Don’t Trust
I have enjoyed this game quite a lot. Last week I received a gift card and used some of the funds for a few in app purchases. This week I received another receipt thanking me for my purchase except this week it was on my AMEX, but didn’t receive the items I was charged for. This new charge was NOT authorized and I was not aware of it happening. I sent an email to their support group and was informed that they won’t give me a refund, so then I asked if they would at least replenish my account with the items I was charged for and have received no response. This is a very deceptive way to operate and I am very disappointed about this.
Little inappropriate
This game is a little inappropriate for pre teens just because of the scenes but otherwise it’s an amazing app

Played this game for a while LOVED!!!! It had all the outfits and everything in 2020 I was in the hospital with Covid my phone got messed up so I lost all my progress reached out to the developer only to get the run around and never got any help or my progress back still upset about it till this day it was a really really good game

Fashion lottery
First, don’t get this app unless you want to get ready to have a very upset kid on who knows how many occasions. To the creators… Please PLEASE put an “are you sure? Press ok” button on the lottery… this is the 3rd time I accidentally went to it & pressed on the lottery button on accident after saving diamonds for a week just for it to take them in exchange for an outfit I don’t want & didn’t ask for. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the lotteries with 50-100 diamonds… it’s honestly infuriating… Did you make up this game to upset children?? I’m an adult & im highly upset I’ve done it AGAIN since this review. Another 100 diamonds WASTED! PLEASE PUT AN OK BUTTON WHEN ITS NOT FREE!!!!! WOW this is the 3rd time I’ve come back FURIOUS! Why wouldn’t you make it clear to kids that they lose those diamonds it took a week to get when you sponsor an event with diamonds?? What is wrong with you people?? You like scamming kids? Yall do this on purpose so kids get upset, whine to their parents & buy more diamonds. Yall are borderline scammers so thanks, I have to calm myself down AGAIN for the 3rd time just this week because of yall. I can’t imagine the devastation when it’s an actual kid. I’ve played a decent amount of fashion games & I haven’t ever found a game that screws you over this badly

When I first got this game, I thought it was going to be really bad but I started to play and now it’s one of my favourite games but could you add a little bit more freedom into it because it always tells you what to press and I think the themes should be a tad bit more subtle and it won’t let me change my name and in stuck with the name lizzy Out of ten: 8/10 Not bad

It’s a good game, but the connection is very bad. It keeps cutting in and out and it is hard to hear them when they’re speaking after five minutes after five minutes of playing the game the connection cut out. I had to restart the game and they would not speak again

WAS a great game
This used to be my favorite game. However, there haven’t been any new levels in years, and no new outfits in months. There were repeat events and outfits for a while, but, now, there are no events or outfits AT ALL, and the developers no longer reply to inquiries. Potential new players, don’t bother, because the game seems to have been abandoned.

Update ruined it all
It used to be one of the best games you could get but this new update has destroyed it the whole layout and graphics are different and it looks trash. Will no longer be playing and will probably uninstall :(

okay so you repeat already played games and outfits over and over and over. What have the creators done to this game? I don’t play the chat room stuff and been a long time player but this is becoming ridiculous!! If you cant come up with new outfits then at least clear out the new games so we can play! Current game I cannot get anything because it’s a repeat. Let the people who have been long time players be able to get the items. I know this is just a silly game but I am over never getting any new things.

I’ve been playing this game over 6years and I just love it!!! I love the challenges and different ways you can style your avatar! I would like to have more free range to design my style other than in my look book. But to be honest that’s good too! I love being able to vote and give gifts!! It’s pretty cool.
FF stole my items
I haven’t played the game in a few years and I recently came back and I’m noticing a lot of my items are missing. From clothing pieces to hair & makeup. I’ve used a lot of money in this game and it’s crazy that FF would steal my items. I refuse to use more money to get those items back. No wonder this game is dead now.
Going downhill📉
FF is an awesome game that I have had 2 accounts on starting from 2020. There’s a great range of activities to do as well as fun daily tasks to complete to you are never bored! However, I’ve noticed that FF is gradually becoming more and more greedy. As someone who has never spent a penny on this game I find it very difficult to complete an event or gem package look now. It will cost over 2000 gems to get one outfit which is ridiculous! I feel they do this to get people to spend real on on purchasing gems. And amongst the community many complain about these issues constantly but nothing ever seems to change! Saving is the only option someone like me has. It may seem very petty but as someone who had spent many years on this game as well as many others I feel it only fair that FF listens and takes in some request from there users or eventually no one will want to play it! But yeh that’s my rant over! Still gonna play the game anyways😭💗💗
This is NOT a free game
This game used to be fun and easy to play for non paying players or players who wanted to spend money occasionally. Over the years it has become all about money. You cannot complete chapters or get new outfits without spending real money every single week. Don’t bother with this game unless you are willing to spend $100 per month just to get the minimum.

I love this app so much! It’s so fun to play! - the 2 things I do not like is how in the package shop you can’t buy a full outfit for over 1000 gems anymore, it’s real money- and also when you delete the app it completely resets you! But apart from that I’m really happy with the game and I just love the free gift waiting for you in the mornings!!

Was addicted but am getting a bit fed up now...
... as it’s so difficult to go up levels now without having to buy things to enable you to get what you need. Why can you swap gems for coins but you have to buy gems? The items you need are often only found in the design studio but now not only do you have to collect all the items to be able to make the clothing but you then need to have trophy’s to purchase the final product! The only option available To me to buy the trophy’s I need now I’ve used all the ones I won is £15!! I’ve started avoiding anything that needs to be created in the design studio but now I’m stuck. Also I got 10% in the event week but haven’t been able to claim the coins & hearts I won. Getting really frustrated. If I’d rated this last week it would have got 5 stars.
