Bugs need to be fixed asap!
After the last update about two weeks ago, my game reset to the Valentine’s Day settings and I haven’t been able to do any new challenges, catering events or anything since. Please update again. Update 7/31/26 still no email replies no reviews replied nothing updated or fixed. Angry because I don’t spend real money on games but this was my exception to the rule. I really wish the app didn’t have a new developer. It’s been terrible ever since!

I have been playing Chef town for a while but then I stopped because with my iPad it’s not compatible anymore because it’s old. One time I looked to see if some games were available on my Mac computer but with no luck till one day my old Mac computer stopped working and I decided to buy a new Mac computer and I saw that Apple made a new formation of Game Center so I was checking and I saw on the list Chef town I downloaded but I lost my progress and I don’t know how to get it back so I wrote to the company and never responded to my email it has been all ready a month and know body responded to my email.
Fix the game
When is this gonna be fixed! Each time you go in the game it goes to the little truck. It’s so stupid and when you can play with truck you don’t get points from it like you used to.
Problem
I’ve been trying several times to get in contact with them about the repair about the catering dash and global event several times through email but they haven’t responded at all. Why aren’t they responding to me and doing something about this problem?! And I know it doesn’t matter if the app is up to date or not because I have one that isn’t on one device and one that is on another device. Why would such a big company do what seems like nothing
Bug fixes
The game is great, and I enjoy it a lot. However, both the global events and the chain dashes don’t seem to work anymore. I’ve submitted a request on their official website about a month ago about the chain dashes, and it’s still not working. If the developers could fix these bugs, that’d greatly add to the enjoyment of the game especially since there are almost no other ways to get gems without paying for them.

My game has not been working for over eight months now the catering dash doesn’t work the personal event challenge and ect. doesn’t work. I’ve been playing for years and now considering deleting this game and the 125 diamonds I have left because I cannot play. Please fix this game so I don’t have to delete it with the remainder diamonds I have left. I cannot purchase anything if the game doesn’t work. I have already sent you two emails. After I was told the game has new owners.

I’ve been playing some new things? a long time. And I’ve reached the point where I can no longer get any prizes when I go up a level there is no more regular appliances to buy and I’m basically just in there killing time. Can the people who run this app, please. Been updated in six years.

I used to play every day but without the dashes it’s pointless. I have no interest until they fix it. They must not care about people using their app.
It’s alright
The ridiculous long cook times make this boring. I needed a game to past the time but I can’t do a thing waiting for 16 hours for something to cook. And trying to expand is annoying as well.

I’ve loved this game for years but there’s something very wrong with it for several months now. It’s impossible to contact support from within the game. They don’t respond to external emails at all. I haven’t been able to join a Catering Dash and the game has gotten very buggy. Please fix it…update it…c’mon!!! UPDATE: The developers have not fixed the bug that doesn’t allow you to participate in dashes and if you manage to get a dash you can’t collect your prizes and every time I open the game it directs me to collect my uncollectable prizes…and I see they responded to 2 negative reviews by saying sure contact us…without an email address or any way to actually contact them. You have thousands of players!! Pay attention!! Fix your game!! WTH??
Needs a new update
I can’t believe this game hasn’t been updated in 5 years. Like really?… Cooking times are way too long. Need more vegetable plots. The expansions take way to long to get everything required for them and some are so tiny. Everything costs diamonds. It’s like every other game for the company to grab your money to play an enjoyable game not a costly one. I really love this game if the changes are instituted. Please repudiate this game. Plus the tables, chairs, decor all cost money. Make them all less money to get. Need more room for decor space.

Bug Fix
I have contacted support to fix the popup when going to visit neighbors. The Popup asks “chef town” wants to use Facebook to sign in. If you agree you receive an error message that states “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” Why can’t the developer fix the problem. So glad there are other apps which have no issues.

The game is not bad overall. My favourite is supposed to be the Catering Dash. However, you can’t chat with your fellow team members even if the chat button is there. Why is that????????? And why do I have to spend my gems without knowing????? Pls solve this.

A few glitches but overall lots of fun
This chefville clone for mobile is great fun, but thankfully unlike chefville is not energy based. There are tons of things to do, that at times you wonder which to do, right now I’m trying to figure out the catering as it seems a tad glitchy. Ie there is no chat and no good way to sesrch for a new group that might be a good fit. It would be nice if there were good community groups on Facebook or otherwise of players that could help each other. That’s really my only complaint, it’s not really very social.

Glitches
I can’t get past level 4. Asks to visit Katy with an arrow that points to bottom left off screen where there is nothing to click. I can’t move past this.
Great Game
Overall it is a great game and fun to pass one with although, I would love it if you added a option where you can request ingredients from your friends and they can send you those ingredients! Another thing is that a lot of the meals take a lot of time to cook and I would appreciate if you could lower the cooking time for them!
Bonus Orders - ridiculous
Can’t get anymore orders unless I get rid of the bonus order and when I get rid of the bonus order I don’t get any more orders for 6 hours. That’s ridiculous

I used to love this game but now it has glitches, like when I watch an add to get an ingredient I don’t get the ingredient and just have to watch more adds. I feel the quality has gone down, which sucks .

Have been playing this game for at least 7 years. It used to be fun & relaxing. But now it seems to be running itself with no ability to contact support, no holiday decorations, etc. They are happy to take your money but are not interested in maintaining the game.
Am I doing something wrong
Love this game. Have been playing for over a year now. Am a top restaurant now. However I have not gotten a new oven for months now. Three new ones just opened up but all require 225 gems to get. Most I have ever had in this game are 10 gems. Am I doing something wrong? Refuse to use my cash to play any game. Can't you offer more ovens that can be purchased. Really sad all special ovens have to be purchased with gems.

Would really be nice to see some new updates!!!! I enjoy playing but some things take to long to either cook or refill. If we want to move forward faster or have a deadline we have to spend gems which we have to purchase. You don’t mind taking the money but don’t update the game.

I love this game and have been playing for a long time. However, I’m on level 102 and there is no more tasks to accomplish. When I tap on it, it ‘says level up to get more tasks’ , well I have and still nothing. Please make more tasks as all I’m doing is collecting stars at this point. You update the game with better features but don’t update more things to do. Please add more stuff to do.

Popup Problem
Event goal window keeps popping up. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. That worked for a few hours, and then the problem came back. Whether you participate in the event goal or not, it keeps popping up every time you check the app, not sure why. Hope this gets fixed in a future version!
