab
Have tried 3-4 downloads over the years. Same cash grab as everything else now. No opportunity to play the game without having to pay. It’s a shame too. I like that this one isn’t story based or that it doesn’t require a ton of side quests.

Frustrating and expensive!
The only reason I’ve given this game any stars is because the gameplay and set up is great. Best game for that and can daub wrong squares and it doesn’t mess up, I’m constantly distracted and miss a few calls so this feature is very useful. Other than that it is totally fixed. No matter how much money you spend there’s always a goal that’s just out of reach. You can never quite get there (unless you spend thousands of course!). The collection events are fixed so you’re always missing one or two items and your team never has the ones you are missing, especially when you’re in a team with low activity players. And you can’t join a team that is active coz you have to be invited and I don’t know any of the active players. It’s a total rip off which is a real shame because as I said it’s a great game as far as layout, events, usability goes. It’s not a real money game so the odds of winning stuff should be much much higher. Very very disappointing I think I’ll have to delete it and that really pains me because I do enjoy playing. But I can’t play without cherries and when it costs 560 cherries for one game (I’ve completed all the others) then I can’t play. Perhaps resetting all rooms when you’ve reached the top would be a useful feature? Then I can continue to play. Also when the scratch cards puzzle pieces is full a reset would be nice then we can at least get more cherries. I’ve spent hundreds on them and still don’t get what I need so no point buying them!
Need more cherries!
UPDATE I wrote my review two years ago and despite a response saying they’d look into the issues, nothing has changed! Lots of other people have raised the same issues over the last two years and still it has not improved. I love the game but it takes so long to get cherries you can only play a game a day which is very disappointing. Because I can only play one game a day, I never complete the challenges. I’m now on level 100 and something and still only get 20 cherries for reaching the next level. The number of cherries needs to increase the higher the level you attain.
