What people like
- Fun and relaxing to play
- Free tickets available via ads
- Lots of bingo rooms
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Tournament screens glitch and won't close
- App crashes or fails to load
- Support is hard to reach
It’s fun
I think it’s worth downloading because it is fun. You can get free tickets to keep playing by watching ads. I give this game a thumbs up.
Bring Back Unlimited Free Powerups
I miss the occasional unlimited free power ups. Also way too many ads and bingo rooms
Bring it back!
You used to offer another scratcher if we watched a quick ad…you’ve taken that away, and now we are supposed to buy another chance by buying it with some kind of ticket…but we don’t know how to get those tickets!!!! Explain please
Love but currently frustrated
I love this game but lately I’ve had nothing but issues. First the game wouldn’t even load…kept getting stuck on the loading screen. When that finally resolved, I kept getting a prompt to play the tournament page, which I usually do, but the prompt kept coming back no matter what I did. It got resolved a few days ago but now it’s back again. I’m frustrated to say the least.
Long time player
I like this bingo app but, it oftentime cheats you out of the daily tickets awarded. When you click to add the tickets, I noticed it sometimes doesn’t change the total. This issue should be fixed. You should also allow more control of which power ups you want or the selection of power ups. Sometimes, I have too many treasure chests as power ups that, should be offered the least. Winning a lot of XPs does nothing to excite the game.

Best bingo
Sucks
This game sucks…the end!

I love playing this bingo game, but I can no longer get gems by watching ads. I can still get tickets through the ads, just not the gems. There should be another way to get gems, either through ads or coins like the tickets or keys. My fingerprints is not working, so I can not buy the gems. I may not be able to play in the tournaments which require gems due to this problem. It is very frustrating. There should be another way to obtain gems.
Game is glitching-can’t open to play
Tournament is stuck and won’t refresh. Can’t open any other game to play. Please fix.
App has a problem
Within the last week the pop ups won’t stop popping up. You can try to delete, but the same pop up keeps appearing and can no longer play the game. Deleted app and reinstalled, but same thing occurred
Where is everything
What happened to the power up weekends? Then we couldn’t collect gems by watching videos, and now I’m not getting daily tasks! What’s up with that? I’ve been playing this game for over ten years, I don’t want to change it, please let me know what to do……
Horrible! Freeze galore!
Love the game but it glitches so much it’s not worth it! It has completely froze on me 3 times now and I just downloaded yesterday! And once it freezes all you’re left to do is close the app so you lose your tickets you used to the play the game and you lost the game! So frustrating!
Bingo
I like this Bingo game but it takes so long to watch all the ads to get to the game. It never used to have so many ads before the game.
Love it, but it’s been glitching recently!
I’ve been playing this game for years. I love playing. However, “Green Flash Tournament” keeps popping up. Every time I exit out of it, it pops back up again. I exit out of the game and there it is, glitching the “green flash tournament”.
need to fix the bugs
I’ve tried to play this game all week and the free gifts are great except it keeps popping up at that screen and won’t go away for you to play. Keeps putting flash screen tournament and won’t let you get past it. Please fix it!
Bingo
I am so addicted to playing Bingo the past 14 years now when I was in the hospital for some surgery and then I went to my therapy sessions and I was there with a group of people who are older and we always there for lunch and one of the games was bingo and I loved it so much. I have a friend who is an older woman and she always plays Bingo every time I see here. I am going to get her a tee shirt that says Bingo Queen because she will love it so much
App is broken, no longer
No longer broken. Please see followup below. I have been playing this Bingo app for over 12 years. Now when I open the app it keeps flashng the screen to play a tournament. When I X out it keeps coming back. There are no updates to the app and rebooting my device does not help. I am so disappointed. I am happy to report that the developers were very responsive and have fixed the problem. I am back to being extremely happy with this game.
Fun game
The game is super fun, enjoy that you can use multiple rooms. I'm never bored. However, there are glitches when you watch the ad to get 40 tickets. Sometimes you watch the ad, it gets stuck no option to to leave it just keeps asking you to get the game or some times I need to pretend to get the game then I get out or no option I close the app and go back on.
Skip this game
I have probably played this game 30 times & only got 2 bingos
App broken
I love playing this game, but recently your app has not been working. At first it wouldn’t open past 68% and now it does open but the pop ups never end. Keeps switching between the tournament and another pop up. I cannot click on anything between them popping up rendering your app useless. Please fix your app.
Enjoy!
Love playing Bingo every night!
Bingo won’t let me play
Won’t get out of peach tournament can click it but it keeps reloading same page over and over again please release a update fix to get rid of tournament page bug game is broken
Not working
I have played this game for many years and never had a problem. Now my app is not working and I can’t report a problem. The game is showing a tournament to play but that’s not working. When you try to “x” out of it, it just shows the same page again. I tried to report the problem in the app store but that’s not working either. Please help, this is my favourite bingo game.
What happened to this game?
It has been a favorite of mine, but recently only one to two games are playable, it’s just not working the way it was.
Bug fixes
Fix the bug issues, there’s so many ads popping up I can’t play the game and bring back infinite power ups sometimes. I don’t want to have to keep using my money on the game.
Flashing
Have the numbers called flash. Sometimes they are hard to find.
Glitchy
The game has been stuck on a tournament screen and I can’t get rid of it. Can’t play on any rooms because of it.
Glitches now
I enjoy playing this game of bingo every evening. However for the past days it’s been glitching it starts off as normal and never gets past the tournament round as the pop ups keep coming up and preventing me from playing the actual game. Can this be fixed soon without me loosing my place? Also can we have a sign on so we don’t lose our progress in the game? Thanks
Classic Bingo
Ads are way too long. You have to click out of them 3 to 5 times. What is the point? And don’t get me started on temu ads. They are the worst and won’t let you get back to the game!
Good not great
I like the new daubs., also the different side games they added. The major difference and not so good features, one, is how fast the game ends after the last bingo. If you are playing multiple cards it doesn’t give you time to check them. That maybe purposeful, because you have to use gems to finish your cards. You have to pay for gems if you run out. Additionally, the earning for being first, second or third are a lot less. It’s pretty much the same if you bingo last. And like all these types of games the algorithm adapts to your play style, keeping your earnings low so you eventually have to actually pay for special daubs or gems.
It's so addicting!
I love this app! Fun to play….
Ad loop won’t let you play
Green flash tournament screen will not let you do anything. Keeps looping on and can’t close or play. Need tech support. HELP!!!
I get frustrated
I love the game, but I get frustrated because I ran out of Dice and I can’t play. There used to be ways to earn dice by watching videos. They are gone. I read reviews about ways to earn dice on challenges. I haven’t seen a challenge like that on the weekends. What am I missing and where am I looking? I don’t know, but it would be nice to have more dice to play because I very rarely ever get a bingo.like the other person I’m beginning to think the game is fixed.
It should be fun
This game should be fun - but the continual ads for other games are time consuming and detract from the enjoyment of the game. Come on developers - let us play the game….
Disappointed
Love the game, but way too many adds. Can’t enjoy the the game
chrissy1271
Good game!
Doesn’t load
I have tried all day to load game, and it doesn’t. I have made sure game is updated and turned iPad off and on, still will only load halfway. Please check game. This is day 3 of not being able to use game. I don’t want to delete and lose all credits. Please developer advise. I have used this for years. Can’t believe no response to issues. When it finally loads, which is not often, the screens repeatedly pop up and I cannot play game. Guess I’ll have to delete as no help from developers.
Great game!
This is a fun game, but the ads are a bit much.
Getting worse.
I used to enjoy a relaxing game until recently. Now it is ‘the advert wont connect’ all the time. That could be put down to a dodgy wifi connection except that the ads that come between games always connects. I will be deleting the app very soon.

My review
Love being able to play again helps me to relax in the evenings after long days
Disappointing
It would be great just to play but something is happening with the app you can’t play it is impossible you just keep hitting the X thinking you will get to play but nothing happens just keeping hitting the X
Great game
Love the actual Bingo games, but too many ads to watch and get anywhere.
Needs work
The games are interesting to play but several areas need work: 1) we should be aware of the number of players and/or bingos before committing to spend credits (Could say, with your participation there will be X players vying for X bingos) 2) recommend getting rid of the crystal ball as it is a total waste of boosts July20/19 Games have improved a bit over time. However, have tracked a coincidence: if the selection of items needing keys to open comes up and you do not select the chests to be added to your game card, odds are extremely high you will Not 'BINGO' that game.
Great Game! Needs Improvement
I really enjoy this bingo app and have been playing bingo on it for years, it generally works great however It really needs an easier way to navigate all of the bingo rooms rather than just tapping the arrow buttons to go to the room you want. It’s quite annoying to have the app automatically go the newest bingo room rather than staying at the last bingo room you played in. So please make the app stay at the last room you played in and add a better navigation system for looking through all the bingo rooms!!
Favorite Bingo App
My favorite bingo app. I have played for years! Recently the game doesn’t load, so I haven’t been able to play :(
What Is Going On???
I tried reaching out to support, but couldn’t find anywhere to ask a question. For a few days now, the app shows its stuff at the beginning, asking if I want to play a certain game. BUT IT WON’T STOP!! And at the top where it shows challenges, there are tons of the tournament rounds which keep repeating so I can’t do anything!! How can I get rid of these? It won’t let me do anything because it’s just repetitive. I’m afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I don’t want to lose my game info. Any way to fix this without doing that?
Review
